Exposure limits & oversight

I am concerned about the wireless non-ionizing radiation to which we are exposed 24 hours a day. This short-wave radiation is dangerous not only to our health, but to the health of almost all living organisms. We have not evolved to tolerate such an attack of these short-wave lengths on our bodies. The ill-effects of such exposure have been documented. They range from headaches, dizziness, sleeplessness, body aches and pains, mental distress, cancer and sometimes fatal reactions. Wildlife experience similar effects from bees and invertebates to vertebrates. The expansion of these cell towers and antennas makes it almost impossible to shield oneself from their damaging and dangerous effect. People have to abandon their homes, which cannot sold. Farm animals get very sick as well as wildlife. What is terrifying is the expansion to 6G. Children are even more vulnerable to the dangerous effects. What is the effect on a developing fetus? It is urgent that we have complete information on electromagnetic Fields, Radiofrequency, and Wireless Radiation. The 1996 legislation gave this industry indemnity from lawsuits. They cannot be sued for the harm they do. That inability to sue needs to be changed. The power to regulate this industry needs to be given to HHS and removed from FCC. They have proven themselves to be irresponsible and dangerous. We can switch to fiber optics and safer technologies. I appreciate your concern for our well-being and for the well-being of all life. We cannot survive without a working ecology.

I am most concerned about how EMF radiation affects children. There is evidence that it impacts them much more strongly than adults and can cause various problems. They are exposed many hours a day at school, then at home with all the devices that each member of their family has in addition to routers, wifi, TVs. Please test this radiation and put limits on it. Thank you.

We need more oversight regarding the proliferation of cell phone mast placement, directional accuracy, power density. We shouldn't have cell phone masts that are 300 ft from classroom like we do here at the local highschool. It's not necessary and it the amount of radio frequency radiation saturated the air keeps increasing all the time, so there really is no way to accurately study possible dangers. There is research out there showing harm from this technology, but it is buried by industry funded research. People are wising up to industry and government collusion. We can be so much smarter than we are being with the placement of towers. Adopt standards like other countries in Europe where you aren't allowed to have a tower within 500 meters of a school. Make the providers dial down power density of the cell masts so that areas are not "overpowered". Also, the whole idea that non-ionizing radiation is safe, is totally laughable. Again, there is research, buried under industry funded research, that demonstrates that non-ionizing radiation is not harmless. The people understand that the big telecom companies are getting a free pass, because of lobbying and "cozy" relationships and partnerships with government entities. The Federal Communications Act of 1996 hasn't been updated for safety. We only had 2G then. There was a bogus attempt to modify it in 2021 or 2022, effectively keeping it exactly the same in regards to safety. It's not just cell phone masts that are an issue. Wireless proliferation in classrooms is also out of control and the effects of it are unknown. Placement, power density, and directional accuracy can also come into play with wi-fi routers in the classroom, so the kids aren't in an "overpowered" environment. It's not supernatural that we are having so many neurodegenerative conditions amongst young people that cannot be explained away by saying our diagnostic tech and diagnostic capabilities have improved. Yes they have improved, but that doesn't mean that's the only reason we are seeing more cases of autism, adhd, anxiety issues. I grew up in the 80's and 90's. I knew one kid with anxiety issues. Now a majority of kids struggle with anxiety. I believe a big part of this is due to wireless radiation proliferation and unnatural light spectrum of newer lighting technologies like LEDs and older tech like fluorescent lighting. There's no intelligent reason that we have to live in an "overpowered" environment. Talk to utility engineers and RF engineers...it can be remedied.

I am a neurologist and I see patients all the time who describe their experiences with EMF's or wireless radiation exposure causing symptoms. They complain of headaches or health problems starting after a cell tower is put in near their home, or after a smart meter is put in, etc. I am extremely concerned about the effects of all of these things on our health. After nearly thirty years of explosive wireless growth, do we actually know what constant, cumulative exposure to all of this is doing to us? Cumulative exposure from dozens of wireless devices needs to be studied instead of only testing one device at a time. RF levels need to be measured in schools. Children are even more sensitive to the effects of these exposures. We should all be able to know what our actual exposure is. As a physician, I think there should be a national system for doctors to report suspected RF-related health effects.

I can't express the enormity of my respect for you, Honorable Kennedy, and your wisdom and courage and common sense and wherewithal and vision and strength... in taking steps to call on the world to confront the matter of EMR, the technologIES that are being combined with it, and the profound risks these technologies pose for life on earth. Along with EMR, humanity has witnessed, or helped build, construction of what appears to be a biotech foundation for dystopia. Thank you, and God bless you, for raising hard questions that should have been confronted decades ago, as unthinking white coats, shareholders, CEOs, military controllers... raced recklessly ahead with these inventions. Old questions still urgently need to be answered, and the answers still need real-world sane responses, even though auto-slave-tech theory is now in such advanced stages of application and early use. Is awareness growing that "left vs right" is a media myth, and that slavery vs freedom is the true game? And has been for thousands of years? See attached file(s) regarding serious drone issue, EMFS, RFS on my property of 16 acres. Need limitations on drone regulation, stricter drone rules. Drone abuse is real. Drones pressing against our bedroom windows each night in all the places I moved to, I sold my home on 4 acres because I had a serious drone issue and we knew the name of the neighbor but the Sheriff in Siler City, NC was friends with them so did not do anything. I thought I could just buy another house away from drones but the 3 homes I lived in last year they all had neighbors flying drones in my backyard in circles around me and my cat sitting in the grass, they hovered there all night long, did not budge. I don't own a gun but why do they say you are not allowed to shoot a drone down on your property but there is no law enforcing drones encroaching on my property, there needs to be a drone department at every police and Sheriff's office. No one is helping me even though for the last 12 years I submitted complaints, comments, filed reports to the local law enforcement, FAA, to the Military but no one stops it from happening. Every small and large drone needs id-identification, please do something proactive and help. See attachement regarding this.

