I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of myself. My face gets hot when I hold my phone to my face. When I drive, I used to wear ear buds that plugged into my phone in order to keep the phone off my face. But my iPhone became outdated and the new updated iPhone I bought does not have the audio plug in for my earbuds. I do not want to use a bluetooth because it gives me headaches. This technology is dangerous and iPhone should provide an option on their phones to allow an audio port to allow for plug in headset or earpiece. I have friends who have cancer on their faces from using cell phones against their ears. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. I am a member of the public concerned with the unaddressed potential health and environmental risks of radiofrequency (RF) radiation from wireless infrastructure and devices. SUMMARY I am an ordinary citizen, wife, and mother, who was seriously injured by wireless radiation and who now suffers from a debilitating chronic medical condition called EMR Syndrome. ARGUMENT It was an innate survival instinct which helped me to pack up and leave everyone and everything I had ever known and relocate from the harmful suburbs north of New York City to the welcoming safety of the ‘Radio Quiet Zone’ in Green Bank, West Virginia. Due to the ceaseless, undisciplined proliferation of wireless technology, I had by 2009 developed a dizzying array of debilitating medical symptoms; which included burning skin sensations, headaches, enervation, tinnitus, numbness in my extremities, impaired focal concentration, as well as cardiac arrhythmia. However, obtaining accessible medical care both now, and in the future, remains an exceptionally difficult concern and challenge. I am unable to use tele-health services and don’t know how I could survive a hospital stay, if one were necessary. EMR Syndrome is a lifelong functional impairment, and those of us who suffer with this condition still lack access to this basic human need. I am part of a team of concerned citizens who are working hard to protect the Quiet Zone. Due to the low- EMF environment in a 10 mile radius surrounding the Green Bank Telescope, we are currently the only remaining control group left for independent scientific studies. It is imperative that we protect this sacred space, which is constantly under threat, for future generations. Aloha, I am a dog trainer and pet sitter. When I was in California by camp Pendleton ,I noticed that two dogs and the owner passed away from cancer within 3 years of moving there, when they were right next to a repeater. Now I moved to Kauai and the same thing happened in Kalaheo. On papalina and Kai Ikena. Within 3 years of moving there both the Doberman and the young Bernese mountain dog got cancer as well as the owner who is about 65. Myself, I have been deeply affected by emfs with tinnitus since 2011. The only time it goes away is if I am away from any towers or frequencies. Thank you very much. I am responding from the perspective of myself. I am a truck driver and have had repeated cancer on the right side of my face since 2015. I am right handed and had always held my cell phone to my right ear. When I learned of bluetooth earpieces I bought one and wore it on my right ear. As a driver as well as a dispatcher for 7 other drivers I spent the greater portion of my day on the phone routing drivers. Due to the repeated cancer treatments that included my cheek, around my ear I moved the bluetooth to my left ear. This month I went in to my eye doctor because my vision driving at night has become blurry and headlights, especially blue ones give me headaches. My doctor reported that my left eye is perfectly fine but that my right eye has a cateract that should be removed soon as it affects my ability to drive my truck at night. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Hello, On June 22, 2025 I chose to get sober. I had made other decisions to give up idols in Texas, but I was trying to pursue God and live a righteous life. I co-founded a company where the original founder offered me 25% ($2.5/$10M at the time, supposed to sell to Cisco for $300-400M once grown) if I would enter a "lifetime partnership" with him which he explained was one part girlfriend & one part business partner. I declined. I shouldn't have to sleep with somebody especially not my boss to get the equity any other male cofounder would have gotten. From there, my boss paid off people in AA to stalk and harass me including Tommy Vanderbeek who bragged to Alden DeLamar who came and told me that Tommy had shown me on his phone, laughed, and said "haha her boss if paying me to stalk her". From there I continued to be harassed and stalked. My mother needed help so she told me to go with her to Duke ER. I was lied to and told to sign commitment paperwork because they said that's the only way I could stay in hospital (Which was a lie I went back and asked and you can stay in ER for 2 weeks or go upstairs to Williams Ward) they took me to Duke Regional where I was drugged for 2.5 days so I couldn't ask to leave. Eventually, I was not being treated for a physical medical issue multiple times and I called the patient advocate and my paperwork magically showed up and I was discharged. Since then I have experienced tinnitus (ears ringing), exterior gynelogical pain, brain pain on sides of head, fatigue, brain fog, etc. I have a safe haven and then eventually these problems happen. My sister Allison Nicole Jetton worked for DHS and took .08% equity ($80k) to ghost me for a restraining order trial as my boss was also cyberstalking me on my gmail and facebook. She used that as a down payment for a house. She also supposedly worked for CIA and used DHS as a cover. My uncles Thomas Starnes and Daniel "Dan" Starnes have been orchestrating this program. My grandfather Joseph Daniel Starnes worked for the FBI and I believe started experimenting with "direct energy weapons" (DEWs) on citizens. He was a sociopath and pedophile of several children. I also believe my father Roger Aaron Jetton Junior is involved. I am reasonably smart but I am not trained in this area. I earned a 3.4 GPA at UVA and graduated with a double major in psychology (A in Abnormal Psych which studies personality disorders including sociopathy) & sociology. Wrote a thesis using Quantitative Survey of 420+ people and SPSS (statistical program), Qualitative Study of 9 persons and won the 2011 Award for Best Distinguished Majors Sociology Thesis. Then many things happened. My sister wanted me to "get a good government job" but I was in tech and loved start-ups and the private sector. I think some bad things happened to me sure through my own doings but some through the direction of my Paternal and Maternal Family's direction. I believe I have anomalous health incidents and havana syndrome because I wouldn't sleep with my boss and then needed to get discredited by being committed to a psych ward in 2017-2018. In 2019, I went to NC State MBA program and graduated with a 3.9/4.0 GPA. Unfortunately, I was hit on by 3 men during Covid and during when my ex's family was making fun of me and it didn't go as well as I wanted but I did graduate with a 3.9/4.0 GPA. I made straight A's my senior year and planned a wedding. My ex Jeff Iannicelli is a narcissist, had emotional affair with his personal trainer at the gym (who was known to do this with married men, and is a porn addict). I wonder if his family was involved as well. I really don't know. It's hard to know if a mean person was targeting me because I wouldn't sleep with my boss or if I had just been so bruised and bleeding that I got fooled when somebody treated me with kindness only to trap me in a marriage. I also fell for a romance scam and crypto scam that I believe was targeting. I wasted 30-37 year old with my ex and now am single and won't have kids, but I'm committed to being single for as long as God would like for me to be including for life. It is generally through not nice men that attack me. :-( I just wish I wasn't tortured in my apartment and car or where ever I go by direct energy weapons. I'm already discredited in multiple ways so I don't understand why they are still torturing me with direct energy weapons except they are all narcs and sociopaths and are punitive (punish me extremely) etc. Sorry this is all over the place. My church also was paid off $60k to play videos that were spliced by overarching head preacher James MacDonald (gambling addict preacher and abusive to congregation) to be submissive. Well they told me to read my Bible "like a good Christian" and I read of Daniel and the Lion's Den who said "No to stop praying" to Dictator and Esther who spoke up for her people so I know I am supposed to follow laws but follow God and laws inspired by Judeo-Christian principals.

