I am a neurologist and I see patients all the time who describe their experiences with EMF's or wireless radiation exposure causing symptoms. They complain of headaches or health problems starting after a cell tower is put in near their home, or after a smart meter is put in, etc. I am extremely concerned about the effects of all of these things on our health. After nearly thirty years of explosive wireless growth, do we actually know what constant, cumulative exposure to all of this is doing to us? Cumulative exposure from dozens of wireless devices needs to be studied instead of only testing one device at a time. RF levels need to be measured in schools. Children are even more sensitive to the effects of these exposures. We should all be able to know what our actual exposure is. As a physician, I think there should be a national system for doctors to report suspected RF-related health effects.

We are also calling for a radical change in standards in order to protect those who are not yet suffering, particularly children and pregnant women, who are among the most vulnerable Our Appeal has been received by institutional officials who refuse to take into account the health and environmental consequences of the exponential increase in levels of artificial EMFs. We support Robert F. Kennedy Jr., U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services, in the hope that the toxicity of electromagnetic radiation will finally be recognized and that each state will take the necessary measures to protect its population. The Global Indoor Health Network is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing education and awareness of the health effects of mold and other indoor contaminants, including the harmful effects of microwave radiation. The use of EMF and RF devices is growing exponentially. These devices transmit wirelessly using Electromagnetic Fields (EMF) and Radio Frequencies (RF). They are NOT safe and are harmful to adults and children. The toxic nature of electromagnetic fields dangers comprising electrical voltages, radiofrequencies and microwaves is a clearly established fact in the international medical literature, that has accumulated over the last 250 years. Federal regulations protect the public only from the thermal (i.e., heating) risk due to short-term exposure to high intensity, cell tower radiation. The Federal regulations ignore the thousands of studies that find harmful bio-effects from long-term exposure to non-thermal levels of radiation. A good starting point for learning about the scientific literature on this subject is the October 4, 1971, report from Naval Medical Research Institute (NMRI), titled "Bibliography of Reported Biological Phenomena (Effects) and Clinics Manifestations Attributed to Microwave and Radiofrequency Radiation" (and also see the 1976 follow-up report that added seven supplements). The report lists numerous health effects caused by radiofrequency (RF) radiation and includes references to more than 2,300 published research papers on the biological responses to radiofrequency and microwave radiation. This tells you there were already more than 2,300 published research papers on this topic prior to 1971. Thousands of additional papers have been published over the past five decades. Barrier Trower, a retired British Secret Service Microwave Weapons specialist, summed it up, saying "By 1971, we knew everything that needed to be known." Another expert in this field, Jerry Flynn, is a retired Canadian Armed Forces captain with specialized training and 22 years of experience in Electronic Warfare and Signals Intelligence. Flynn has worked with U.S. and NATO armies in this specialized capacity. He said: “The U.S. military has known for decades that the RF/microwave frequencies most harmful to man are those within the band 900 MHz to 5 GHz. These frequencies penetrate all organs of the body, thus putting all human organ systems at risk. Smart meters emit these precise frequencies which, when combined with certain pulsed modulation characteristics and power densities, are most harmful to the brain, central nervous system, immune system, and can cause cancers. This is precisely why these frequencies are used in microwave weapons of war.” Dr. Devra Davis states in her book "Disconnect: The Truth About Cell Phone Radiation, What the Industry Is Doing to Hide It, "there is a growing body of evidence surrounding alarming new scientific understandings of cell phones, other commonly used microwave radiating devices, and the new 5G network currently being built-out nationwide. We don't want to believe our new toys to which we are so attached--and which bring in enormous profits--could also cause our demise or that of our children. But science is not about belief. Governments' responsibility to their citizens should not be either." In relation to the harm being done by these devices, it is important to mention Havana Syndrome. As you know, a phenomenon called "Havana Syndrome" has affected many CIA agents, Embassy workers and American citizens. It is believed to be caused by microwave radiation attacks, most likely using cell phones or cell towers which can be used to target high levels of microwave radiation -- aimed at individual people or individual locations. It is believed that government officials were targeting opponents of the smart grid and 5G network with significant increases of microwave radiation. I was poisoned by the misuse of organophosphate pesticides as a child and have had lifelong complications including many chemical and environmental sensitivities that eventually resulted in a stroke in 2022. At that time, I was put through two MRI brain scans without contrast, CT scans with contrast, EKGs, and doppler heart tests in a small span of time. After all the testing was completed, I developed severe electromagnetic sensitivities. I cannot be around cell phones, cell towers, wi-fi, or even hard-wired computers for any length of time. My life has become even more precarious and isolated than ever before. I cannot safely leave my home for any length of time due to the ubiquitousness of chemicals, cell phones, cell towers, smart meters, wi-fi, and various wireless security devices. I cannot work; I have not been able to get disability, as environmental sensitivities are not generally accepted in the medical or Social Security arena; I do not have a regular doctor because those that are chemical, wi-fi, wireless device free, and recognize environmental sensitivities are out of my price range and do not accept my Medicaid insurance which I stand to lose in a few months because I cannot fulfill any work requirements, and as I said above, I cannot obtain SSI or SSDI. My only support system was my parents who recently died, I am in serious debt and facing a potential lawsuit, have a few months of money left if the debt collectors do not seize it first, and am facing homelessness and a very uncertain future. I would not wish environmental or electromagnetic sensitivities on my worst enemy. Things stand to get worse for all of us as the proliferation of wireless continues unabated worldwide - even nature and camping sites are no longer safe as wi-fi and cell towers have been put in these areas as well. How does one live in this ever-increasing toxic world? I am not sure I will be able to for much longer.

