ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of how my family are affected. I have a son with special needs that I care for and when he is near wifi in someone's home he gets anxiety and feels wierd in his head. Also feels off balance. My husband also feels anxious when around cell phones and wifi and gets heart palpitations from these things. I myself get wierd feeling in my face when near wifi and cell phones. Because of this we feel stuck because everyone has wifi in there homes and at least 1 or more cell phones in there homes. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Thank you for providing individuals, families, health care providers, researchers and scientists with an opportunity to be finally be heard on this critical public health issue.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of myself and as a concerned member of the public. Wireless radiation has affected me and my family. When my phone is in either back pocket, it causes my buttock and hip joints to ache within minutes. My daughter has a similar effect. This has been ongoing for about 5 -6 years. Now notible quite instantly whereas previous did not notice this? Maybe with the increase from 3G to 4/5G? When removed from my pocket the pain lingers but reduces greatly. This has affected daily life simply due to increased pain. In today's world of everyone wanting a quick response, it's convenient to have the phone on you physically, however I often leave it in the house when going out now just due to the side effects it has given me.I believe HHS should address this issue.Im concerned with our youth as they are growing up with them with much exposure. Cancer rates are exploding. We are one sick nation and I feel this is a huge contributing factor. Thanks for listening! Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding as a parent and concerned member of the public. As a parent, I am increasingly concerned about the amount of wireless radiation exposure that my family and children experience in everyday life. Since the introduction and increased availability of 5G technology, I have personally experienced frequent heart palpitations and episodes of dizziness that have been concerning and disruptive to my daily life. I cannot say with certainty what is causing these symptoms, but the timing and the increasing prevalence of wireless technology have led me to have questions about whether environmental exposures, including wireless radiation, deserve further investigation. My greatest concern is for my child and for children more broadly. Children are exposed to wireless devices, Wi-Fi, cellular networks, and other sources of RF radiation from a very young age, often throughout the entire day. As a parent, it is difficult to know what the potential long-term implications may be when there are still unanswered questions about cumulative exposure and the effects of prolonged exposure over a lifetime. I believe families deserve clear, unbiased, evidence-based information about these exposures and any potential health implications. I also believe that people who report experiencing symptoms or other health concerns should not simply be dismissed. Their experiences should be considered alongside rigorous scientific research so that we can better understand what is known, what remains uncertain, and where additional research is needed. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, and give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations. I also encourage HHS to establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation, cumulative exposure, and public health so that parents and families can make informed decisions about how to protect themselves and their children. Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard and for considering the concerns of parents and members of the public.

Reports longstanding EHS with arrhythmias, weakness, migraines and tinnitus and fears of increasing isola…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Re: RFI Docket response on EMF & EMR comments Re: FCC’s failure to set safe guidelines for EMR exposure. This includes cell phones, all ‘Smart’ devices including smart meters, cell towers, cell repeating units, WIFI in buildings, outside WIFI repeaters, automobile EMR emitting devices, etc. The FCC or any agency that sets safety standards for all these devices need to do thorough scientific studies, but in the meantime, they must mitigate the levels of EMR from ALL devices. Re-tooling is required, no doubt, but it’s the FCC’s fault for allowing the level of EMR being emitted from the start. When cell phones first came out, the telecom industry warned its shareholders that they may be sued for injuries from people who were harmed by the devices. They never warned the customers buying the phones! This is blatant disregard for human health and safety. I have had EHS (also called EMR Syndrome) for over 12 years, all due to the exponential rollout of cell phones/towers, WIFI, and Smart Meters. My life went from normal to very ill in a short period of time. It took me a while to find out it was EHS. When exposed to EMR, I experience heart arrhythmias, an allover weak feeling, my legs feel very heavy suddenly (almost always a Smart Meter for that symptom), migraines, tinnitus, and sometimes stinging of the skin depending upon the level of EMR. If I don’t get away from the exposure quickly, I feel like I’ll pass out. I purchased a Safe & Sound Pro 2 EMF meter to discover where it is safe for me (lower EMF’s). The meter is certified and calibrated, and I can confirm that there are hardly any places left where the levels are truly safe. The safety standard I use is OSHA Standard for EMF exposure for Telecom workers: https://cwa-union.org/sites/default/files/osh-fact-sheet-16-microwave_and_radio_frequency_radiation.pdf 10 mW/cm(2) (milliwatt hour per square centimeter) for periods of 0.1 hour or more. Literally, I have NEVER found readings that are that low except deep in the woods away from homes, towers, and industry. All readings are higher. Smart Meters have been mostly 22,000 mW/sqMeter(intermittently). A parking lot near us presents readings between 12,000 to 1 Million mW/sqMeter! People are being bathed in this excessive exposure every time they go to that shopping center. Cancer, heart issues, brain issues, etc. - all are side effects of this deleterious exposure. It’s just a matter of time…. Day after day, people are dying from all the diseases caused by EMR. We have a dear friend who has brain cancer from holding the cellphone near their ear. Schools that have cell towers near them have been encountering students with cancer; some actually have died! It’s a fact that Autism rates have climbed at the same time EMR exposure has climbed. Pregnant women holding their cellphones on their belly are not warned against this, which is criminal, in my opinion. The FCC was ordered by the Court to re-evaluate safe exposure limits for EMR, and they have blatantly avoided doing so. They know exposure levels are WAY too high now and would be lying if they described a high level as safe, so they’re simply avoiding doing what they were ordered to do. The FCC is a captured agency and the people allowing the exposures from cellphones, towers, etc. need to be fired. People with morals need to replace these ‘officials’. If 5G is put up in the area where I live, I could end up living in my basement and never be able to go out again. It would be like being in prison. Is this what the telecom industry wants? Is this what the FCC wants? Is this what HHS wants? There are tens of thousands of people suffering with EHS in dozens of support groups (mostly on social media) communicating around the planet. They are all desperate for relief from this deadly exposure. If you question these principles of exposure, just look into the “Havana Syndrome”. This is a well-documented illness caused by high levels of EMR. It’s time for our government to wake up and stop ignoring this. We are desperate to have our good health back. There are hundreds if not thousands of scientific studies proving the harm of EMR. If you have one iota of care for the citizens of these beloved United States, you will DO something to fully correct the long-evaded issue of extreme EMR exposure to everyone! I will attempt to attach several studies that prove the harm. Thank you for taking this seriously! It’s long overdue.

