Exposure limits & oversight

Since the UK roll out of smart meters my life has been reduced to trying to survive. Torturous symptoms have stopped me from living a normal life. The effact is equivalent to Assault Ocassioning Actual Bodily Harm (A charge which merits a maximum of 5 years imprisonment in tthe UK) My worst symptoms are:- Painful tinnitus, Breathlessness even at rest Heart Arrhythmia Tremor Headaches Nausea & sickness Dizziness Deprivation of Restorative Sleep Premature Frailty and more ICNIRP have set 'safety' levels which harm human health. Media gagging and censoring on the subject has enabled thousands of murders to go unchecked. This is a weaponised microwave radiation attack purely and simply to reduce the population. In other words, it iis Democide. The instigators of this cull should be shot immediately.

I came down with what is now called EMRS (Electromagnetic Radiation Syndrome, previously called EMS/ Electromagnetic Sensitivity) in 2012. I had a range of symptoms most of which I never had had before, including heart palpitations, chronic fatigue (constantly tired), nerve damage to my hands including loss of grip strength, brain fog and leaky gut. My tongue and throat sometimes felt swollen and prickly. My scalp and body often felt prickly. I felt restless, sleepless, and anxious. I sought medical help to no avail, whether allopathic or alternative practitioners. Finally, two friends said it sounded like I was electrosensitive. I started reading and studying, learning about the issues related to dirty electricity and RF radiation. What I learned led me to understand that the solar system I had installed in 2010 was partially responsible for my condition as were the cordless phones I was using. I got rid of the cordless phones and went to a land line. I installed a whole house electrical filter on my electric panel as well as some individual dirty electricity filters inside the house to clean the dirty electricity. I installed Ethernet throughout my house to avoid Wi-Fi. I started feeling better but since I lived in Los Angeles, there were cell towers and neighbors Wi-Fi so I ended up creating a Faraday cage around my whole house. My health improved immensely, though it was difficult to go anywhere since the levels of RF radiation almost everywhere are too high for sensitive individuals, and unhealthy for all since the FCC limits are outdated and unsafe. Ongoing, my health has continued to be somewhat problematic including developing thyroid problems which I also attribute to EMF. I continue to have pain in my hands and occasionally other symptoms such as difficulty sleeping. It got too difficult for me in LA. I sold my home in LA and bought a home in the rural mountains, in an area that is currently safe, with no cell towers in my vicinity. My greatest fear is that this safety could easily be threatened by the telecom industry putting a cell tower or small cell up near my home. With the present laws giving too much power to the telecom industry, I would have little or no recourse to do anything about it with the current FCC rules. I would like to see regulations changed so that cell towers would be banned from proximity to schools as well as from residential areas. There are plenty of international independent studies that prove that RF exposure is dangerous (https://www.americansforresponsibletech.org/scientific-studies) but again nothing has changed. There should be more education about the truth of the danger, including to the medical professions. The telecom industry should be publicly required to admit the danger of cell phone, Wi-Fi and other wireless technology. Additionally, children need to be protected with regulations if necessary.

I, my family, and many others have been adversely affected by non-ionizing radiation for years. I ask for you to address and completely review any health effects connected to the medical body area network and more broadly all EM radiation produced by government infrastructure, government contractors, and anything tangentially connected to nanotechnology. I myself have experienced debilitating symptoms for years that increase in severity in proximity to certain frequencies. Please consider reducing frequency bands related after findings and opportunities for public exposure.

