When I had wifi in my living room (where my kids and I spend a majority of our day) I would get headaches when I turned it on. I eventually bought a remote power switch for it and whenever I clicked it off when not in use my headache or weird head feeling would almost immediately subside. I’ve since bought an ethernet cable to hook up directly to my modem, and it’s been a great switch. I’ve noticed a change in the way my head feels during the day.
Also, when I had wifi before the kill switch, I just left it on all the time. Once I bought the kill switch and started turning the wifi off at night, I noticed my dreams came back when sleeping!!! Crazy. When it was on, no dreams that I can remember having. Again, I have ethernet now though, got rid of the router.
