My name is Anita Gehrke and I live in New York State. My health was compromised after Central Hudson placed a digital "smart" meter on my home. Living in my house for months with that meter was virtually impossible and my health deteriorated. My home is my sanctuary and I should have the right to have devices of my choice and which do no harm me. We need an analog meter choice.
