I developed serious heart Arrhythmia and was advised to get a pacemaker. Instead I did some research, and discovered that my laptop, which I work in front of every day, was emitting high levels of mircrowave radiation from its antenna, even though I used an ethernet cable instead of wi-fi. I had the antenna turned off, and my Arrhythmia stopped. Wi-Fi is so damaging to health, and because it is everywhere, Americans are becoming very unhealthy.
I have been a computer graphic designer since the 1990s. In 2022, when I turned on the WiFi of a new, more powerful router, I had a sudden, overwhelming reaction and had to evacuate the house until it was turned off.
Since then, I have been unable to expose myself to radiation from wireless devices, mobile phones, WiFi, Bluetooth or cell towers without wearing a whole shielding outfit. The last time I went shopping bareheaded, I lost consciousness and was taken to the hospital emergency department, where the doctor told me never to expose myself to synthetic EMF radiation again.
When exposed to radiofrequencies or EF/ELF from the AC electrical grid, my symptoms are:
• Heart palpitations
• Dizziness
• Brain fog
• Speech difficulties
• Stomach pain
• Sweating
• Breathlessness
• Weakness and fainting
• A sudden, urgent need to urinate
• And, a few hours later, herpes/shingles
When not exposed to radiation, I am in perfect health.
In 2023, an additional cell tower was installed 1 km from home, and I can no longer access my own garden or the upper floor without protection.
Despite a medical certificate from the environmental pathologies department of a hospital, my requests for accommodation or assistance from public and health services are dismissed.
The consequences for my life are disastrous:
• No longer any access to public spaces.
• No longer any access to healthcare: I am losing my teeth and fear dental infection or hospitalization, which would be impossible given radiation levels in healthcare facilities.
• Dismissed by doctors: the last ones I consulted either made fun of me or offered psychiatric care, which is inappropriate for my environmental issues.
• Dismissed by government administrations.
• I am socially isolated because almost everyone carries irradiating devices, while my condition is not widely recognized, and most people do not believe EMR Syndrome is real.
• I cannot relocate: finding a home without neighbours, far from a cell tower, and without a smart meter is now almost impossible.
I am living on borrowed time as levels keep increasing and there are no longer any no-RF zones to take refuge.
For years, without adequate information about the dangers of radiofrequencies, I used a cordless phone, a mobile phone and WiFi, trusting that regulatory limits protected me. If I had had real information about the dangers of RF, I could have chosen wired connections and calls at home, because all this wireless technology was not necessary.
The same lack of information meant I was unaware of the need to ground every device connected to the mains, although this is easy to manage and would probably have prevented or alleviated my current situation.
I am part of the international collective EMP Victims. At www.empvictims.org, you will find more than 4,600 signatories to our Humanitarian Appeal and numerous video testimonies from people around the world living similar situations to mine.
For the past 6 years I have become intolerant to cell phones, computers, WiFi. My symptoms are EXCRUCIATING headaches, ear stabbing pain, burning scalp sensation, hair loss, insomnia, heart palpitations and chest pain. Just being on my phone and texting this is painful to me. I know without a shadow of a doubt what is causing it, as when I completely avoid, I am symptom free. I have sought out MANY different doctors, treatments and have literally spent thousands of dollars to try and help ease my symptoms. Please, please, this is no joke. We are being radiated and no one seems to care. I know of MANY people that have similar symptoms and experience electromagnetic hypersensitivity. Something needs done. Thank you for listening. I am writing to give personal feedback to HHS on wireless radiation exposure.
I am a concerned member of the public, an individual who has been labeled ‘a canary in the coal mines, and I react negatively around EMF and RL. When I look at a screen my eyes squint and start to burn and when I hold a cellphone in my hand, my arthritis flares up. When a smart meter was installed on the home of my sister in law, she started experiencing heart problems that went away when the meter was removed.
It is time for the government to look at potential health effects on people and establish a priority to lower the radiation allowed in these products.
Thank you for looking into this matter as the world is being blanketed with more and more unhealthy radiation and we the people are getting sicker from it.