I am responding from the perspective of a patient and concerned member of the public. EMFs along with all the other wireless radiation has increased dramatically over the last decade or so. Many people don't even pay attention to the infiltration of these dangers in our environment. I have noticed a progressive loss of memory and ability to have conversations as I used to. Now I struggle to recall words and names while also noticing that my sleep is not sound anymore. These same symptoms are affecting my friends and family's daily life as well. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation and urge them to pursue such investigation and research even further, as many people are experiencing worse symptoms than i am. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations. And as much as I detest over regulation by our government, the very minimum standard should be that this information and evidence needs to be widely promoted to the general public. You must realize that the 5G towers are being erected very close to schools and residential subdivisions. I wonder why that is?? Establishment of appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health should only be done after the promoters of EMF and other radiation technologies have clearly exposed the dangers to the unsuspecting citizenry. I am a victim of something from the MkUltra program that makes me a targeted individual. They’re using GWEN Towers 5G, and satellite that allows them to use synthetic telepathy on me. But not only the synthetic telepathy also something like a wireless EEG that allows them to remotely manipulate my central nervous system. There are hundreds of thousands perhaps millions of targeted individuals around the world. I guess I would just like to bring this to your attention as I have some faith in you and I think you truly have people’s best interests at heart and may look into it and maybe at least spread awareness and perhaps do something about this. I have learned that in order to sleep I need to turn off the Wifi at night. This means that when we travel I cannot stay in a hotel. I must choose a rental that will allow me to turn off the Wifi. I have tested this many times, which means many sleepless nights! Please take this issue seriously and study the true health and environmental effects of EMFs, RF, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. It is ridiculous to assume that these huge changes to our environment do not affect us, our children, and the animal kingdom in profound ways. This issue screams for rigorous scientific study!

I lived in an apartment with a bank of AMI meters about 40 feet from my apartment. I began having intermittent hearing loss. My ENT had no idea, over time I realized it was the meters. After we moved, my issues ceased and my hearing has been restored. When I moved, the city I live in Nevada owns its own utility. They received Covid money to replace their grid operations, they forced everyone to take an AMI smart meter on their homes by March 2025. We asked our Council to develop an opt out program. I had about 80 homes that wanted one. In Nevada, this is the ONLY city in the state where a meter is mandatory. We refused the meter and were subsequently sued in District Court by the City. It has cost us over $30,000.00 and is still not resolved. I have seen many older compromised individuals, die or get sicker. I have seen more elderly women falling in their yards near the meters and getting injured. Many start with urinary tract infections and progress to worsening. I have also seen an individual sleeping near a meter get a brain tumor. My neighbor does not have full use of her home because she has a coil in her neck to prevent a stroke, the meter sickens her. I have another neighbor who cannot enjoy her garden any longer.

I have been a victim of CIA, DIA, and DARPAs testing of MK Directed Energy Weapons Systems for almost 20 years now. Almost my whole adult life, as I am 39 now. These weapons use Electro magnetic energy found all around us, and draws them into individual neurons that make up the central nervous system. The amount of psychological, and physical torture i have endured can not even be put in words. The US patents for these weapons are readily available for anyone to see. I have a list of about 60 US patents for Directed Energy Weapons. A very large portion of them are using EMFs and weaponising them. Please fight for us victims. We deserve to have a normal life, well what's left of it. I have videos of emf attacks on me and my wife. In the videos im holding an emf meter you can clearly see we are being targeted by a weapon, as there is a high electro magnetic field around our skulls. One video my wife is literally being shot with emf the levels climb at a rate that can only be a weapon system. Please help us.
