Hello, my name is Jennelle Campbell. I am a US Army veteran, I was illegally implanted with a chip, and I am being nonstop harassed by the cyber attack V2k (voice to skull) 24/7 electronically harassment . My information was breached and send to Jamaica, they stole it from the us embassy there. According to the preps/scammers in the beginning I caught them saying their names. (Eleanor a deportee from nyc, Mercel, Munchie and Mercedes.) all from the country side of Jamaica. Because of this attacks I can barely take care of myself, I have been feeling pain all over, mainly in my head, my legs, my private area, my stomach, my eyes, just all over my body. I am also hearing them all day all night. I am aware of the Havana syndrome and most of it is similar to what I’ve been experiencing. I am hurting and I can’t take it anymore.

I have been hit with directed energy weapons going on for three years now. I have recordings of 5000mw per meter sq of radio frequencies and over 1200v/m of electric frequency hitting my body causing me to vibrate, nose bleeds, bleeding from the rectum, head trauma organ issues and burns to the skin and knots on my head and temples. I have severe ringing in the ears and I have vertigo, nausea and vomiting and this happens on a daily basis. I have noticed drones and low orbiting satellites hovering near and above wherever I try to go. My heart races and I have had memory loss. The attacks are very severe and I have called all agencies and have had no luck getting help. I feel like this is killing me. I need help

I'm being hit in the head , heart body with low EMF frequencies by a three letter agency it has sent me to the hospital with severe heart issues , low heart rate , high rate , breathing , extreme sickness from radiation ,mood and behavioral changes , microwaved at high heat , the towers are being used against us as a form of torture. This needs to be looked into.

Yes this radiation/energy weapon is horrible and horrific..The headaches,stomach aches,tooth decay,lack of energy and focus,,Always tired,hardly can breathe right now…The burning up in your home in your bed EVERYNIGHT,,No breaks…This torture needs to be stopped immediately..People really need to be held accountable for these crimes against humanity.. never knew money would make people commit these crimes against humanity in the United States involving kids and women and innocent working Americans

In Georgia, in almost every city they are putting in underground big pipes which I believe are connected to the data centers. Is there disclosure on true intention on why they are putting in the pipes? I don’t know. I had two occasions earlier in 2026 on my land where men in unmarked trucks came and identified themselves as subcontractors to EMC Cobb (power company) and they installed various structures on my utility poles one time and another time they entered my transformer box outside. I have always been very sensitive to low EMF’s and radio frequencies and have even bought various electronics devices to measure those low waves. I don’t have a device that can measure these new transmissions. After the installations, I called and wrote the power company to come back and take off the structures they had installed on my utility poles. A few days after the utility company made the installations I have felt very strong electromagnetic radio waves being transmitted on my land and in my home. I currently own almost 15 acres of land and the low frequencies are being transmitted every where including my home through the electrical wires. I walk every day up a big hill path to get to my car and after the installations I had trouble walking up that hill. I felt low frequencies wired like transmissions being submitted every where. I eat healthy, exercise and energetically (intuitively) know when something is wrong in the environment. These low frequencies that are being transmitted are designed to create mold and other diseases within our organs and even the nature spirits. Please research and learn about morgellons (self replicating nanobots) because it is being transmitted into our environment intentionally along with many other hidden weapons. Low frequencies create an environment in the body susceptible to diseases and mind control. Humans have natural light and powerful abilities to self heal everything and we have people and forces who are intentionally putting lo low frequencies to create harm to the human species. I live near an inactive mine that carries rare earth minerals. I moved to this house 20 years ago and have been sick since. Everything from depression to hypothyroidism to fibromyalgia to Hashimoto to imbalances. I’ve experienced anxiety, nervousness, loss of hair, nails, skin irritations, migraines, brain fog, weight gain, etc. In 2010 the county took by imminent domain a radio tower and turned it into a 911 tower. It isn’t even in the county. When I began to speak out about it, they would turn the tower’s red light off at night and keep the bright day lights flashing in my houses windows. FAA wouldn’t get involved and after a couple of weeks and complaining, they turned them back to red. My iPhone 12 would heat up and lock itself down for to hot and must cool down. I’ve had the IPhone 12 since 2020 and it’s been a constant hot problem and worse while charging. I bought a Starlink for the home and began noticing in 2024 it would heat up and I’d have to unplug it. It was worse in the middle of the night. In 2024 I began feeling radiation burning in the middle of the night and outside during the day. I began taking photos of the burns on my face. 2025 was worse. In July 2025 I began to be constantly exhausted and burned even in the winter. My highly sensitive dog began having seizures in July 2025. Every time he would have a seizure, my heart began having rapid pulsations and feeling like it’s flip flopping. I started swelling daily. Concentration was hard and I began cancelling life. Staying home to survive and take care of my poor dog that is still having seizures. I removed the wifi in June 2026 and the towers are still pushing out frequencies and burning me. In the past five years surrounding me in my country neighborhood, suicides and cancer deaths have been a normal thing. I purchased a EMF reader and all of my electric sockets would read dangerously high. The electrician who installed a whole house surge protector called it “Dirty Electric”. I could feel electrical surges in my fingers. I personally feel I am targeted but I also am experiencing everything in my house and outside of my house is slowly killing me and my dog. I have called elected officials and I have tried to get help to look at my electric and I get ignored. Recently I found my house and land listed in projects on USGS. They will not respond to my inquiries or answer me but the write up included electromagnetic information that I don’t understand.

Hello, My name is Britton Brainard from San Diego, CA. I am a victim of EMF and Havana syndrome. It all started when I moved to San Diego 15 years ago . I am tortured daily and am a follower of Targeted Justice so I know how they do it. I am hoping someone will do something about this. Please let me know of any further information you might have. I have daily headaches and ear pain from high frequency noise. Or EMF. I am seen at the VA San Diego. My doctor is aware of my symptoms.