My strange health issues started in 2012 when I got my first smart phone. I started experiencing heart issues, extreme fatigue, and positional headaches. I was also worse off in certain places than others. I found being outdoors in rural areas gave me some relief. I was experiencing episodes of pvc’s and tachycardia. My headaches were determined by what physical position I was in. Just the act of bending my head a little forward or down a ways would bring relief. Sometimes instant relief. If I stood back up, the headache came on again. My fatigue began to manifest in having to lie down, no matter where I was at. Driving anywhere became a challenge and being in the car seemed to bring my symptoms on more. In my research I came across the negative effects of EMF’s on certain people and I began to see the correlation between my EMF exposure and my symptoms. Fast forward to 2026: I live rural, have ethernet in my home, and a landline phone. I do have a cell phone but I use it sparingly and keep it as far away from me as possible and keep it on airplane mode most of the time. I no longer have positional headaches. My fatigue is much better along with my heart issues. I now drive an older car and turn off all the Bluetooth capabilities and I am able to make small trips around town. I am one of the fortunate ones who is able to live in a home where I can control my exposure. However, I worry about the impact on children. In 1989 a lab in San Marcos California was testing cell phones to make sure that they follow the FCC guidelines. They used a mannequin called Sam and they would use the maximum amount of EMF radiation that can come off a phone and measure how much was heating his brain and whether it was safe or not. The problem was they used this mannequin which was based on being 6 foot two man and weighing 220 pounds. This head was bigger than the heads of 95% of all cell phone users. So, if you’re a woman, teenager, or small child this test would exceed your limits. Children’s bodies contain a lot more water than adults and their heads absorb up to two times more radiation from the same exposure compared to what most adults get- not to mention a child’s bone marrow absorbs up to 10 times more. Knowing this, what does the future look like for the millions of children who are exposed to this every day all day without a break. We don’t know the physical, emotional, and mental outcomes that this will have on their futures. I truly believe we need to have some guidelines and restrictions of wi fi use in our schools. No one,whether government agents,or private corporations has a right to force cell phone towers,stingrays,smart meters,spy cameras/microphones,etc. on the rest of us. But they have done it,and continue to do it,because they,the criminals,can get away with it. Government agents and private corporations get away with these crimes,and many other crimes,because a different group of armed government agents,who enjoy qualified immunity,protect them. An example of this truth was when Bill Gates was "asked" to appear before the House Oversight Committee,to speak with them,regarding his dealings with Jeffrey Epstein. After he was done,he got to just walk out of the building,and continue assaulting the rest of us,who have no protection,from devils such as this.Arrest Bill Gates,for Crimes Against Humanity.Arrest all the psychopaths who view God's earth/creation,as their own little private project. Everything that the evil PayPal Mafia has put in the skies,on the land,and wherever else,needs to be audited,and the findings need to be made public asap.

No safety studies have been done on 5G and cell phone science has many parallels to tobacco science. Studies paid for by industry are unlikely to find any evidence of hazard while research funded from independent sources are much more likely to find evidence of harm. Insurance companies are aware of the true EMF risks and refuse coverage to the wireless industry. The FCC is considered to be a captured agency by Harvard ethicists with prior commissioners having strong ties to industry. For that reason, the agency grants the telecom companies whatever they want in terms of expansion of wireless systems without addressing significant safety concerns. The FDA and EPA which could have a role in regulating health and environmental impacts are also captured. EMF hazards also cause harm to trees, birds, bees, and other insects. A 2021 lawsuit against the FCC was won by Children’s Health Defense and the Environmental Health Trust. The U.S. Court of Appeals ruled the FCC’s 2019 decision that its 1996 guidelines adequately protect the public from non-cancer harms from 5G and wireless-based technologies was capricious, arbitrary and not evidence-based. Unfortunately, the FCC has ignored the court’s mandate and has not updated its safety guidelines. Please take action to update these standards immediately.

