I am submitting the attached scientific response to the HHS Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure, Docket HHS-OASH-2026-0397, on behalf of the three authors listed in the document: Igor Belyaev, DrSc, Suleyman Dasdag, PhD, and Wilhelm Mosgöller, MD. The attached response addresses Questions 2–18 and provides scientific comments based on peer-reviewed literature and methodological considerations.
