DECLARATION OF Maya Fentiman: I declare under penalty of perjury as follows I reside in Lampeter, Ceredigion, Wales 1. I did not consent, nor do I consent today, to the continuous, involuntary exposure to biologically active RF radiation 2.I was affected by EMR syndrome in 2019 when a utility meter using pulse-modulated RF radiation was installed in my home. I asked repeatedly for it to be removed. I was then forced to relocate to a home without one. 3. In 2020, a mobile phone mast was turned on in my area. The EMR syndrome escalated from this technology, and I was then affected by all forms of RF-emitting devices like WiFi, SMART meters, mobile phones, Bluetooth, satellites, radar, and more. 4. I experience from RFR exposure: Blurred vision, migraines, headaches, seizures, memory loss, confusion, breathing difficulties, bowel and urinary dysfunction, heart palpitations, slow healing of the skin, and general malaise. 5. EMR Syndrome has had a devastating effect on my family and social life, my freedom of movement and access to essential services, e.g., hospitals, Doctor surgeries, dentists, shops and local authority buildings. 6. I have, as a result of being disabled by RF radiation, been forced to miss supporting the births of grandchildren, family weddings, family funerals, social gatherings and many other events. I cannot travel due to RFR and pulse-modulated RF radiation from roadside devices. I have been forced to live remotely and feel isolated and excluded from society due to this unsafe, biologically harmful RFR technology.
