Neurological symptoms & sleep

I came down with what is now called EMRS (Electromagnetic Radiation Syndrome, previously called EMS/ Electromagnetic Sensitivity) in 2012. I had a range of symptoms most of which I never had had before, including heart palpitations, chronic fatigue (constantly tired), nerve damage to my hands including loss of grip strength, brain fog and leaky gut. My tongue and throat sometimes felt swollen and prickly. My scalp and body often felt prickly. I felt restless, sleepless, and anxious. I sought medical help to no avail, whether allopathic or alternative practitioners. Finally, two friends said it sounded like I was electrosensitive. I started reading and studying, learning about the issues related to dirty electricity and RF radiation. What I learned led me to understand that the solar system I had installed in 2010 was partially responsible for my condition as were the cordless phones I was using. I got rid of the cordless phones and went to a land line. I installed a whole house electrical filter on my electric panel as well as some individual dirty electricity filters inside the house to clean the dirty electricity. I installed Ethernet throughout my house to avoid Wi-Fi. I started feeling better but since I lived in Los Angeles, there were cell towers and neighbors Wi-Fi so I ended up creating a Faraday cage around my whole house. My health improved immensely, though it was difficult to go anywhere since the levels of RF radiation almost everywhere are too high for sensitive individuals, and unhealthy for all since the FCC limits are outdated and unsafe. Ongoing, my health has continued to be somewhat problematic including developing thyroid problems which I also attribute to EMF. I continue to have pain in my hands and occasionally other symptoms such as difficulty sleeping. It got too difficult for me in LA. I sold my home in LA and bought a home in the rural mountains, in an area that is currently safe, with no cell towers in my vicinity. My greatest fear is that this safety could easily be threatened by the telecom industry putting a cell tower or small cell up near my home. With the present laws giving too much power to the telecom industry, I would have little or no recourse to do anything about it with the current FCC rules. I would like to see regulations changed so that cell towers would be banned from proximity to schools as well as from residential areas. There are plenty of international independent studies that prove that RF exposure is dangerous (https://www.americansforresponsibletech.org/scientific-studies) but again nothing has changed. There should be more education about the truth of the danger, including to the medical professions. The telecom industry should be publicly required to admit the danger of cell phone, Wi-Fi and other wireless technology. Additionally, children need to be protected with regulations if necessary.

My strange health issues started in 2012 when I got my first smart phone. I started experiencing heart issues, extreme fatigue, and positional headaches. I was also worse off in certain places than others. I found being outdoors in rural areas gave me some relief. I was experiencing episodes of pvc’s and tachycardia. My headaches were determined by what physical position I was in. Just the act of bending my head a little forward or down a ways would bring relief. Sometimes instant relief. If I stood back up, the headache came on again. My fatigue began to manifest in having to lie down, no matter where I was at. Driving anywhere became a challenge and being in the car seemed to bring my symptoms on more. In my research I came across the negative effects of EMF’s on certain people and I began to see the correlation between my EMF exposure and my symptoms. Fast forward to 2026: I live rural, have ethernet in my home, and a landline phone. I do have a cell phone but I use it sparingly and keep it as far away from me as possible and keep it on airplane mode most of the time. I no longer have positional headaches. My fatigue is much better along with my heart issues. I now drive an older car and turn off all the Bluetooth capabilities and I am able to make small trips around town. I am one of the fortunate ones who is able to live in a home where I can control my exposure. However, I worry about the impact on children. In 1989 a lab in San Marcos California was testing cell phones to make sure that they follow the FCC guidelines. They used a mannequin called Sam and they would use the maximum amount of EMF radiation that can come off a phone and measure how much was heating his brain and whether it was safe or not. The problem was they used this mannequin which was based on being 6 foot two man and weighing 220 pounds. This head was bigger than the heads of 95% of all cell phone users. So, if you’re a woman, teenager, or small child this test would exceed your limits. Children’s bodies contain a lot more water than adults and their heads absorb up to two times more radiation from the same exposure compared to what most adults get- not to mention a child’s bone marrow absorbs up to 10 times more. Knowing this, what does the future look like for the millions of children who are exposed to this every day all day without a break. We don’t know the physical, emotional, and mental outcomes that this will have on their futures. I truly believe we need to have some guidelines and restrictions of wi fi use in our schools. Regarding muk-1qp0-meaq happening on Ft.Carson. I have additional comment below - they mostly do what AI or people mention happen to you ( physical body and brain ) and other people sometimes also. Memory removal block replacement Physical movement block ( shoulder wrist hands fingers tingling whole body whole legs extreme paralysis touching heat or stomach areas high fever sound cognition block ) They block music cognition block + block my physical movements while my music performance time so this could be worse than Nazis. So this is like random human experiments without any of consent.