Requests a modern, independent reassessment of RF limits and cumulative, lifelong and multi-source exposu…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
To the Department of Health and Human Services and the Federal Communications Commission: I am submitting this comment because I believe the federal government has waited far too long to conduct a thorough, modern reassessment of radiofrequency (RF) radiation exposure standards and their ability to protect the public. The FCC adopted its RF exposure limits in 1996. Wireless technology and our exposure environment have changed dramatically since then. We have moved through multiple generations of cellular technology while wireless infrastructure and the number of wireless devices surrounding us have greatly increased. Yet the fundamental FCC RF exposure limits remain unchanged. The question should not simply be whether an individual antenna, tower, or device complies with an existing limit. Federal agencies should determine whether those limits adequately address the real world environment people live in today. People are not exposed to one RF source at a time. We may encounter cell towers and antennas, WiFi routers, cell phones, tablets, Bluetooth devices, smart devices, security systems, and other wireless technologies throughout the day. I am especially concerned about infrastructure located near places where children, older adults, and other potentially vulnerable populations spend significant amounts of time. This includes daycares, schools, 55 and older communities, senior housing, assisted living facilities, and residential neighborhoods. Children may experience wireless RF exposure for virtually their entire lives. Older adults, people with implanted medical devices, workers with substantial occupational exposure, and people with existing health conditions also deserve appropriate consideration. Technology continues to advance rapidly. Public health research and exposure standards should advance with it. There is scientific evidence that deserves serious consideration. The U.S. National Toxicology Program conducted large animal studies of RF radiation and reported findings including malignant schwannomas of the heart in male rats under certain exposure conditions. Research from the Ramazzini Institute and subsequent systematic reviews has added to the scientific literature. At the same time, some human epidemiological research has not found increased risks for several health outcomes. Differences in findings should not be used as a reason to stop investigating. They are a reason for better research. Scientific uncertainty should not become an excuse for continued inaction while wireless technologies and infrastructure continue to expand. I am asking HHS, the FCC, NIH, FDA, CDC, NIEHS, and other appropriate agencies to support rigorous, independent research into cumulative RF exposure, multiple simultaneous RF sources, lifelong exposure beginning in childhood, potentially sensitive populations, reproductive and developmental effects, neurological and biological effects, cancer outcomes, occupational exposure, and current and emerging wireless technologies. Federal agencies should also evaluate real world RF environments around daycares, schools, senior communities, assisted living facilities, and residential areas where people may experience prolonged exposure. The public deserves transparency. Americans should be able to understand when exposure standards were established, the scientific assumptions behind them, how compliance is determined, what research supports them, what research raises concerns, and what remains unknown. I am not asking federal agencies to presume the outcome of the science. I am asking them not to presume the answer before adequately investigating the questions. After three decades of extraordinary changes in wireless technology, the American public deserves a comprehensive reassessment based on today's technologies, today's exposure environment, and today's scientific evidence. Technology should not advance faster than our willingness to investigate its potential effects on human health. I respectfully urge HHS and the FCC to conduct the rigorous, independent, transparent review this issue deserves and to ensure that protection of public health, including potentially vulnerable populations, remains a priority. Thank you for the opportunity to comment. Gina Paeth

