The only safe level and sources of EMF/RF radiation that humans have evolved to tolerate are gamma rays from earth's natural background radioactivity, radiation from space including solar radiation and lightning. This is not rocket science. It is basic evolutionary biology. So the only safe level of man-made EMF/RF radiation, is ZERO. We are experiencing mass poisoning from Electrosmog (RF/EMF, WIFI, Power line ELF radiation, automotive radars), glyphosate/weedkillers, nuclear waste, etc. Makes it easy for each of these industry criminals to blame the others. When they cheat, ground the fleet. The criminals at Boeing found that out the hard way with the 737 MAX. Now TEAR DOWN ALL CELL TOWERS, SMALL CELLS, WIFI, etc. installations. The cellular telephone and WIFI industry WERE BUILT ON A SAFETY LIE. TEAR THEM ALL DOWN, NOW. Background RF radiation level at my home itself maims and kills. But half of my backyard is exposed to >30X higher radiation than the background level, due to a small cell installation. Backyard is unusable. This small cell was installed AGAINST MY STRENUOUS OBJECTION.

I am a Wisconsin landowner and agricultural operator whose working farm is being considered for a proposed 765-kV extra-high-voltage transmission corridor. My attached comments address the need for updated federal research and guidance concerning long-term 60-Hz electric and magnetic field exposure, including residential, occupational, agricultural and livestock exposure. I am still of sound mind and body. I am writing for the purpose of the survival of the human race and secondly due to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I have been fighting what seems a non-stop war against dirty electricity, high frequencies, low frequencies, and beamforming technology that has been forced on me and my house against my will since 2010. The frequencies, I have come to find out are, unsafely and without discrimination, commonly used to employ gas and electric smart meters, rural companies' PLC (broadband over powerlines), neighbors' wi-fi and cell phones. My health-conscious family and I lived by high voltage power lines until my daughter's hair began to fall out in bunches, but we had choice to move from the power lines. In 2010, the gas and electric smart meter was forced upon our rural house without my consent or knowledge. The first night the gas smart meter was installed was the first night of 15+ years that my family and I experienced symptoms relating to high frequency EMF: insomnia, heart palpitations, headaches that bore into the eyes, nausea, inability to concentrate, and a new thing called tinnitus. Being in my house at night felt like being caged and whipped at the same time, with no place to hide, no place for relief. I tried sleeping in the garage, sitting up, was told it was my blood pressure, that it was my imagination, so many things, but the only thing that solved the issue was to get away from the smart meter, and guess what: THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT WHAT THE GOVERNMENT TELLS ME THAT I HAVE TO TAKE, and this was one of them. Emotionally, psychologically, mentally STRIPPED. Years and years of being forced to live with the smart meter on my home that the utility companies have been told are safe as a baby's bottle. The nervous system in my body cannot tolerate being close to a cell phone tower. I have friends who are dying because their nervous system has been incapacitated by the 5G around them. And STILL, the U.S. continues to bring children to school in the face of Wi-fi, hand out cellphones to the elderly, erect cell phone towers in neighborhoods where we sleep and next to hospitals and schools. No place is safe, but WHY are we being told that they are safe? We not only need protection, but we need truth; our children and our next generation deserve it. The government should be demanding truth for the sake of its citizens. In addition, I am attaching a MUST-READ written compelling testimony from Victor Nixon, a computer systems engineer and army veteran, who wrote years ago that the power lines were in fact emitting microwave radio frequency (RF) energy at a level orders of magnitude above the maximum FCC regulated limit for an antenna of 4W/cm2 (W=Watt) at a distance of 1 meter in air...high-voltage electricity transmission overhead cables at astonishingly high energy levels and this energy is radiating away from the lines; i.e. leaking heavily, wherever there is a chip, ding, or joint." The Smart Grid system is a labyrinth of signal strength in which one elusive issue problematic to human beings is that some can “hear” the emissions due to a scientifically-proven phenomenon known as the Microwave Auditory Effect...an engineering/physics fact." People have been told that they have tinnitus, when in fact if you turn off this signal through the overhead cables and transmitting antenna, tinnitus disappears. I say that the damaging effect of RF, heard or not, must be taken into account and should not be forced upon us. Read the article, please.