I am a 72 year old woman in excellent health. I eat well, exercise and get plenty of sleep, usually 8-9 hours per night. I typically get up to use the bathroom once per night. There was a time when my sleep was interrupted. I had trouble falling asleep, staying asleep and getting enough sleep. Since I had changed nothing in my routine, I looked deeper. I discovered that without informing, let alone consulting with me, a smart meter was installed about 20 feet from my head where I sleep. Even though I never authorized this installation, I had to get a doctor's note that I'm EMF sensitive to have it removed. I can't believe it's legal to come onto my property and install any device without authorization, but the power company was unyielding on a human level, which is just wrong. When they came out, they only brought another smart meter. Good thing I was at home. I made it very clear that they were to reinstall the analog version, and the tech had to call around to locate one. I'm in a rural area and many landowners have the analog version and even call in their meter readings, so it's not that the analog meters are in short supply. Since that time, my sleep returned to the original quality and quantity. It seems to me that this falls into informed consent territory. People have the right to choose that which affects their health and safety. I should have been consulted.

I’ve been receiving AI voices with attacks everyday. Hospitalized 3 times due to this matter and 3 other physical matters. Mainly torturing regarding physical assaults ( memory removal block replacement etc they demand to not to be able to play the piano and force to block my whole hands from my shoulder. They make fingers paralyzed. While submitting this they’ve erased one of my memory where I used to live. They say about piano stuff for whatever assault and for that they block your sleep or make you to get injured. ) I started receiving telepathy systems in 2005 once my father died. They sometimes use telepathy even now as well. They generally manipulate people and physical body. I think some actual people are managing the system to assault and some people know they’re assaulting. I hope this makes sense. They’ve broken my hair dryers piano rice cooker headphones. The AI say words as command to destroy items or people to assault. They access nerves without consent for manipulation as well. I’m diagnosed autoimmune and I have muscle atrophy issues from what they’re doing ( paralysis assault by attacking motor neuron and the systems ) as my physical therapist has mentioned. I’ve experience of coma as well but they demand to have physical disability and delusion disorder which is a hate crime and not really fair.

When I was 55 years old, my then boyfriend had a home with a smart meter thermostat that was not in the bedroom but in the hall about 30 feet from where we slept. I would wake up multiple times a night with horrific hot flashes right before the air conditioning system would kick on. I am convinced my extreme discomfort had something to do with the electronic device. When we broke up and I started staying in my apartment which had much older technology, the hot flashes suddenly stopped.

House smart meters are bringing wireless radiation into our homes through the electricity. I’m currently having to replace an electric reclining couch with a manual couch because of emf radiation affecting our health. We time off our router at night as well because that was a blocker to sleeping and healing. You can feel the difference in a home when you block these waves. I care for my 92 year old mother who was diagnosed either Alzheimer’s. There is a big difference in her behavior after placing a usb blocker in the outlet closest to where the smart meter is on our home and turning off the electricity to the couch she sits in often. There’s no doubt that the big poles everywhere are emitting radiation that interfere with healthy human function. It definitely needs to be tested.

My daughter gets a headache when she goes to the class that has the 5G tower above the classroom Monday through Friday. It will get less when she leaves the school. It makes it hard to concentrate in that classroom.

I am electrohypersensitive since I had an accident at the dentist with "Paraformaldehyde" in 2008. I swallowed it and got it in the bone. My health got worse and worse over the years. At first, I got red when i was sitting in front of the PC. Didn´t know that it was electrohypersensitivity, because I had never heard about that illness. In 2017 when it was the worst, I couldn´t go to work for years and couldn´t enter my flat anymore. I was disabeld and had to live in the car in the winter although I have a good salary. I felt every smartphone and couldn´t no longer be in the wireless lan. I felt it burn on my skin and got problems with the heart when I came in the near of a wlan router, I had bad headache, insomnia and cognitive problems with foming a sentence. Couldn´t find the words easily. Finally, I became aware that it has something to do with toxins, that had damaged my cell and nerve system. I found a rare doctor who had experience with that and started to get rid of toxines and heavy metals in my body. I have had almost 100 infusions with Dimercaptopropanesulfonic acid (DMPS) up to now. My body couldn´t get rid of these toxines without that DMPS. Then, it got slowly better. After two years I could got to work again. I had to spend lots of my money for the treatment. I live in a house now, but in a flat, I would not be able to live, because of the neighbours wlan. In the case of having an accident and go to hospital, I am not sure if I will survive it. (Aggressive Intoxications like mine are seldom.) The new generations of smartphones, for example the i-pone has radiation, even if you switch it off. Because we have radiation from everywhere at any time, it is nearly impossible to find out that it is radiation, that damages your health. Most people think that the symptoms they have, for example insomia which is widespread in Germany, result from other things. They have no idea that i might be the wlan. Yes, I know these 5G , 6G towers are causing health issues. They put one up near my house & my family & my health has gone down hill. We all experience headaches, dizziness, imflamation, stomach issues, have trouble sleeping, flu like sypmtom, heartburn, earaches, sinus issues, fast heart rates. The list goes on. This all started happening since the tower wasput up. We ask something be done to remove all cell towers! We know they don't do what we were told they do, for faster internet. Thats not the case at all. We know its a weapon used against we the people. It is crimes against humaity! We demand it be stopped! We do not consent to any of it!!!