Reports tinnitus, migraines, dizziness and sleep difficulties after moving to a home with a smart meter. …

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I've been experiencing issues with my hearing, ringing in the ears, having migraines and dizziness since moving into my our current home about 4yrs ago. The high pitched noise at some points has been almost unbearable and makes it incredibly difficult to sleep or think straight. All of this from a smart meter. The utility company won't let us opt out and revert to an analog for any reason, they even went so far as to say they no longer make analog meters, but they do indeed make them still. Everyone in the home can hear the noise. We've tested it and turned off everything in the breaker box and you can hear it still, 24/7. I bought a meter to test the EMF and RF and they are off the charts in unsafe zones and this meters attached to our living room, the main room in our home where our toddlers play all day. I tried using paint that blocks these types of waves and it barely made a dent. I have hearing loss and can barely hear my toddlers in the backseat, rining in my ears and it all started within weeks of moving into this house with the smart meter. I even had my ears checked a couple months ago and they were within normal range, but none of this is normal. I just want to option to choose an analog meter, not a non-transmitting meter, but an analog... I'm happy to pay the additional fee, but I'm not even given an option. The doctor I saw about my hearing offered therapy to help me learn how to ignore the high pitched noise... How does that help fix the problem? There has to be another way and those that are more sensitive to EMF waves, especially, should have options! The data is clear that these levels aren't safe but I have no options for dealing with this issue. PLEASE HELP US!!! I have videos I can share about the meter and how high the levels are but it says it's too large to upload.

Requests investigation of alleged directed-energy and mind-control attacks on civilians. Includes an exte…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
DEAR RFK AND President Trump AND, I urge you to please investigate the severe abuse to American civilians who are being attacked remotely on U.S. soil by directed energy weapons causing Anomalous Health Incidents. A December 2024 report by the House Intelligence Committee already urges your administration to investigate Anomalous Health Incidents affecting diplomats and many other government workers and their families, after the Biden administration stymied the committee’s investigation.THANK U President Trump, please know that thousands of private citizens, including children, are also being targeted and tortured by directed pulsed radiofrequency energy.I am one of the countless civilians being harmed. Please act immediately to end these torturous acts Dear RFK AND President Donald Trump AZND ,I am writing to urge you and the USA government to investigate the cover abuse and torture with remote voice-to-skull and electromagnetic mind control frequency technologies.I am a Chinese citizen, born and raised in China, who was first attacked by such technologies in December 2001, when I was studying for a Master`s Degree in Australia. At the time I was unfamiliar with remote electromagnetic weapons which can control thinking, behavior, emotions or decision making by attacking the brain and nervous system. Eventually, I came to learn of these technologies that are being secretly used or covered up by governments worldwide to control and harass the populace.Noticeable effects started with some noises (whispering voices) which I heard from the floor below me or from the neighbors’ houses. The other people who lived in the same house could not hear them. Soon I started to experience a wide variety of symptoms.Majority of the symptoms were: pain all over the body, stomach pain, toothaches, headaches, involuntary hand tremors, inability to stand firmly on legs, alternation of cold and hot sensations, excessive perspiration, high fevers, constipation, faece and piss incontinence, sexual harassment, sleep deprivation, dream manipulation, artificial emotions (induced fear, anger, shame, joy, hate, sadness), and manipulation of memory (forgetting/remembering/screen memories). Torturers also can make me say things (forced speech). All those symptoms would disappear without any medical treatment, or sometimes, a pain would persist, even if I had strong medication.I was like a little trapped marionette being controlled by invisible strings. Some unknown people held the strings and controlled my actions: speaking, walking, eating, sleeping, and even my thoughts and emotions. Since 2002, I travelled to many places to try to escape from the torture and harassment. I had been to Hong Kong, Thailand, China, New Zealand. When I was in Hong Kong in April 2002, my brain was controlled by voice-to-skull and remote electromagnetic mind control technologies, and I was taken into the US Embassy in Hong Kong. (Details of the story can be read from my book: Twelve Years in the Grave.)I am living in China now and still suffering the harassment and torture with these technologies. The proliferation of mind control technologies and their accompanying abuse and torture has become one of the twenty-first century’s greatest violations of human rights. Thousands of innocent victims across the globe have become activists for their freedom. We are demanding an international investigation into these crimes which constitute immense violations of the United Nations’ Universal Declaration of Human Rights.I have published my book “Twelve Years in the Grave - Mind Control with Electromagnetic Spectrums, the Invisible Modern Concentration Camp” to let the public know details of my story. I presented my paper “Mind Control with Electromagnetic Frequency” at the E-Leader conference held by China Fudan University and CASA (Chinese American Scholars Association) in Shanghai, January 5-7, 2015. Provided the fact that my brain was remotely controlled by voice-to-skull and electromagnetic mind control technologies, and I was taken into the US Embassy in Hong Kong, I urge the US government to take immediate actions to investigate my case. I also require the cooperation and support of the governments of Australia and China, and request assistance from the United Nations and other governments in investigating my case. ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a healthcare professional who has cared for a subset of patients who report significant symptoms that they associate with exposure to wireless technologies and electromagnetic fields. In my clinical practice, I have encountered patients who describe symptoms occurring or worsening in environments with higher levels of wireless or electromagnetic exposure. Reported symptoms have included headaches, sleep disturbance, fatigue, difficulty concentrating or “brain fog,” dizziness, palpitations, anxiety, heightened nervous system symptoms, and a general sense of feeling unwell. Some patients report that these symptoms improve when they reduce their exposure or spend time in environments with fewer wireless devices. These experiences can have a meaningful impact on patients’ daily lives. For some, concerns about exposure affect where they can comfortably work, sleep, travel, or spend extended periods of time. Regardless of the ultimate mechanisms involved, patients experiencing these symptoms deserve to have their concerns heard, studied carefully, and addressed with scientific rigor rather than dismissed. As a healthcare professional, I believe there is a need for continued high-quality, independent research examining the potential biological and health effects of chronic and cumulative exposure to RF and other electromagnetic fields, particularly as wireless technologies have become increasingly prevalent in homes, workplaces, schools, healthcare settings, and public spaces. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health. Patient experiences and clinical observations should be considered alongside epidemiologic, laboratory, and mechanistic evidence when identifying areas requiring further investigation. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate the existing scientific evidence, identify important gaps in current research, support well-designed independent studies, and give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable or susceptible populations. I also encourage HHS to investigate whether certain individuals may experience biological or clinical effects at exposure levels that do not produce obvious effects in the general population. Finally, healthcare professionals need evidence-based guidance for evaluating and counseling patients who report symptoms associated with wireless or electromagnetic exposure. Additional research could help clinicians distinguish potential exposure-related effects from other medical conditions, better understand possible mechanisms, and provide patients with appropriate recommendations based on reliable evidence. Thank you for providing patients, families, healthcare professionals, researchers, and scientists with an opportunity to contribute their experiences and perspectives to this important public health discussion.

