I am being tortured with Dews everyday all day all night burning up in my bed and it’s causing me serious harm…Everywhere I go,the dews go…I never consented to be apart of this horrible experiment…Also my small child (girl) is experiencing this horrific treatment..I’m being harassed and stalked 24/7/365 and my constitutional rights have been violated and taken away from me by faceless unseen cowards…Please help!!!Innocent Americans should not have to endure such treatment as this illegal Targeting/Cointel pro program has to offer

I am asking the Department of Health and Human Services to seriously consider stronger regulations and precautionary protections regarding electromagnetic fields (EMFs), particularly in and around schools. I work in a school every day, and I have personally experienced symptoms that I associate with prolonged exposure to EMFs, including migraines and physical sensations that I describe as body/energetic pain. Whether or not the science has fully established the connection between these exposures and individual symptoms, I believe people deserve to have their concerns taken seriously and to have reasonable options to reduce unnecessary exposure. Schools are especially important because children and school employees can spend many hours a day in these environments. With the increasing presence of Wi-Fi networks, wireless devices, Bluetooth technology, cell towers, and other sources of radiofrequency exposure, I believe we should be asking whether current standards adequately protect people in places where they spend significant portions of their lives. I am not asking that technology be eliminated. I am asking for a precautionary approach: stronger research, transparent monitoring, reasonable exposure standards, and consideration of lower-exposure options in schools whenever practical. As an employee who spends the majority of my day in a school building, I want to feel confident that my workplace is as safe as reasonably possible. I hope the Department will consider the concerns of people like me and take meaningful steps toward understanding and addressing potential health impacts of long-term EMF exposure, particularly in schools. After moving into a newer house in Bulverde, TX, my 9 year old was having headaches every morning and was sleeping horribly. After a month of research and digging, I discovered that the house had a smart meter from CPS Energy. This meter was located less than a foot from my child’s bedroom window. I contacted CPS to confirm it was a smart meter. I asked to have it removed, due to learning the detriments of it on health and sleep patterns. The representative told me it would cost $250 to go back to analog and we would be charged an additional $40 per month to have the meter read. I told the representative to have the work done. Within one week of changing the meter, my child was sleeping soundly and the headaches were gone. In addition, I began unplugging our modem every night because I was having sleeping issues and the modem is located on the other side of the wall attached to my bedroom, I began sleeping better as well. Thank you for doing this research.

When I noticed I had 3g I was in my bed wondering why my eardrum ruptured why my husband was complaining about his tinnitus getting louder why my daughter miscarried why the 3yo lost complete control of her bladder and why the cows where losing weight. When 4g came to my world both the 2yo and 5yo lost complete control of their bladders and so did one of my dogs, flare up of chrones UC and ibs became common. Memory loss the inability to concentrate hell my husband started begging me to kill him the ringing in his ears was too loud. The little one had days he couldn't walk we stopped taking them to the doctors they have no answers or treatments. Then my daughter was diagnosed with breast cancer at 33. Cattle started dieing in the field and infertility is a real issue with the herd now. My neighbor died with profound memory lose and my daughter cancer got the tower flagged red and it was turned down. This came with breathing issues memory issues gut issues that lasted about two weeks and thing have gotten better. My husband's decline has significantly decreased and has improved I would say. We no longer look like bloated belly skinny neck and legged creatures even the herd is improving although half of the breeders seem to be infertile and a young bull produced only girls. The children are doing better but the COVID kid has discipline issues but is improving slowly. I am disappointed that our government attacked us with this technology that they had band from being deployed in the US in 96. I know the plan for COVID came from WorldCom seized by the FBI in 2002. I know FEMA purposely spread the virus in 2019 using good people to kill millions. I know the big lie the government won't acknowledge about the towers shame shame shame I told them in 96 this was crimes against humanity but money always wins out I know the telecom has to merge to a safer technology by 3031. They need to go faster you can't let the leftist government control this weapon against life turn it off and destroy it like advised in 96. I AM KAREN!