I have tinnitus,24 hours a day, never stops, is chronic. It started in march 2024 and got louder by august that year. I can hear my heartbeat that is faster when I wake up at my friends place. My heartbeat sounds slower consequently at my place which I've been able to avoid getting smart meter so far. Luckily for me, Ndis and local ombudsman have helped me avoid a reading meter fee by ausnet services. I regularly stay a few nights per week at my friends place who has a smart meter and lives closer to mobile phone towers than my place.

When I had mercury amalgam poisoning in October 2020, I became disabled to work as real estate agent because it made me become hypersensitive to the radiations of cellphone, wifi and similar technologies. It made me weak and some parts my body numb. It also caused my left eye to be completely blind. I needed to move and live in a camping tent in a foresty land in order to be away from electronic and electrical radiations. I applied for disability benefit with SSA but unfortunately they do not consider Electrohypersensitivity as a disabling illness. I feel that it is very unfair. Change is needed. Because of my experience, I want mercury amalgam fillings be banned and that the public must be warned and be prevented from the adverse effects on health by the radiations of cellphone, wifi, smart meter, cellphone towers and other similar technology.

I am a Board Certified physician in practice for over 43 years. I have personally experienced and have many patients that have experienced detrimental effects with EMF radiation exposure. Headaches, brain fog, agitation, heart palpitations and insomnia are the most common complaints. It is extremely difficult to minimize and impossible to fully shield from the ever increasing amounts and intensities of wireless radiation that we are being exposed to without informed consent. I was threatened with being jailed many years ago by APS when I refused to let them install 4 "smart" meters 5 feet away from where I conduct my medical practice. Just recently, I had to take my newish car to several places at great cost to disable the multiple electronic signals being broadcast within inches of my head. It is becoming an increasingly difficult world to navigate for those of us aware of our EMF sensitivity. Sadly, so many many more are not aware of these signals being a causative or contributing factor to their medical issues. Independent studies must be done and citizens must be informed and given options on saying no to wireless radiation including cell towers, "smart" devices, wifi etc.

The EMF generated rainstorms that are commonly created and dispersed along with stratospheric aerosol injection campaigns in our sky have made tinnitus for myself nearly unbearable. I think EMF sickness is much more prevalent than the local doctors and monument health folks in Rapid City want to disclose or talk about... I wouldn't be surprised if many of the doctors who are young now and in this area have had to sign a non-disclosure agreement regarding EMF exposure. There are times where I honestly feel like my body is being microwaved, my internal organs feel heated up, and all due to exposure to EMFs. I'm otherwise a healthy man who works out exercises and eats right. I do not have a history of mental illness or other maladies... But unless electronic devices are put on airplane mode or completely turned off, I feel at times so sick I can barely move. I've talked to my dentist about this and she agrees with me.. she wears an EMF hat at night as so do I and she has EMF blankets for her children that she covers them with at night... The smart meters mounted on the sides of the houses are awful and emit EMF radiation as well... Please launch a full epidemiology study in the Black hills of South Dakota on EMF poisoning... Please stop the proliferation of 5G, Smart Meters, Dirty Electricity, 5G/Cell Towers. Researcher have documented the harm that's being done on the celluar level and found that 5G being transmitted and received by Smart phones/watches, and Wi-Fi. It's urgent that cities and counties have the ability to to properly oversee wireless, telecommunications—while granting sweeping advantages to industry. There are bills being introduced that wants to rewrite federal law to override and basically steamroll local authority by limiting fees. ALSO tightening shot clocks, and removing reviews under the National Environmental Policy Act and the National Historic Preservation Act for modifying cell towers and wireless sites.
