Neurological symptoms & sleep

I have been a computer graphic designer since the 1990s. In 2022, when I turned on the WiFi of a new, more powerful router, I had a sudden, overwhelming reaction and had to evacuate the house until it was turned off. Since then, I have been unable to expose myself to radiation from wireless devices, mobile phones, WiFi, Bluetooth or cell towers without wearing a whole shielding outfit. The last time I went shopping bareheaded, I lost consciousness and was taken to the hospital emergency department, where the doctor told me never to expose myself to synthetic EMF radiation again. When exposed to radiofrequencies or EF/ELF from the AC electrical grid, my symptoms are: • Heart palpitations • Dizziness • Brain fog • Speech difficulties • Stomach pain • Sweating • Breathlessness • Weakness and fainting • A sudden, urgent need to urinate • And, a few hours later, herpes/shingles When not exposed to radiation, I am in perfect health. In 2023, an additional cell tower was installed 1 km from home, and I can no longer access my own garden or the upper floor without protection. Despite a medical certificate from the environmental pathologies department of a hospital, my requests for accommodation or assistance from public and health services are dismissed. The consequences for my life are disastrous: • No longer any access to public spaces. • No longer any access to healthcare: I am losing my teeth and fear dental infection or hospitalization, which would be impossible given radiation levels in healthcare facilities. • Dismissed by doctors: the last ones I consulted either made fun of me or offered psychiatric care, which is inappropriate for my environmental issues. • Dismissed by government administrations. • I am socially isolated because almost everyone carries irradiating devices, while my condition is not widely recognized, and most people do not believe EMR Syndrome is real. • I cannot relocate: finding a home without neighbours, far from a cell tower, and without a smart meter is now almost impossible. I am living on borrowed time as levels keep increasing and there are no longer any no-RF zones to take refuge. For years, without adequate information about the dangers of radiofrequencies, I used a cordless phone, a mobile phone and WiFi, trusting that regulatory limits protected me. If I had had real information about the dangers of RF, I could have chosen wired connections and calls at home, because all this wireless technology was not necessary. The same lack of information meant I was unaware of the need to ground every device connected to the mains, although this is easy to manage and would probably have prevented or alleviated my current situation. U.S. Navy Unit. Magnetic exposure, especially prolonged 50Hz to 220KHz, cause headache symptoms, difficulties to focus, low pressure, and lower vision range during the exposure times. Unfortunately, during development of Magnos, the doctorate unit behind the research, suffered this kind of first symptoms. The magnetic generators, that still consume a bit of energy due to their power measurement and production, were not shielded or guarded, and the exposure to them were from a few centimeters (in the range of 30 to 60 centimeters of exposure). These initial exposures, and symptoms, lowered through the first minutes, to the next few hours and days. The research, however, focused in military grade components, delivering extremely high resonance, using military-grade inductors and transistors. Not everything is a blackout, or a negative value, the main researcher, had what is seemengly evolving cancer even before the exposure to the magnetic fields. It is, however to notice, that a significant reduction of malignous cancer cells was experienced along, especially at lower 50Hz frequencies. Ultra-high frequency, associated with voltages around 4 to 12 thousand volts, those that produced plasma, made the skin cancer ulcers to, surprisingly, bleed, instead of remain sealed due to the bacterial takeover. Which was the first discovery about health that the research unit became aware of, later on reducing the scope to what the bacteria reacted to, which are lower 50Hz frequencies. Over 600 doctors in Sweden have reviewed the case, the post-doctorate unit, submitted all the protocols, measurements and data to the relevant parties, along with the universities, the immunotherapy helped, however, not cured, Cancer. What made the severe infections to stop, and the ulcerations to remain in an unevolved status, was an RF radiation of lower frequency, that whose radiation made the nuclei of the bacteria (presumingly V. Vulnificus), to weaken, later samples did not display any aquatic biology on the microscope. The ulcerations, very much later, from the left leg sample, healed completely, the right leg remains still open, though, recovering slowly and promisingly. Long exposure: - Lower Frequencies: Beneficial if routed properly via digital wearable protoskins, and only recommended to targetted bacteria or dermal problems. - High/Ultra High Frequencies: Extremely hazardous, can cause bleeding and potentially death. Ranges 50 - 60Hz are safe, might cause a small headache if exposed to the non-shielded magnetic fields for hours or more. Ranges 150KHz to 200KHz, can create plasma and potential hazards. Example of this exposures include plasma lighters.

