A mental-health provider reports widespread sleep complaints among clients and personal reliance on disab…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
As a seasoned mental healthcare provider for 20 years, I can say without a doubt that since we got into the three than four than 5G band with Wi-Fi, nearly every single one of my clients is having issues with sleep. They can’t sleep.. they wake up, they’re all complaining of it, also most of my family members and friends are having the same complaints in the last years. Personally, I believe this is directly related to Wi-Fi. My own personal experience is that I need to turn off my phone , all devices and unplug my router at night in order to sleep normally. I also need to live in a remote area or I can’t sleep either with the constant neighborsWi-Fi on. I believe it’s adding to our chronic growing, cultural anxiety, which has also skyrocketed in tandem with the increasing Wi-Fi- as well as the vast increase insleep deprivation. I believe we need laws in place to somehow selectivelyshield and protect our population, especially the kids, from these unbelievably high frequencies that are exaggerating, us, have and affected our health in ways We don’t even realize yet.

My first experience with negative EMF effects started in my early 40's, when I moved into a new residence and shortly thereafter noticed major insomnia. After 3 months or so, I came across inforamtion referring tothe EMF as a potential cause. On a whim, as I had nothing to lose, I implemented one step. To unplug my Wifi Router at night. That same night I slept very soundly . Surprised I tried it agan the following 2 nights. Same results. Then purposely did not unplug the next coule nights, insomnia returned. That simple N=1 was all I needed. I now turn off the Wifi every night. The I graduated to have the wireless ( Smart Meter) removed. More improvements. Needless to say, I have read all I can and done what is feasible and practical to avoid and or block Non-native EMF exposure.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. In the past around 8 - 9 years I have not been able to sleep well. The lack of sleep made me very tired during day time. Over the years I tried herb teas, various supplements, they did not make any difference. A few months ago, I decided to turn off wifi in the house. Surprisingly I started to sleep well. At first I thought it was coincidence but it has been a few months now and I continue to sleep well. I feel so much better and more energy during the days. I am so happy that HHS is taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard and please continue to do that.

Objects to utility smart-meter installation and opt-out costs. Raises concerns about nearby towers, child…

As a mother and grandmother I am highly concerned about radiation's exposure. I have been harassed but two utility company’s trying to put smart meters on my house. I was over charged by them and more. We have to pay extra fees. I saw a burned down house in KY that two people died and looked like started by a smart meter. 5G towers are everywhere and close to schools and homes. I know people harmed by them. Most parents have Apple Watches on next to baby’s heads. I am around children and I can tell you they don’t sleep as well and likely sicker. It has to stop. All the smart technology is bad for us. We have to pay for things that might protect us. It’s a scam and harming us! Sitting around a fire pit is very healing, you can cook on it and it keeps you warm. The WiFi radiation is causing mold issues and killing the trees and plants.

I have been coping with the effects of wireless radiation for over a decade now. At first I was getting extreme migraine and no doctor could find the reason. Then someone suggested I turn off my wifi and that made all the difference! I had to move because they were planning on putting a 5G tower near my home. I did much local advocacy at the city and county levels but to no avail. I cannot work in my prior place of employment and cannot stay in hotels. All due to EMFs from wireless radiation and the extreme migraines it gives me. Our bodies were not designed to endurw this and my body is evidence.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a parent who is deeply concerned with the amount of radiation our children are growing up surrounded by in their hands and laps, on their heads, in and around homes, schools and neighborhoods. My children are exposed to household and school wireless radiation EVERYWHERE between household internet, solar panels, wifi connected kitchen products, bluetooth everything. With ever increasing demand for a wireless yet always connected society, I believe this is a health topic that is both inconvenient to study and needs to be thoroughly studied. We cannot let this generation of always connected youth grow into adulthood without the understanding of health consequences. I’d like to fight for them while we can reverse course on any safety signals. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard. Sincerely, Jennifer Landgraf, parent

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a patient, healthcare professional, and concerned member of the public. I personally can not sleep with the 5G wifi router on. Having researched this issue, I have found overwhelming evidence about the health dangers of on our health, fetuses, children and animals. I am requesting that this issue be taken seriously.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a patient, a concerned parent, and a researcher. I recognized wireless radiation affected me back in 2014. Someone came a spoke at a school my children were attending about the effects of EMF. And as a parent it sparked my interest and I thought I would start testing it out, I didn’t feel well, but ate a clean diet (minimally processed foods) and exercised regularly. My first thought was I would turn off the wifi on the router at night. I didn’t notice much. My next experiment, I turned off our cell phones when we travelled, as we were regularly travelling 3.5 hours, twice a week, then I was convinced it was affecting me. I no longer felt ill in the car and felt like myself after a drive, rather then feeling woozy and nausea after a long drive.

Now I thought I would try putting the computers and phones into airplane mode at night …suddenly I was no longer restless in bed with racing thoughts. Some nights I let my husband turn things off, but still would feel restless, so I’d check if his phone was off and sure enough, he had forgotten to turn it off. So I’d turn it off and fall asleep. I’ve now hardwired my house. However, when I’m out in the “world”, I don’t like to be at indoor places too long as I don’t feel great.

As you can see from my experiments and finding greater health, the wireless signals concern me; for the sake of my family, as well as society as a whole.

I am writing as a parent of a child effected by EMFs. My daughter gets headaches, nosebleeds and other various aches and pains due to increase in EMF exposure. She gets pain when near Teslas and has had many long nights of sleeplessness when WiFi is on. She is noticeably better when no WiFi is on or when out away from so many electronics and towers.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of the following: patient, parent, family member, caregiver, doctorate prepared RN, researcher, advocate, and a concerned member of the public. Wireless radiation has adversely affected me, my children, my family, my clients, and the community. Shortly after 5G rolled out my children, my spouse, and I began having migraine headaches. My children and spouse were given scalp injections, nasal medications, and oral medications for the severe pain. Both my spouse and my children began to have sleep disturbances, including insomnia. My children were so bad that their doctor prescribed trazadone for sleep. My children and I began experiencing rashes without any known environmental cause for which more medication was prescribed. My spouse developed a brain tumor and subsequently died. I have developed an autoimmune condition which causes swelling of my joints, pain, and extreme fatigue (all labs come back normal). My eyesight has worsened drastically from perfect 20/20 to needing a new prescription every few months which I cannot afford, so I’m having to get a new pair of stronger readers from the drug store which don’t work as well as I need. My foster teen has had a vast improvement in behavioral issues since reducing the 5G exposure, so much so that the teen is being removed from their psych meds for ADHD, anxiety, and aggression. I have since the 5G devices removed from all bedrooms and the router/modem is at the other end of the house then where we live. I have noticed that people in the community (my health coaching clients) are also describing similar issues and those who reduce their exposure to 5G have an improvement in their symptomology. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence and “studies” done by those being compensated by 5G have a huge conflict of interest. Those studies should be considered compromised.
