This is a scam. The Secretary of Health and Human Services is a lawyer consultant looking to create specific evidence linking a “health issue” to cases. It’s a fishing expedition designed to give RFK power to win in court. It’s a mockery of what the Sec of HHS should be doing, as RFK has no Medical degree, no public health degree, and no experience in anything relevant for health, but is necessary to run the nation’s healthcare system, child support policy, and social services, just to name a few. RFK should be fired or resign immediately.