It's been two years since I was "hit" with directed energy weapons...I thought I was having a stroke and went to the emergency Dept. having that proves that it happened. Since then, I've been tortured everyday and every night...along with my dog! My memory has been severely impacted, my motivation and joy for life has been stolen, I've lost my business and will include pictures of some of the severe burns sustained. This is the illegal targeting program, where an anonymous person gave my name to the FBI whereupon I was placed on the "Non-Investigative" Terrorist List! I have sent FOIA getting the usual reply "we cannot confirm nor deny." They could just deny it if it weren't true and the term "Non-Investigative" is a misnomer - why would they not investigate a suspected terrorist? The FBI doesn't want to know, the medical establishment won't diagnose Havana Syndrome and gaslighting is the order of the day. Not to mention, the gangstalking idiocy. All of this for NO crime, NO due process and the three-letter agencies get government funding to slow-kill us. To date there's an estimate of over 400,000 US civilians who are too afraid to make it public as the torture gets worse as it is right now as I'm typing this! HOW can this be legal in the United States of America? Congress knows about it but most are paid off and it's not in their interests to help us. More and more people are being impacted and IT'S BEYOND TIME THAT THIS WAS MADE PUBLIC. The DOW has admitted it exists and have named it DEBE (Directed Energy Bio Effects) and are compensating government and other officials - this PROVES that Havana Syndrome is real. There's a lawsuit from Targeted Justice in the works demanding the CDC provide medical professionals with the diagnostic criteria to help civilians - so far, they've asked for more time - how surprising! This is against our civil and human rights and will go down as the most egregious crime in the history of humanity! I have about 30 pages of burn pictures which I cannot seem to upload but may be used as evidence if required.

RFs - I have negative reactions to my health when I am working with wireless mouse, laptop, etc. vs wired ones. I can fee it in my hands. I get headaches as well when working with wireless equipment and in wireless building because when I do not go to the office and work from home on wired equipment I do not get those. Also, when I used to sleep with my phone charging next to me I was restless and did not have any energy the next day, I was tossing and turning all night, etc. Then, we started charging the phones in the other room and turning off cell and wifi and putting them on airplain mode and turning off the wifi for the house as well, sleep has been great. When I am on my cell phone for long my hand I hold it with starts hurting, when I am not on it it goes away. Not using microwave has helped tremendously as well with digesting foods better and headaches. RFs and EFs/dirty electricity - since sleeping in a bedroom further away from smart meter sleep has improved as well. Kids used to wake up many times per night and they sleep through the night now. They also used to get headaches as well. EMFs - EFs - before starting to turn breakers off at night, sleep was not good, electricity was making sleep not as restful. Putting Dirty electricity filter in the house has made headaches throughout the day better. I am attaching some files one EFs and RFs that the building biologist I worked with shared with me. Hello, Mr. secretary i’m so thankful for everything you have been doing, chemtrails, RF, wi-Fi, five and 6G etc.! Basically, I am being effected by the Wi-Fi and telecommunication system that have become so much powerful! I was experiencing tinnitus every night and most days. I found a temporary relief from this by shielding myself with silver, and I had to what clothing. I can’t even imagine how children are going through on a day to day basis! I will include the information Photos, and what works for me, but it’s just not enough we need real scientific data on how much damage to our bodies it is doing! I live on a residential back street in a small, historic, rural town. Behind us is a farmer's field. The half of our street that is located in a different township has no streetlighting. Our half of the street is lit up like a stadium. This has been an ongoing situation since November 2025 regarding health and safety concerns with the installation of 4000K bright blue, unshielded LED streetlights on and into my home (and other households'). The Council and MetEd's plan to install them throughout the Borough, despite protests from multiple households. The single LED placed across the street from my home that started this whole journey was switched out to an unshielded high pressure sodium after complaints by numerous households and press involvement. They told me that this was temporary because 3000K LED unshielded lighting will be installed throughout the Borough so I should get used to it. I have photographs of the LED light, including on and in my home. It is dangerous to drive under these blue LEDs. You cannot see out of your car windows nor the backup camera. There is so much glare. It is an absolutely unbearable light that is the visual equivalent of loud music being played all night long. I and others in my town have complained multiple times to local government, The PA Public Utility Commission, and the PA Human Relations Committee, as local government has refused to stop it, refuses to shield it, and it impacts every aspect of my life, especially my sleep. The power company does not care and has lied to other municipalities (like Easton, PA) about how bright and disruptive the lights are. I live in terror of the bright blue light returning at any time. It is an illegal public nuisance, and local government officials told me to just sue them. We have an online petition and a written petition. Please ban these horrible lights now. We should have energy efficient Low Pressure Sodium bulbs or at least orange LEDs (2000K or less) that are shielded, so they light the public areas only, and not onto and into our properties. There are people, including children, in our town who get seizures from LED lights. The local government knows and does not care. These LED lights are specifically not approved for residential areas. The photos are of my street and home under the blue-rich LED light. You can see the horrible glare that the light has from the street. Blackout blinds and curtains do not stop the light from coming into our homes. These LED lights are ruining our lives. No one should have to go through what we are going through. Please ban them from public street-lighting NOW!!!!!