I have electromagnetic hypersensitivity. It started in 2005 when I was subjected to undue stress in the workplace and to the exhaust from a laser printer. It started with a red bloch on my left hand and increased to all areas of my skin that was exposed to the air. At its peak I was subjected to excruciating pain, like an electric shock, that affected all parts of my nervous system. My only solution was to not expose myself to electromagnetic fields. I was forced to quit my job using a computer. One day after I turned on my computer I was met with a strong electric shock that went straight to my heart. Today I still suffer from the effects, but not as dramatic. At its peak I could locate electric wires and cables in walls and even underground. Passing under overhead high voltage lines in a car drew very strong electric shocks in my nervous system. I saw a research doctor in San Francisco and he determined that the surface temperature of my skin increased when exposed to an electromagnetic field. Apparently my skin is conducting electricity.

March 2010 Look up the terminology and warnings for LapTop. Was it designed for the lap? Or maybe it was just a cute name but really needed a wooden table top between the instrument and the body. How common is genital cancer from extensive (daily) use of computer work slates. What does the data say about genital cancer before the common era of computers for the lap? Another area of exposure is the smart meter. Has thought ever been given to what is on the other side of the wall that supports the utility meter? Would there be any concern if an infant's crib was adjacent to the meter? A homeowner could have their study directly inside with no barrier from the smart meter installation other than window glass, dry wall, framing. and sheetrock. A human being is on the other side of the wall sitting at his desk working daily for hours on his concerns. The smart meter was not on his radar. But we all have heard the drill...correlation is not causation.

I am so encouraged to see this issue being looked into by HHS. I have suffered for years with electromagnetic/electrical field/WiFi sensitivity. Please include investigation into dirty electricity also, not much is said about it. But remediating it in our home with dirty electricity filters helped me immensely, and my husband noticed it too. We are electrical beings, we all are impacted by EF/EMF/RF. These frequencies are very detrimental to our health, to childhood development, to plants, animals and insects. Thank you for looking deeply into this matter.

For heavens sake stop these cell towers blasting us with electromagnetic radiation. …. NOW! I am feeling so sick from all this radiation. Where I live there were no towers when I moved here. Now there are 37 of them plus 2 transmission lines within 2 miles of my home. My smart appliances are also blasting me and my router and cell phone too. I got a meter to measure the electromagnetic radiation and the electric voltage and the readings were off the charts!! I am woosy, can’t think straight, tipsy like I am drunk when I walk. I have a Headache, have had hearing loss in one ear. And a sense that sound is very muffled and my head is dulled. Once I had a strange burned looking area on the side of my face where my hearing loss occurred and then it turned into a peculiar rash that spread down my shoulder and took weeks to go away. I have been a very healthy and robust female but now everything has changed. I have the sense that I am being cooked!! The government must protect us from all this. We are All endangered as I see it. When I travel those towers are everywhere!! Then up in the sky these planes dropping chemicals down on us too, chem trails crisscrossing above my head, polluting our air, our crops, poisoning our water, absorbed from our skin, and damaging our lungs when we breathe it all in. The Muslims must be deported too or we will be just like the UK! And they have been taken over!!! Are we going to tolerate this. Where are the hero’s to put a stop to the harm being done? Is little Nick Shirley the only patriot that is actually working to correct these wrongs? The big cell tower blasting radiation by my children’s school is blasting our kids as they learn and causing serious side effects in them. The vaccines they are forced to have are giving them all serious conditions as well. Why is all this harm being done?? Is this progress that is going to kill us all??? DO SOMETHING to stop this insanity! PLEASE!!!