As a tester of EMF houses for years and a health researcher for many more, the stark health improvement of my customers is what is immediately apparent. One customer from 15 year stands out as a stark example. This woman was on the verge of suicide. She had constant headaches, eye trouble and a nasty (often pus-filled) facial rash. It was a simple EMF solution. She had been sleeping on the other side of a wall from the electric meter i.e. within 3-4 feet. We moved her bed andthese maladies dissipated within days. In 2002, I tried to engage RFK Jr. after an environmental speech at UofT to no particular avail. The EMF from electrical powerlines got a free pass and now the opponent 100x the size. I fear the same obfuscation, corruption and chicanerey from this amalgam of EMF Corp. will match or exceed Pharma. RFK Jr. has with persistent , strategic chipping away at Pharma's edges has already impacted the mobility and mortality of millions of people. It grows by the day. There are that many and more who are mentally and impacted by EMF. It was once my mission. But I was mocked by my own family - 5 or 6 of whom have since died where the unindicted co-conspirator was in fact.... EMF. P.S. The Milan- Rome Conundrum elucidated by Denis Rancourt (see also New York- California) points to the fact Milan was swamped with COVID deaths where Rome was not. EMF was One Answer. Request for Information Docket HHS-OASH-2026-0397 Public Experiences and Reported Potential Adverse Health Effects 2. I submit this comment as a concerned citizen with 2 direct years of constant EMF exposure from a buried power line along our foundation emitting excessive EMF (magnetic). In total, I now have 6 years of personal experience related to EMF exposure and health effects. 3. After moving into a newly built condo, my husband and I started to suffer from headaches, dizzy spells, high pitched & popping auditory symptoms, insomnia, brain fog, and other issues such as anxiety, irritability, heart palpitations, etc. After researching our combined symptoms and possible causes, we purchased an EMF meter and eventually identified that there was a high EMF (magnetic field) originating from a 20+ year old power line that was buried at the foot of our foundation and supplying power to the entire neighborhood(s). In addition, Dirty Electricity was also an issue in our new condo. After going before the City Council 4 times and contacting experts in the field and escalating the issue to the power company, the power company agreed to move the powerline away from our foundation. a. Primary issue: Power Conductor Line supplying power to neighborhood(s). Secondary issue: Dirty Electricity b. 24/7 excessive EMF (magnetic) ranging from 12 to 30 mG (and much higher during peak demand months) at the living room floor/exterior wall up to the master bedroom and through the entire depth of the condo. The EMF dissipated to about 1.5 mG in the driveway on the back side of the condo. Exposure started in January of 2020 when we moved in and it dropped significantly on January 28, 2022 when the old power line was turned off and relocated further away from the foundation from its original location. However, the EMF magnetic field consistently hovered around 0.5 to 1.0mG thereafter and we found it necessary to sell our home due to our new "electromagnetic hypersensitivity" resulting from 2 years of constant exposure. c. The adverse health effects we experienced included headaches, insomnia, brain fog, auditory anomalies (ringing, high & low-pitched noises, popping sounds), dizzy spells, memory issues, heart palpitations, anxiety, irritability, electromagnetic hypersensitivity, etc. d. The health effects first appeared shortly after moving into our new condo. We did not understand why we were experiencing these symptoms and did not know about EMF. It was almost a full year of confusion, headaches, dizzy spells, etc., before we started to research what could be causing our health effects and bought a Trifield EMF meter in December of 2020. e. Confidential PHI f. The steps we took to reduce EMF exposure from the power line included moving into the guest room (furthest from the source of the EMF) and, at night, turned off the main power breaker to minimize EMF while we slept. We continued to have symptoms but, at times, seemed less severe than when we were sleeping in the master bedroom (2nd floor above the power line). We avoided the living room, where the EMF was highest. For the EMF exposure from the dirty electricity, we had the electrician remedy by rewiring the bundled neutrals in the electrical panel & boxes (this was the easy fix). g. Exposure logs with readings throughout the house and pictures and videos recorded. Exposure Standards and Risk Assessment 5. Please consider reviewing international exposure standards and building biology guidelines to establish regulatory frameworks to evaluate potential adverse health effects of human exposure to EMF. Please consider establishing guidelines and regulatory standards for proximity of power lines, sub stations, cell towers, etc. Educate the general public about hazards of all types of EMF and what they can do to minimize exposure. With cell phones, require lower SAR and require all cell phone and wireless radiation to post their SAR levels along with possible health effects. For Power Conductors and Sub Stations, establish safe limits and do not allow day cares, nursing homes, homes, or places of business to be built within at least 100 feet (refer to California’s standards on this – that is one thing they did right!).
