I find there’s no way to truly understand the effects, but I cannot sleep soundly in my bed, as we have a house full of WiFi and cell towers nearby by, and tired and wired most of the time, but when I go tent camping at the Smokey mountains Cade’s Cove - with no power, WiFi etc. I feel rested and calm with more energy, focus, and better sleep. I breathe more fully and feel more in tune to a healthier sleep and wake cycle. This also happens when I visit friends who live in a more remote area of Ga.. I live in a densely populated area of Greenville SC
