Directed energy weapons were nonconsenually used against me by neighbors who Louisiana law enforcement sent. The new orleans police department weaponized LA-SAFE state fusion center against me to cover up an illegal raid on my residence. Advance active denial technology was weaponized against me like the microwave auditory effect, synthetic telepathy & remote neural monitoring(RNM). The Orleans Parish US attorneys are in reciept of my evidence. I am a survivor of non consensual human experimentation being run out of state fusion center to cover up egregious criminal misconduct perpetrated by the NOPD. Who protected was allowed carte blanche corruption & impunity under a DOJ consent decree. I am currently on exile due to illegal targeting with the use of DEW(weaponized radio frequency, electromagnetic frequency) & illegal surveillance.
