I'm a non consent experimentee for at least since 2010. Since at least moving to my current apartment and long before covretly. They torture me with non stop hynotic zombie brainfog like cognitive lopping. they send electric shocks into my body via CNS manipulation plus SO MUCH MORE. Absolute non stop torture. Can't work, can't even remain sane. It's hard just to live at a base level. attached is a video compilation of the body manipulation torture. Nevermind it won't accept videos.