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of an individual, retired Registered Veterinary Technician, parent, and human being. During January 2020, my family and I were sick with what seemed like a bad chest cold with cold/flu like symptoms. This was at the exact same time that AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile were all firing up their many 5G towers around the California central valley where I lived at the time. This was right after thousands of 5G towers were fired up in and around Wuhan China in September/October 2019 causing cold/flu-like “covid” symptoms”. I have also worked from home using a laptop computer and wifi router which caused me symptoms of irritability, anxiety, depression, dizziness, headaches, nausea, heaviness in the chest, fatigue, sleep disturbances, tinnitus and other cold/flu-like symptoms. Once I took out the router my symptoms improved but it wasn’t until I left my job to move out of state and was no longer working on a computer for 40 hours a week that I really started feeling better. I have had these same symptoms whenever I spend any time in a residence or building that has wifi and/or a large amount of electronic equipment, like the San Joaquin County building where the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors meet. I was sick for several days after spending hours waiting for my turn to speak in a Planning Commission meeting to address a legal matter regarding the San Joaquin River Club where I used to live. I have also worked in several veterinary emergency hospitals with a lot of electronic equipment including fluid pumps, ultrasound machines, laboratory equipment and a CT scanner which caused irritability, anxiety, etc. I currently live in a low EMF environment which has really helped to alleviate my symptoms of Electromagnetic Radiation Sickness/Syndrome. I recently had an experience in which I had to have my iPhone 16 on my person for at least 8 hours during the day because I was waiting for an important phone call in a town with several cell towers and 5G service. By the time I got home and no longer needed to have my phone on, I felt ill like I had the “flu”. I felt nauseous, had a headache and had to go to bed early.

I am responding from the perspective of a parent. My teenage son who never had a single health issue in his life started experiencing involuntary twitching within a few months of a SMART METER (referred to as EVIL METER from this point forward) being installed on our home. Within approximately 4 months he had a full blown seizure. He was the only one in our home who had a bedroom on the side of the house as the EVIL METER which was right on the outside of the wall and was being bombarded every night in his sleep. This made me sick to my stomach to even think about!!! We moved his room and he started immediately seeing our acupuncturist for treatments as we do not believe in the lies and medications that traditional western doctors push. We received their suggestions and the answer was NO. This entire experience has changed our son as it would anyone and he is now EMF sensitive and still healing after a year and a half. I can not imagine how many innocent children and human beings and even animals are being terrorized and poisoned by EVIL METERS and all other forms of EMFs and when the clues lead to these sources many roll their eyes and you are felt to be crazy for even suggesting these sources by "professionals". Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard!!
