1. & 2. Responding as: an individual
3a. Type of sources: WI-Fi
3b. Nature, duration, frequency, timing: Pulsed frequencies, continuing during several minutes/hours, from low frequencies (dirty electricity) to high frequencies (mobille Phones, WI-FI), since more than 10 years
3c. Adverse health effects: agitation, hyperactivity, memory and concentration difficulties, insomnia, headaches, ringing in the ears, a buzzing sensation in the head, hunger, abdominal pain, nausea, frequent urination, irritation of the airways and lungs, heart palpitations, chest pain, severe fatigue, flu-like symptoms, feverishness, sore eyes, dry eyes, blurred vision, itchy scalp, rough and red facial skin, restless legs, numb hands, dry mouth (especially at night), emotional, exhausted
3d. Time from exposure to appearance of adverse effects; did a change coincide with onset: more than 10 years
3e. Medical evaluation sought? Diagnosis? Yes. Diagnosis by classical doctors was burn-out/CFS, an endocrinologist has found a mild form of CAH and several auto-immune diseases (hashimoto, parietal cell antibodies, vitiligo)
3f. Steps taken to reduce exposure; subsequent changes in effects: Yes, no use of wireless devices, shielded home, shielding clothes outside home, electricity off at night. The effects dissapear 2 or 3 days after elimination of the exposure, but come back during and after new exposure.

Additional Details:
B1a. Sources experienced as causing Adverse Effects: WI-FI, smart-phones, antenna's, cordless phones, dirty electricity
B1b. Sources can sense, but don't harm: I do not sense EMF, I just get all these health complaints from them, most of them after the exposure
B1c. Can use without sensing: clean electricity, one short pulse of HF EMF a few times a day, very short phone call with a smart phone (less than 1 minute), sending an sms,
B1d. That provide benefit: I have no idea, never tried them
B2a. Health conditions that may contribute: Chronic permanent (day/night) exposure to EMF during many years: WI-FI router under my desk, long phonecalls with mobile phones, cordless phone next to the couch
B2b. Other health conditions: Infections (Lyme, Eppstein-Barr), CAH and several auto-immune diseases (hashimoto, parietal cell antibodies, vitiligo), long periods of work stress
B3. Drugs, therapies, remedies, or practices:
B3a. Can recommend: Take rest, sleep, sun to recover between exposures, light exercises, walking in nature and swimming, reading a book, vitamines and minerals if you have shortage
B3b. Can recommend, but not positive they help: If I am not positive that they, help, I won't recommend.
B3c. Helped but don’t recommend:
B3d. Treatments having no effect:
B3e. That made sensitivity worse: 55-64
B4. Age range: 55-64
B5. Year you became aware of your sensitivity to RF/EMFs: 2014
B6. Country, state, province, or city lived in when first noticed sensitivity: Belgium