I suffer from what has been called EMR-syndrome, electromagnetic radiation syndrome. When I am near anyone using a cellphone or in an area where the WiFi is at a high level, I suffer from dizziness, light-headedness, heart palpitations, feelings of intense anxiety and afterwards, intense exhaustion. For every hour that I am in WiFi, I need at least an hour-long nap, sometimes two. For this reason, I no longer go to church, or to concerts or plays. I do not volunteer in the community or go to the gym. I do not eat in restaurants. I never travel, for airports are the worst (after hospitals). When my husband is in the hospital (five times last year), I can only be with him for 45 minutes at the most. I come home exhausted. I cannot fly to see my children and grandchildren, nor go to the weddings or funerals of family members. I am safe in my home. I hired a building biologist to go through my entire home, looking for high levels of radiation, magnetic fields, and dirty electricity. She gave me explicit, detailed recommendations which I follow "religiously." I live a very secluded life, unable to enjoy the benefits of living in a vibrant community. When I go out into "Wifi-land" (which is virtually everywhere), I have to wear special clothing with silver threads woven through the fabric and hats with silver lining. I pay hundreds of dollars for these pieces of clothing (e.g., $277 just for a tailor-made camisole). I am unable to travel to any foreign country. I do not own a cellphone. I have an ethernet cable for my laptop. I have no microwave. I opted out of smart meters (and pay extra for having done so). I know only one person in the whole world who doesn't own a cellphone (besides my husband).
It started as a joke. I could not hold on to a flip cell phone for long. It would burn and give me nerve pain in my hand and continue up my arm and neck. When I had an emergency and had to keep that phone on my ear, it felt like a burning drill going deeper and deeper. My head hurts so bad. It hurts to think. I cannot figure anything out. I'm lost in the simple grid of my city. My heart starts pounding to fast. My stomach starts to cramp, when I get home I have runny diarrhea. I cannot sleep. I cannot live in my house. I have to find places to sleep in my metal camper.
My smart meter in the house hurt me, and the electric company sent out an emf person who took her meter reading at the wall and moved it out telling me the emfs get less a few inches from the wall. I tell her where in the house I get so sick. She says oh, that is wireless emfs, my meter does not do wireless. I can point out each house around my block as each one gets wireless.
I put shielding all over my house, got rid of wireless, cell phones, anything I could think of, but I had to move away in to the hills where fortunately there are no cell towers. I do have a hard line phone that AT&T want to do away with. We turn breakers on as needed.
My husband drives an hour into town to do the errands. On occasion I go with him to the grocery store. I run around as fast as I can. I cannot go through the check out. The cashiers machines shock me in the head. Anyone with a phone in line (everyone) shocks me. The cameras shock me. All the wireless makes me sick to the stomach. My husband has to check out, and we have to go home immediately where it is safe for me.
There is much more to my story, but I will tell you that while living like this, I am so isolated. I thank God for leading me to this safe area to live. I don't know how much longer it will still be safe for me.

We, unfortunately, put solar on our roof. Almost immediately, my blood pressure skyrocked, woke up with heart palpitations, whole body shaking. Thought I was going to have a heart attack. It took a great deal of time to determine the cause. Had the solar turned off after threatening Solar City. We had a guy come and check the energy levels in the house, was through the roof. Changed our electronic meter to a "read" meter. Blood pressure returned to normal 110/70 and have not had an issue since. I have ALL the documentation on this. Shocking to me that people buy electric cars without a thought they are living in an electrical box!
I am a resident of Hurricane, Washington County, Utah, diagnosed with electromagnetic radiation (EMR) syndrome / electromagnetic hypersensitivity. I ask HHS to treat wireless infrastructure and smart utility meters as a public-health issue, not only an FCC engineering issue.I use a landline and wired Ethernet and have shielded my home, yet I remain isolated. Symptoms include loss of balance, headaches, chest pain, anemia, elevated blood sugar, hypotension, increased heart rate, insomnia, worsening autoimmune problems, and repeated infections. Outdoor walking and medical visits are difficult. Hospitals I have used offer no low-EMF accommodations.I paid $228 plus $22 a month to opt out of the electric smart meter. That meter produced average wiring interference above 1,650 mV; an analog meter later measured about 20 mV, but I was charged $380 and $48 a month. The water district refused a medical opt-out. Neighboring meters and Wi-Fi reach my property.A cell tower was placed next to my home on Water Conservancy District land without notice or environmental review, then expanded to additional antennas and 5G. After activation in 2013, cell service fell from about four bars to none or one. The FCC did not investigate. Copper landline service is no longer maintained and is unusable.A visitor’s pacemaker failed on our tennis court but worked in our shielded home. My husband’s Inspire implant did not work at St. George Regional Hospital. Neighbors have reported cancers, heart attacks, and other illnesses they associate with the tower or meters.