I am a health practitioner, I'm a massage and bodywork therapist in practice for over 20 years, I am a Mother. I am also a Nationally Certifed Massage Therapy Educator. I am 52 yrs. old. I am sending you a copy of my doctors note saying I need to avoid wifi. I do not use a cellphone. Review RFs as well as the EMFs. You already know this but we all have a WIFI DRONE ISSUE. All the neighbors are encroaching on our property, & military flying thermal radiation drones & pressing them in my windows each night playing war games and harrassing us on my 16 acres, encroaching my property, I moved 5 times, I sold my first home because of this and rented 4 homes which all had the same thing happening. You need to change the law so everything has identification, ids, we need identifications on drones no matter how small or big, and mandated laws and standards enforced. I am an EHS Refugee & moved out of 3 homes last year to escape a radiation smartmeter in CT that was forced in my home, and I had to move to a state where only opt out meters are enforced. I had to move back to North Carolina. Wifi radiation is inconvenient and encroaching on our personal space and property giving our bodies symptoms. I am trying to find a home to settle down in but I need to be miles away from celltowers and I am having a hard time avoiding the celltowers that are on the map close to each property and they should minimize celltowers. I should not be forced to use a cellphone, smartphone for using any social media or website, buying food, or work, or anything, freedom of choice. I took photos of my cat getting cancer from the RFs, the radiation from a smartmeter, she had a wound but when we moved away from the smartmeter radiation, her wound got smaller.Our lives have changed since wifi radiation over powered our lives. where we are EHS Refugees where we have to avoid wifi radiation. I have a husband and friends and massage clients who are okay with not bringing wifi in to my home, they have to keep their wifi away from me when near me. We avoid places with celltowers on the buildings or near the buildings. We avoid using LED lights at home, only use incandescent because we get headaches & symptoms. LED lights cause blindness in rats, & people, bring back quality incandescent lights, give us healthy options, not healthy for the environment, healthy for our system, our bodies first before environment. RFs, & EMFs cause symptoms of insomnia, rage, mass shootings, numbness, nerve issues, tremors, convulsions, reflex issues, inflammation, pain, brain fog, personality disorders, addiction, ADD, disruption of REM & sleep, most of all insomnia & sleep disorders which I believe are the source of all our problems. Tell them to do sleep studies.I am a sleep expert. You need to lower levels of radiation, you need to have standards like Europe and or think about people, plants & animal health. It messes up migration, the bees, it shortens lifespan. They need to have the battery removable so when the cellphone is off it is really off, not on 24-7. They need to make these adjustments to protect our health. They need to focus on "rest" & "sleep" & these basic needs for health & what that really means & how wifi, RF & EMF is interfering with our bodies, our bodies are electric, delicate, sensitive more than they know or care, & it is damaging our cells. It is causing inflammation. It is causing dehydration, & lowering vit. D levels dangerously. I do not use wifi, that is why. We should all have the choice not to use wifi & should not be forced to live next to a cellphone tower. Make an option for non-wifi. Please take away these dangerous toys.Please help us, change standards, make strict limitations, minimize. Get rid of the dangerous wifi toys. For every technology run by wifi radiation, we need an analog, non-wifi version with no radiation offered. Do not replace everything with wifi radiation and think that is "better". We always choose non-digital and dials over digital with radiation. We always choose analog over digital, We choose copper landline over digital phone, do not make this obsolete. We choose dsl over fiber internet because fiber has high amounts of DE-dirty electricity. I am not the only one, there are thousands of us, join our Electric Sensitive Support group facebook page. Most of us are trying to escape the EMFs and RFs and are forced to live in a mobile home and travel around to escape a celltower being built next to us. Safe levels are 1.5 on a Trifield EMF Meter, .1-.3 is safe on an RF meter. Because health is more important. ~sent from an ethernet cabled desktop computer, no wifi.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. As someone who started to suffer from chronic, unexplainable headaches around the time our electric company began wireless energy usage transmissions--without our knowledge, I would like some answers. We need thorough research to be certain this technology does not pose a threat to our health. We are energetic beings, and to reject out of hand that these technologies could affect our biology is both myopic and foolhardy. I am an adult, who albeit very well may be more sensitive than most, but what about children's developing brains, or migratory wildlife that relies on magnetic fields to complete their journeys? I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard and for leaving no stone unturned in the endeavor to safeguard our health from any potentially harmful technology.