SUMMARY This submission identifies four areas where there are gaps in necessary protection for long term public health. Cell masts capable of RF transmission are being installed in residential streets— Without long term effects having been proven safe for human and wildlife health; and Without reported adverse effects having been avoided or remedied; and Without the democratic agreement of residents living within reach and sight of the technology; and Without adequate monitoring of transmission levels. The regulatory authorities are failing to protect human and wildlife wellbeing in these four ways. Issues of public concern regarding positioning of cell masts in residential areas: The telecom companies are not required to remedy loss of good health, nor pay for shielding materials to avoid effects, nor compensate loss of pleasure in life. There is no provision for the public to have rights of objection to the choice of site for a cell mast, nor rights to compensation and fair settlement. Recourse to legal processes is beyond the means of most households. That is, the costs of shielding materials, re-designing bedrooms where children sleep, and “leaving all fair” should fall on the telecommunication companies and not on the householder. I am electro sensitive. I have to shield my home from EMFs because I react to them. When my kids turn on their mobile phones when I'm fast asleep I immediately wake up and start shaking. I feel burning on the top of my head and my heart palpitates. I then switch on a broad range microwave meter and sure enough my body is always right about detecting these unwanted microwaves. For me ES is just like any other allergic reaction. I have even fallen over in a shop when the WI Fi was too high. I can no longer shop in my groceries store because their new EMF communications system on the many self-service tills gives me a very strong feeling in my heart and my blood pressure goes sky high without me feeling stressed. It's not stress - it's the new system. It also burns my eyes and makes the skin on my face feel sore. Some people think allergies are psychosomatic but people can't stop a peanut allergy or feeling pain and ES is the same. I can't work because I couldn't sit in an EMF environment for long. At times in the past when badly exposed I have actually experienced red burns and patches on my face. I live in an apartment surrounded by other people's routers & wi-fi and mobile phone, blue tooth gadgets etc. My husband and I have had to completely shield all walls facing these other apartments using metal based wallpapers and carbon paint and earthing these to the mains earth to better act as a shield and drain any static build up etc. This has been a horribly painstaking process as only an unbroken surface of shielding with prevent microwave emissions entering the space (Microwaves are pretty tiny...). I have had to use special silver-coated shielding net curtains to block wi-fi from entering through windows from where the neighbors apartment wraps round to face our part of the building. In order to monitor this we have bought a small acoustic and LED monitoring wide range microwave acoustimeter (meter). Which is quite sensitive and we use for diagnosis during and after blocking treatments. At times we have 'over treated' areas and this seems counterproductive and I can't remain in the room feeling some kind of build up. We have to constantly react to neighbors who may move a router, buy a different device and specifically are fighting every new pressure technique to install smart meters for electricity in a small cupboard right the other side of the wall to our apartment - this has been a horrific and ongoing battle and has the potential to ruin our relationship with our sometimes baffled neighbors. Part way through this process our MD Doctor assessed me and diagnosed me as having Electrosensitivity what has been of some help in countering arguments from installers of the smartmeters etc. Engineers lie about the meters swearing blind that they can instal them in 'dumb mode', which is only partially true as the meters still emit a very strong microwave call-and-response signal every minute or so to try and make a connection, and this part of the device cannot be switched off - it is part of how it works. I am also susceptible to other allergies, have a strong sensitivity to dust, moulds and other allergens. We would love to move to a detached house in the country away from all exposure but in the UK that is prohibitively expensive. We also live in fear of mobile phone masts of 5G masts being suddenly erected near our house as these can circumnavigate all planning regulations in the UK (In fact they need not even apply in most cases). In all our right to live a peaceful life without microwaves is completely non-existant in reality - we cannot require neighbors to stop their wi-fi entering our property, we cannot require councils not to place mobile phone masts wherever they want and we cannot stop supermarkets, shops or other facilities flooding their premises with microwave emissions with it seems stronger and stronger levels built off the back of being better and better at penetrating through walls etc to give consumers a 'good signal'. This is an extraordinary strain on one's wellbeing and mental health as a single issue encountered could drive us out of our house with no safe place to go that may not be subjected to the same problems suddenly and often irreparably. It is also a strain on family life and friendships as everyone has to be told not to have their phone on in the house, including smartwatches and unfortunately the hearing aid of my mother in law who does visit but can't hear what we are saying because she has to have the hearing aid off (It is a wireless version - all that is available nowadays). When people come in and are 'swept' with the microwave meter they will often get grumpy when they have turned their phone onto airplane mode, then have to be asked to turn off bluetooth as well, then location services and then even when they have given up and powered off the whole device (So they think) we discover that even so they may have a 'Find my Phone' service still on.

Since the installation of “smart” meters in my home, I have had tinnitus and headaches. I was never given the option of choice.

My name is Blythe Tomblin. I have a titanium implant in my left upper jaw. I never got headaches before very very rarely and around 2021. I started getting intermittent headaches. Around 2022 I moved to Hayden Idaho and got a job at an office building that had 5G and my headaches became worse and I couldn’t breathe out of the left side of my nose. My headache would go from intense pressure, headache to runny nose and the cycle would just keep repeating. It took me a while to correlate what was going on. I looked up some things online, and I found a case where a man had a bunch of implants and had the same symptoms. My dentist said that 5g heats my implant up 3 degrees. There is no escaping this. The cell phone companies should have tested these types of things out to make sure there is no harm to the human body. They should compensate me for my pain and suffering among many other people and also pay for the surgery to get this removed so I can have a zirconia one put in that will not cause these types of problems.
