As a mother of young children, I am apalled that the FCC has not updated its wireless radiation limits since 1996. Moreover, the FCC regulation that forbids municipalities from updating wireless ordinances that include restrictive zones near homes and schools based on health concerns is outrageous. It has severely limited our community's ability to protect families from having small cell facilities installed in front of their homes. My hope is that the FCC will update its compliance and test procedures to reflect the latest scientific data about adverse effects of cell towers and remove barriers to municipal regulations.

We must study the harmful effects of wireless radiation from cell towers more. As a Realtor I am increasingly hearing buyers that don’t want to live near cell towers, especially the new 5G small cell towers being placed right outside homes in residential areas. They are threatening our health and property values. Please do whatever you can to shine light on the harms and the fact that states like Florida have stripped local authority on the matter to where we cannot control how close they are being put near homes, schools, parks etc. Childen and the elderly are most vulnerable to these harmful frequencies (sources on the EHTrust.org website). CA firefighters are legally exempt from having small cells and macro towers built at their stations because of the documented, permanent brain damage it caused. Here is the link to the medical documents that were submitted to the FCC for public comment regarding the study and SPEC brain scans of these firefighters. Inability to sleep Depression Anxiety Unexplained anger Immune suppression manifesting as frequent colds and flu-like symptoms Real-life examples of these symptoms are best briefly characterized by: 1) Firefighters got lost on 911 calls in the town they grew up in on several occasions. 2) In one instance, four firefighters sat in the rig in a stupor with the alarm sounding in the background, unable to remember how to start the engine. 3) A medic with 20 years of experience who had never made a mistake forgot basic CPR while resuscitating a coronary victim. The brain scans of these men revealed two things: Parts of the brain showed reduced blood flow known as hypoperfusion, suggesting compromised function in these particular areas. Other parts of the brain showed a pervasive hyper-excitability of the neurons, suggesting exposure to RF radiation was causing the neurons to continually fire in these areas without the benefit of rest. When neurons (brain cells) cannot rest, they ultimately die." If our firemen are exempt from this, our children and families should be too. This equipment does NOT belong at schools nor near homes.

In a classroom with a wifi router, my students and I were tired. I felt ill. Then, our district's internet system was hacked and we were without the internet for three months. My worst behaved and emotional special ed students calmed down. They became focused. Students no longer complained about physical discomfort. When the internet was restored the chaos and emotional issues returned. Now, we just returned from living in Netherlands. We were amazed to see the number of 5G, 6G towers/boxes. No wildlife, the plants were weak and sparse. As soon as we drove out of Netherlands and the concentrated radiation, we felt as if we just left a prison, we no longer felt oppressed. After a four day excursion in France, we discovered we HAD energy. A lot of energy. We began to pay attention. There was wildlife and the fields and gardens were prolific as opposed to Netherlands and Belgium. There were insects, too! We spent a lot of time in France because we felt restored there. We felt healthy and had energy. We were happy.

Wireless radiation makes me very sick with a variety of symptoms: stomach spasms and acid reflux, palpitations in eyes and heart. Dry eyes. Sound of intermitent pounding in ears when near cell phone tower. Insomnia. Increasing electrical hypersensitivity. Colon cancer, after 30 years of laptop use with wifi internet.

We are two Scandinavians who suffer greatly from solar panels & inverters, wifi, blue tooth, smart meters, electric vehicles, ev-loading stations, cell phone masts etc. since beginning 2011 & worse after 2018 & extreme after 2022. Hopefully this administration can stop this abuse so we can live normally again. It took a while to understand what was happening but now without a doubt we can see the connections. If we pass a house with solar panels we feel head-ache, nausea, spinning before we even see that the house has the panels. Inverters are not compatible with human health. Electric filters help a bit but we cannot live in a populated area cannot have wifi in the house nor smart meter. Can not walk past a house or neighbourhood with solar panels. Our dog also suffered, got heart issues & died. It is devastating.

