My name is William Kirk im I've been placed on a list to where I'm stalked watched and assaulted with electromagnetic weapons. If u want to see if this is true covertly investigate me. I'm not hard to find. I need your help. These people have sabotage every aspect of my life now tortur me with these weapons. Thank u have a blessed day. William Edward Kirk 10 10 75.
I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.
I am responding from the perspective of a [patient, parent, family member, advocate, concerned member of the public].
In 2021 I was working from home for one year by this time.wheningot a blast to my right ea, forcing me to throw my work headset off my head. I screamed as I was answering my first call after morning break. That evening, the pain and pressure got worse and traveled from my ear to my temple then to my front lobe of my brain. I wanted answers neurologist didn’t know much about EMF, RF But told me it was psychological. I knew all I was doing at the time was answering a phone call, therefore, I did nothing to cause it and that I was injured. I told my employer, but the injuries continued until I had to go out on disability. It caused me financial hardship and no doctor s in NJ knew how to treat it. The only thing that helped is getting away from it. I feel HHS should look into this because I can kill you it causes biological damage to our tissues and organs. Thank you for caring about a very important issue.
I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.
I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.
Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.

Radiation affects me in many ways. Not normal headaches that feels like it is inside the lining of my skull. Brain fog as if I am under the influence of a heavy dose of tranquilizer. Vertigo like symptoms, ear ringing. Fingers burn when I hold a device too long. Cannot be in a group of people for very long because everyone is using devices. For example: doctors office. place of worship, etc.. after four to five hours of this exposure it feels as if my blood is thickening and I will swell in my legs whether I move constantly or not. Then I will experience intense leg pain. After I leave that toxic environment it could take a full day to feel normal again. All of these symptoms began in 2012 although mildly which coincided with the Smart Meter. I opted out but it was installed anyway. My symptoms worsened and by 2020 during the lockdown I began to feel wonderful again. I was no longer around the devices. I spent a lot of my time outside doing yard work and projects. My energy level soared. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to make the connection. I, myself have never been a user of cell phones. I have one for emergencies only. After the lockdown was over I did notice the symptoms returned and even worsened. Almost as if the 5G is so much more powerful and it is everywhere. Ironically, many people seem to have similar symptoms but they refuse to put two and two together.

I am responding from the perspective of an individual who has been negatively effected by EMFs and RF radiation.
In 2011 my home town became a pilot for the installation of Smart Meters by our electricity provider. I was not asked for permission to have this RF radiating device installed on my home. Within a day or so after the Smart Meter was installed, I was startled awake at night by a severe heart arrhythmia. It felt like my heart was going to leap out of my chest. The arrhythmia continued every night from then on. I developed insomnia as well, and both conditions continued whenever I was in my home. Interestingly, when I was away on a vacation (especially camping), I was fine. I sought help from my doctor and a cardiologist, but in their offices my EKG was text-book perfect. (WiFi was not widely used at medical offices at that time.) After a couple of years, I learned that my health problems were caused by the smart meter, especially when its data was downloaded during the night. Because I lived in a neighborhood close to other houses, I was also affected by my neighbors’ meters. In order to regain my health, I had to move to a different home with no close neighbors, and payed substantial fees for a non-transmitting electric meter. Even non-transmitting smart meters produce electrical harmonic frequencies throughout a home’s wiring. People who are electro-sensitive, like me, are negatively affected by these, too. So, I spent additional money to have my home evaluated by a building biologist, who installed electrical filters. I also became sensitized to WiFi and cell phone towers. I still get headaches from prolonged exposure to them. Therefore, I do not use WiFi in my home and keep my distance from cell phones and towers. Having a home that is free from RF radiation has helped me to cope with the omnipresence of these technologies.

I have had the habit of carrying my cell phone in my back pocket for years. My home is bathed in wifi radiation; sources include a router, cell phones, microwave, LED lights, Smart appliances, cell towers (5G and 6G?). As I have researched this topic, I was led to buy an RF meter to simply see if the warnings were real or not. I think it measures uw/m2. What I found was disturbing. My microwave was reading at hundreds of times the lmits that Europe on average have established, even while standing two rooms away! My router was reading several thousands higher, although it dropped substantially 20-30' away.
The most concerning thing is that I believe the FCC has done NOTHING to study the RF effects beyond the actual physical heating effect to tissue. I am deeply concerned about this and ask the FCC to immediately limit our exposure to these radio frequencies. I will add that I am concerned about prostate test results we are monitoring for elevated indications of a problem (cancer?). We have not been sleeping well, suffer headaches (including migraines), muscle weakness and other issues. There is no indication that these are caused by RF exposure. Why? There are no apparent legitimate studies of this possible link in our country.
Please take a primary role to investigate this potential hazard on behalf of your fellow citizens. Make us healthy again! America's average longevity should be the longest in the world given our technical expertise, yes?
Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.