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a parent, grandparent and concerned member of the public. In the city of Maple Grove, MN there are several 5G towers with toxic warning signs just several feet away from the schools playgrounds. Also, the electric smart meters were installed in the past two to three years with no notice to homeowners. In the past couple of years, I have personally experienced a lot of dizziness, ringing of the ears and nausea and believe it could be related to these smart meters. Just yesterday, September 23rd, my daughter came home to a notice which was a paper rolled up and placed on the handle of her front door, stating the city shut off her gas because they installed a gas meter on the outside of her house while she was gone at work. The city did not provide any previous notice to my daughter that the meter was being installed. My daughter has three children and had no hot water, heat, or gas for the stove. My daughter called the city right away who stated they needed to get inside her home to complete the work and would send someone out to her home at midnight. My daughter told the city that she has to work in the morning and her children have school so they sent someone out at 10:30 PM. Why is the city not notifying residents they are installing these meters and why are they doing it late at night? My daughter was very confused and concerned about how this was being handled by the city and felt she had no choice. In the past couple weeks, I also contacted the city due to they sent me a letter in the mail stating that my monthly bill would triple in addition to being I charged a $16.78 quarterly fee if I chose to opt out of the water smart meter installation. The city of Maple Grove stated they would have to average out my service bill - so why did they triple my charges when my usage did not change. The city of Maple Grove previously installed electric smart meters without the consent or knowledge of home owners. There have been several posts on different social media sites from the Maple Grove residents who are very upset about how the city is handling the installation of smart meters with no knowledge or facts provided of what safety risks are involved. I read posts from residents stating the city just showed up on their property to install the meters and not telling the homeowner what they were there for or what they were doing and the residents asked questions the city did not respond. I sent the city of Maple Grove an email asking what the safety risks are from these meters and how many incidents or concerns they have received. The city stated there are no risks and no reported incidents. All responses received from the city were very vague and mostly one word. I have to wonder if the city is not disclosing safety risks because they don’t know or if they do not want to disclose. When the city stated there have been no incidents I wonder if this is due to residents not being aware that a meter has been installed on their home. Residents could be experiencing health issues and not have any idea the meters could be causing them. I find it strange that when the city installed “electric” smart meters they did not notify or obtain consent from homeowners or provide an option to “opt out” of the installation. Now, when installing the water smart meters they are requiring residents to set up an appointment for installation by September 2026. The city stated that if anyone “opts out” of the installation of the water smart meter the city will average out their quarterly bill, but instead the city charged me “TRIPLE” my average bill. My average quarterly bill has been between $95 and $110 but when I received my current bill, the city charged me over $350. Is this more fraud in the state of MN? In addition to tripling my current service bill there is the added quarterly fee of $16.78. This is illegal and wrong in so many ways! Please, please help!!! Most importantly, please help and protect the citizens of this country from the deadly and toxic effects of radio-magnetic frequency found in so many devices (smart meters, cell phones, computers, microwaves, televisions, light bulbs, etc.). The manufacturer's of these products and the people that “push” them need to be held accountable and should be responsible to each person’s safety and health. In 2020 I bought a meter that measures non-ionizing radiation. At that point, when I walked around, most of my neighborhood was in the green, but some of it was in the yellow. In 2021, most of the green had moved to yellow and some of it was in the orange and a bit in the red. As the radiation rose, I began having trouble sleeping soundly at night, and some nights I was unable to sleep more than 2-3 hours. This is very disturbing, and this means that non-ionizing radiation is causing rapid aging to the extent that it interferes with sound sleep of 8-9 hours a night, because one of most identified causes of rapid aging is the lack of deep sleep for 8 to 9 hours, especially in older adults. Other people I know have lived in areas where my meter is solid red for a couple blocks without any relief, and the people in that neighborhood are up all night long, often fighting with each other and showing disturbed ability to relax and to go sleep and this lack of harmony has the same timing as when the meters went into the orange and red which is very high non-ionizing radiation safe only for temporary pass through pretty much, but people own houses in that area, and it seems that these people no longer are able to get along with each other very well and seem full of anxiety and stress that didn't exist like it does after the COVID lockdowns and later. Members of one household confirmed to me that nobody in their household seems able to sleep much any more and people are awake almost any hour any night because they can't sleep due to waves of anxiety that come over them and compel them to have to get up and move around and do things.

We live in the suburbs near a small forest, yet all the birds and wildlife have completely disappeared from our area. There are three radiation towers within a 2 km radius and 5G antennas everywhere. The radiation towers must be removed. People are suffering from headaches and insomnia. The primary indicator of their harmfulness is the disappearance of birds and wildlife (roe deer, hares, foxes) from our surroundings. My children do not get enough sleep—even though their phones are kept in another room at night—and they suffer from migraines.

In 2021 I was working from home for one year by this time.wheningot a blast to my right ea, forcing me to throw my work headset off my head. I screamed as I was answering my first call after morning break. That evening, the pain and pressure got worse and traveled from my ear to my temple then to my front lobe of my brain. I wanted answers neurologist didn’t know much about EMF, RF But told me it was psychological. I knew all I was doing at the time was answering a phone call, therefore, I did nothing to cause it and that I was injured. I told my employer, but the injuries continued until I had to go out on disability. It caused me financial hardship and no doctor s in NJ knew how to treat it. The only thing that helped is getting away from it. I feel HHS should look into this because I can kill you it causes biological damage to our tissues and organs. Thank you for caring about a very important issue. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. I am responding from the perspective of a person personally affected and as a concerned member of the public. Radiation affects me in many ways. Not normal headaches that feels like it is inside the lining of my skull. Brain fog as if I am under the influence of a heavy dose of tranquilizer. Vertigo like symptoms, ear ringing. Fingers burn when I hold a device too long. Cannot be in a group of people for very long because everyone is using devices. For example: doctors office. place of worship, etc.. after four to five hours of this exposure it feels as if my blood is thickening and I will swell in my legs whether I move constantly or not. Then I will experience intense leg pain. After I leave that toxic environment it could take a full day to feel normal again. All of these symptoms began in 2012 although mildly which coincided with the Smart Meter. I opted out but it was installed anyway. My symptoms worsened and by 2020 during the lockdown I began to feel wonderful again. I was no longer around the devices. I spent a lot of my time outside doing yard work and projects. My energy level soared. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to make the connection. I, myself have never been a user of cell phones. I have one for emergencies only. After the lockdown was over I did notice the symptoms returned and even worsened. Almost as if the 5G is so much more powerful and it is everywhere. Ironically, many people seem to have similar symptoms but they refuse to put two and two together. I support HHS taking an active role in examining health and environmental effect of wireless radiation. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate the scientific evidence. Give particular attention to children and vulnerable populations. Establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Yes, having a “smart meter” forced into my house (just below my bedroom) caused headaches and insomnia. I protested the village prior to installation. I was pregnant and potty training my 2 year old. and recieved doctors notes, but had my water shutoff until meter could be installed. We had to move out until a faraday cage could be properly installed over the meter.