When I noticed I had 3g I was in my bed wondering why my eardrum ruptured why my husband was complaining about his tinnitus getting louder why my daughter miscarried why the 3yo lost complete control of her bladder and why the cows where losing weight. When 4g came to my world both the 2yo and 5yo lost complete control of their bladders and so did one of my dogs, flare up of chrones UC and ibs became common. Memory loss the inability to concentrate hell my husband started begging me to kill him the ringing in his ears was too loud. The little one had days he couldn't walk we stopped taking them to the doctors they have no answers or treatments. Then my daughter was diagnosed with breast cancer at 33. Cattle started dieing in the field and infertility is a real issue with the herd now. My neighbor died with profound memory lose and my daughter cancer got the tower flagged red and it was turned down. This came with breathing issues memory issues gut issues that lasted about two weeks and thing have gotten better. My husband's decline has significantly decreased and has improved I would say. We no longer look like bloated belly skinny neck and legged creatures even the herd is improving although half of the breeders seem to be infertile and a young bull produced only girls. The children are doing better but the COVID kid has discipline issues but is improving slowly. I am disappointed that our government attacked us with this technology that they had band from being deployed in the US in 96. I know the plan for COVID came from WorldCom seized by the FBI in 2002. I know FEMA purposely spread the virus in 2019 using good people to kill millions. I know the big lie the government won't acknowledge about the towers shame shame shame I told them in 96 this was crimes against humanity but money always wins out I know the telecom has to merge to a safer technology by 3031. They need to go faster you can't let the leftist government control this weapon against life turn it off and destroy it like advised in 96. I AM KAREN!

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a parent, grandparent and concerned member of the public. In the city of Maple Grove, MN there are several 5G towers with toxic warning signs just several feet away from the schools playgrounds. Also, the electric smart meters were installed in the past two to three years with no notice to homeowners. In the past couple of years, I have personally experienced a lot of dizziness, ringing of the ears and nausea and believe it could be related to these smart meters. Just yesterday, September 23rd, my daughter came home to a notice which was a paper rolled up and placed on the handle of her front door, stating the city shut off her gas because they installed a gas meter on the outside of her house while she was gone at work. The city did not provide any previous notice to my daughter that the meter was being installed. My daughter has three children and had no hot water, heat, or gas for the stove. My daughter called the city right away who stated they needed to get inside her home to complete the work and would send someone out to her home at midnight. My daughter told the city that she has to work in the morning and her children have school so they sent someone out at 10:30 PM. Why is the city not notifying residents they are installing these meters and why are they doing it late at night? My daughter was very confused and concerned about how this was being handled by the city and felt she had no choice. In the past couple weeks, I also contacted the city due to they sent me a letter in the mail stating that my monthly bill would triple in addition to being I charged a $16.78 quarterly fee if I chose to opt out of the water smart meter installation. The city of Maple Grove stated they would have to average out my service bill - so why did they triple my charges when my usage did not change. The city of Maple Grove previously installed electric smart meters without the consent or knowledge of home owners. There have been several posts on different social media sites from the Maple Grove residents who are very upset about how the city is handling the installation of smart meters with no knowledge or facts provided of what safety risks are involved. I read posts from residents stating the city just showed up on their property to install the meters and not telling the homeowner what they were there for or what they were doing and the residents asked questions the city did not respond. I sent the city of Maple Grove an email asking what the safety risks are from these meters and how many incidents or concerns they have received. The city stated there are no risks and no reported incidents. All responses received from the city were very vague and mostly one word. I have to wonder if the city is not disclosing safety risks because they don’t know or if they do not want to disclose. When the city stated there have been no incidents I wonder if this is due to residents not being aware that a meter has been installed on their home. Residents could be experiencing health issues and not have any idea the meters could be causing them. I find it strange that when the city installed “electric” smart meters they did not notify or obtain consent from homeowners or provide an option to “opt out” of the installation. Now, when installing the water smart meters they are requiring residents to set up an appointment for installation by September 2026. The city stated that if anyone “opts out” of the installation of the water smart meter the city will average out their quarterly bill, but instead the city charged me “TRIPLE” my average bill. My average quarterly bill has been between $95 and $110 but when I received my current bill, the city charged me over $350. Is this more fraud in the state of MN? In addition to tripling my current service bill there is the added quarterly fee of $16.78. This is illegal and wrong in so many ways! Please, please help!!! Most importantly, please help and protect the citizens of this country from the deadly and toxic effects of radio-magnetic frequency found in so many devices (smart meters, cell phones, computers, microwaves, televisions, light bulbs, etc.). The manufacturer's of these products and the people that “push” them need to be held accountable and should be responsible to each person’s safety and health.