I experience body inflammation and agitation from EMF. It has gotten worse since fiber optic cable was installed in my neighborhood last spring. Research indicates that it is the subatomic particles leaking through the fiber optic cable and traveling through wires like cable service wires into a house. These subatomic particles are shown to be more damaging to human cells than EMF or any cell tower radiation. This needs to be investigated. People are feeling the ill effects from this and they don't realize what is causing it.
High power lines were brought in by various leaders and ultimately by eminent domain rule. As Marshall Township members (Michigan) were fighting this, Matt Davis (playing on a Marshall Board) told property owners to “take one for the team”.
Fast forward and high power lines cut through various properties and run parallel for a section of 15 1/2 Mile road.
With varied heart issues, I was blindsided when taking a run on the path I had for over 15 years. I did not realize at first what was happening. I was 3/4 of a mile into my run which normally has me in my groove. Something was wrong. It happened fast and I was in the road, a dead stop on my hands and knees, glad no vehicles were present. I could hardly catch my breath and took a minute feeling paralyzed then forced myself to push through. It took some time and I found my groove again. After mile two, I turned to head back home. All of a sudden, the tight chest and symptoms were back. Puzzled briefly, I quickly put it together. I turned around, ran out of it and resumed normal.
It was the high power lines. Running parallel was debilitating and I cut through a farmers field to get home. No more running that path.
Thank you for doing this research.
We so need better awareness and protection.
I noticed comments are open about electromagnetic frequencies. I am one who is sensitive to EMF's and try to limit my time around them, although is impossible to do so as they are everywhere. am sending this link...https://ehsciences.org/data-centers-increase-electromagnetic-fields-emf-exposure/.... this is a great article by Environmental Health Sciences about EMF's and radiation... we the people should not be subjected to EMF's... we should have an option to not be close to hyperscale data centers or other types of radiation... thank you for reading my comment... Public Comment to the Federal Communications Commission - I am Kim Konte, founder of Non-Toxic Neighborhoods, a national nonprofit working to protect children from environmental harm where they live, learn, and play.
Children are not little adults. Their nervous systems are developing, and they face years of exposure to wireless technology: 4G and 5G networks in their communities, devices in their hands, and Wi‑Fi routers mounted overhead in many classrooms. The country is already planning for 6G, while the FCC continues to rely on radiofrequency exposure limits adopted in 1996.
The International Agency for Research on Cancer classifies radiofrequency electromagnetic fields as possibly carcinogenic to humans. That classification does not prove that classroom Wi‑Fi causes cancer. It does mean the FCC should take unanswered questions seriously, reduce unnecessary exposure to children, and require independent research focused on their health. Children’s clinicians and independent scientists must have a meaningful voice in setting safety policy.
An experimental study reported impaired insulin secretion and increased oxidative stress in the pancreatic cells of rats exposed to Wi‑Fi frequency radiation. It does not establish that Wi‑Fi causes type 2 diabetes in children. It raises a question the FCC should investigate: could long-term exposure affect children’s metabolic health?
At a 2019 Senate hearing, Senator Richard Blumenthal asked wireless industry representatives to identify independent research on the biological effects of 5G. They said they were unaware of such studies. He concluded: “We’re kind of flying blind here, as far as health and safety is concerned.”
The National Toxicology Program’s 2018 animal studies found “some evidence” of cancer in male rats exposed to 2G and 3G cell-phone signals. Those studies did not test 5G or the combination of wireless exposures children experience today. A federal appeals court later found that the FCC had failed to adequately explain its decision to retain its exposure limits, including its response to evidence about children and long-term exposure.
The FCC must answer the court, require independent research focused on children, and stop treating wireless access as the only way to connect a classroom. Schools should use hardwired internet as the default and limit wireless exposure wherever practical. Children’s health must come before the next wireless rollout.
These things being weaponized by government, fusion centers to silence people, whistleblowers yet fcc or any agency does not investigate. Come to Buffalo, investigate.. the illegal weaponization of government.