Dear Mr. Kennedy, Firstly, I am writing to request that you move to legislate against Electrical Power Utilities being able to “dump” or move their data in the night, most frequently around 3AM. Smart meter data dumps cause citizens to wake up for what they think are unknown reasons in the middle of the night. The sleep disturbance/deprivation this is causing could be worth billions of dollars of untold economic productivity loss in our country. This could easily be remedied by legislating that the times be changed to moving the data at 10AM or 4PM in daytime. Secondly, I am requesting you pass laws to regulate kilohertz frequencies between 2-150 kHz via conducted emissions. There are currently NO governmental regulations for frequencies in this range. They are known as supraharmonic frequencies and are major contributors to chronic illnesses in our society. In other words, frequencies in this range are the most biologically active. They are also found as the data that rides on the carrier frequencies (aka subcarrier spacing) in 5G and cell phone communications. You could easily pass legislation forcing cell phone and cell tower manufacturers to use higher frequency ranges that do not have the same biological activity within humans. Besides damaging our electrical grid, supraharmonic frequencies are responsible for chronic diseases such as cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. Unlike the traditional 60 Hz frequency that was once the only frequency traveling through the powerlines in the early 1900s, supraharmonic frequencies CAN pass through the human skin barrier, where they disrupt cellular and cell to cell communication. In summary, I am alerting you to these facts and calls to action: 1. Supraharmonics, aka radio frequencies between 2 and 150 kHz, are becoming more ubiquitous on our modern electrical power grids, due, in part, to devices such as smart meters. 2. These frequencies damage electrical devices and appliances. 3. There are no current United States government regulations surrounding exposure to or production of these frequencies. 4. Supraharmonic frequencies are deleterious to human health and could present a significant contribution to increased mortality and morbidity rates in the United States. 5. Regulation of these frequencies is paramount to protect human, animal, and plant populations worldwide. A detailed bibliography and more in depth article will be attached to this summary. I have struggled to be around EMF's, RF, Hot spots/bluetooth/routers, dirty electricity, geopathic stress etc etc. I have some much trouble visiting my son in Baton Rouge (he lives near LSU) where their is a RIDICULOUS number of towers etc. I have trouble visiting my son in Dallas for same reasons. This industry is OUT OF CONTROL. I used to buy low S.A.R. rating phones but its very very difficult now. Samsung used to make them but they stopped caring I guess because they stopped. Even with a Safe Sleeve case, I cant talk on the phone for long with my boys when they call because i feel sicker as the call goes on. Europe has regulations to limit S.A.R. on cell phones. Their should be regulations that NOTHING can be put up within 1 to 1/2 miles of a residential zones. AND their should be limits. Just because they can invent the technology, doesn't mean its a good thing overall. MONEY is not everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But health and sanity is. i have heard and witnessed myself that plants keep dying when planted over some sort of stressor under the ground (geopathic stress). i have shrubs die along my house where the electric box and other wiring is. All the other shrubs were fine. AND the massive amount of Mechanical stress and RF/EMF's coming out of XBOXs (read about Ryan Sternagel, the father of a child diagnosed with neuroblastoma before he turned one- the rocking chair was by the xbox), smart Tv's, Smart Thermostats, smart refrigerators, smart security systems etc. Its very hard for me to go on vacation- hotels or Air b n b's. PLEASE do lots to help us. And their should be a lot of public service announcements (or however you get things out to the public) on dirty electricity. Electric vehicles increase this, electric vehicle charging stations in home garages increase this in a home, solar panels increase this. But every regular house has it as well. NO one should be using grounding mats/sheets in their house unless they have zero dirty electricity. I use Greenwave dirty electricity filters to mitigate the DE in my house. i bought a meter from them to determine which electrical outlets have a problem and then i check once the filter is on the outlet to see if it went down as much as i like to see if i need to add 2 filters to the outlet. my friend was sick for decades. she said it felt like her chest was buzzing. i helped her put DE filters in her house (which had very high DE- thats with no solar panels, etc) and it radically changed her life. Please at least do what Europe does, whatever that is. Will Satellite phones be better for us that are sensitive to the RF's etc from cell phones?

The larger scale study in a natural setting with a sea cable indicates an influence. The smaller scale lab experiment shows no influence. Maybe the voltage or cable difference?
