I am responding as an individual Consumer, with an autoimmune disease, ongoing organ system(s) damage, that includes, but is not limited to nervous system damage. My background is "turnaround" Private Sector HC Operations - many patient groups/LOC's - multiple States. Followed by decades in Government, including but not limited to spanning two decades as an HHS Mandated Federal Position, required to exist in a State System, and identified issues with the Federal, State, to County - Local, etc., (i.e. "ALL sides"), on many topics regarding HHS activities - all levels of Govt. My types were charged to analyze, identify, state the facts & implement the Law and that included, but was not limited to defending them in litigation matters - WITH NO ERRORS ALLOWED due to potential "political fallout." Via at the time, a beyond corrupt Judicial System, spanning two centuries, not only regarding Health Care Company Defendants & but also due to chosen behavior & actions of their Counsel & Political & Special Interests "friends and supporters." Additionally, unfortunately, this ALSO, meant dealing with Corrupt Federal, State & County Politicians & their funders/controllers & handlers, Staff, DOJ, OIG, Judges, Hearing Officers, etc., including but NOT limited to DOJ Lawyers supposed to be representing my types as Government Counsel, whom at times were just as corrupt, if not more, as opposing Counsel - representing HC (Private & Government) Companies in legal matters, including as newly hired Defendant(s) Counsel, actually being recently former DOJ Attorneys, who were now making the big bucks, by selling out to be Counsel for Companies, via Law Firms, they were previously charged with, doing their job via the Law for Tax Payers and Patients as former Lawyers of DOJ - where many times they did NOT do their jobs based on facts, proven & indisputable, due to "politics." Additionally, as a Consumer, I've researched studies that have been ongoing for years, and at times, Legislative and Judiciary matters - pertaining to technologies implemented on ALL Americans, with little to no oversight, then bureaucracy regarding Special Interests for profit/influence/control, negatively affecting Federal, State & Local Governments, via Politicians & Politically Appointed Mgmt. being controlled by Special Interests, Foreign & Domestic influencers & Corporate Structure - including but not limited to hidden partnerships, via LLC's, Offshores, Sub's, Ownership Percentages, etc., especially in the business environment, and how Legislative and Regulatory have been severely affected, against the Health of ALL Americans, spanning many decades over two centuries. This includes but is NOT limited to Contractors, and their products - many not proven & then found to have "risks" in many matters and do not work or have bad consequences for utilizing, not just Health Care, but business & tech products that utilize the Government Process, to make money, off the backs of the Tax Payers, and as Consumers, to the Judicial & Regulatory Issues, NOT being implemented, stopped, delayed, etc. Due to "politics," not only wasting Tax Payer dollars, but also negatively affecting the health of Americans. All for profit, control and greed. Which is my main point in this Comment. Thus, when we implement technologies, or allow them to be implemented on Consumers, many times, for a variety of reasons, as stated above and scientific unknowns with new & then expanding technologies, the data is NOT there. Then, many years or decades later in some circumstances, the data is there proving these business & tech products are negatively affecting the health of people, then more politics are then applied, after civilian health carnage, spanning decades, and then the Judiciary, including but NOT limited to the US Supreme Court, allow the carnage to continue. One example, via ROUND UP via Monsanto - a former passed Grandfather of mine was a Chemical Engineer & Plant Manager for Monsanto, & whistleblower who warned me, in the LAST century about issues with new technologies & formulae's & materials that made products, actually NOT being safe - but allowed to continue, due to control, greed and politics. Technology & science implemented to develop ROUND UP & other chemicals, that were "deemed safe" at the beginning, but are not. My Public Comment, is to SUPPORT the following studies, that I will be providing a summarizing link below, involving many individuals and groups, deriving evidence, over time of how EMPs, Radiation & Wireless Radiation Exposure, & Technologies are affecting Consumers. Giving the Federal Government Data, to review, investigate, & implement change.
