In 2010 I became intolerant to Wi-Fi signals at home and at work. It started with dizziness in my own kitchen. Then I found that I could no longer enter my office downtown because it felt like my head was in a vice. My office was located under several wi-fi towers. When I did persevere and go into my office I could no longer remember how to use the photocopier or sort papers. I could no longer do the duties I was used to doing. I finally had to leave my profession, as a realtor, that I had been doing for 25 years. After hiring a person trained in detecting radiation levels I found that my townhome had huge levels of wi-fi radiating into my home from my neighbor. At this time I purchased a proper meter so that I could measure this type of radiation and try to keep myself as safe as possible inside and out. I was forced to leave my home and rent a home in the country for several months while I educated myself and found out how to protect myself. After figuring this out I was able to shield my home and return to it. At this point in time my body was very weak and it took me about a year to get back some of the strength that I previously had. I had to also shield my body when going outside as there were a lot of signals. I have never recovered 100% and can not take part in life as "normal" because "normal" has changed and we now live in a microwave oven.

Thank you for a forum. The story we have began when 5g rolled out in conjunction with the arrival of a smart meter on our house. We first noticed my wife getting sensations in her chest while on the couch which happened to be where the meter was on the outside of the house. When we requested help from met-ed or First Energy, we were told you have 2 choices, have no power or move to another state. We contacted the PUC and if you look into it no had ever got favorable results. We have done everything possible to REDUCE EMF's and she is less often irritated but during high internet usage and certain times of the day she still gets stress symptoms. Unfortunately no doctor will even try to listen or address the issue in any way but lable her DELUSIONAL. Have a conversation with her and will quickly understand that to be unfounded just their way of dismissal.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a concerned parent. My church has a cell tower in the steeple and my church leadership is not concerned about it. I am considering changing churches for this reason. I feel that I should not have to choose between leaving a place where I have deep spiritual roots and protecting the health of myself and my young children. High level wireless radiation should not be permitted in close proximity public spaces like houses of worship. Thank you for your thoughtful consideration.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a patient. I have electro magnetic radiation syndrome (diagnosis code W90.0). I was intensely exposed seven years ago and have had to change entirely how I live my life. I have to live in a basement and the entire apartment is wired. I have limited access to public places, and can't be around very many people. I had to stay in a hospital and was very ill shortly after discharge. I am a ,ember of emrsyndrome.org, which has helped save my health greatly! I am hoping that HHS Kennedy's investigation will help save many lives! I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.

The affects of EMF/RF Radiation has ruined not only my permanently injured my health but has also robbed my home from me! Five years ago, I purchased my dream home in Rockwall, Texas, which is loaded with towers and began feeling sick within weeks after purchasing it! Dizziness, major, heart, palpitations, headaches! I began to lose my eyesight and developed severe hip and lower back pain. My naturopathic Doctor Who owns the Health food store here asked where my smart meter was and much to my horror. It was on the other side of the wall from my head where I was sleeping. It just about gave me endometrial cancer!!! Two years later they moved up to 5G and blasted us and I lost that house and haven’t been able to pack it up because every time I go back there it makes me sick. I’ve had two realtors quit because they get sick being on that corner and around that part of the neighborhood.. as it turns out that Location is within 1 mile from up to 70 cell towers and antennas! Everyone talks about how they feel sick in our town. It’s beyond terrible and on top of that I feel a detachment from my life and deep depression that I’ve never felt before until they blasted us with 5G!!! Every day at 5 o’clock many of us have heart, palpitations, headaches, a feeling of haziness and blurred vision! Imagine what this will do to us long-term! I am now having hormone problems connected to breast health that I’ve never had before. This is causing my health to fail for sure, and it has ruined the quality of my life! Thank you so much for launching this investigation!!! Please stop these terrible towers or we are in trouble! Cellular radiation has absolutely ruined my life! I have never been sensitive to it until they moved up to 5G and started placing all of these towers everywhere and now I’m just dealing with a depression from it all because it just seems hopeless at this point! Because of the level of radiation that we are dealing with here, I am not able to live in my beautiful home and have to power through the health symptoms while I’m there packing it up! I personally suffer from multiple health issues that have been traced to EMFs and wireless radiation exposure. I have spent hundreds of dollars trying to find out what is causing my health problems and it has affected my entire life. My symptoms are only relieved by avoiding exposure as much as possible and avoidance is getting so much harder as time goes by. My husband is also affected. We have had to leave our home and move farther away from towers and then more pop up. As a parent and grandparent, I am deeply concerned about how this is affecting the health of our children. With the proliferation of wireless technologies, smart devices, and wearables in modern educational settings, children are subject to continuous, cumulative exposure to radiofrequency (RF) radiation. I urge HHS to look closely at international safety standards, many of which adopt a much more precautionary approach toward RF/EMF exposure limits than current domestic regulations.I strongly support HHS taking an active role in compiling the latest science, identifying research gaps regarding non-ionizing radiation, and issuing clear, evidence-based guidelines.Thank you for opening this docket and prioritizing the environmental health of vulnerable populations.

I am a health practitioner, I'm a massage and bodywork therapist in practice for over 20 years, I am a Mother. I am also a Nationally Certifed Massage Therapy Educator. I am 52 yrs. old. I do not use a cellphone. Review RFs as well as the EMFs.WiFI needs to be contained, not floating around spikey waves hitting us & permeating through baby's bodies. Wifi causes pain and damage to the cells, when I am away from wifi, I feel better and have no pain, I notice a huge difference in optimal health. Treat us all like babys, we need nourishment, we need protection, we do not need to be bombarded by dangerous invisible wifi. GO back to ethernet cable, it was safer, faster. Minimize the excess towers & bring it back from 50 towers in our quaint town, minimize to one tower, place that one tower away from residential areas, away from schools so we don't have to be forced to homeschool. Less is more. Since the wifi radiation permeates, I need to use my measuring meters to make sure there are no RFs and EMFs from the neighbor's home permeating in to our new and existing home. I'm being forced to buy 16 or more acres in order to avoid wifi radiation and smartmeter radiation from a neighbor's home,& I also am being forced to turn down house buying arrangements because wifi radiation from a nearby neighbor right near the property line, is too close to the house I'm interested in buying & settling down it. So I am forced not to settle down I am forced to be an EHS-electrosensitive refugee. Solar power has TONS of DE dirty electricity, causes convulsions, pain, headaches, symptoms. Electric Cars have battery packs that have EMFS that exceed way off the charts where people are getting ELECTRICUTED just by sitting right next to the battery pack, it shows on my measuring meters. I bought an electric car thinking it was safe and then I got sick and sold it back 2 weeks later. Remember our bodies are electric. We can not have interference for our bodies to function properly. We don't want to be forced to buy wifi radiation in the vehicles, we always choose no wifi, remove the wifi, we had to remove the wifi out of our SUVs by taking out the radio hub, this is only allowed in Basic Vehicles, do not make this obsolete, keep this as an option. We don't want keyfobs, we do not want wifi controls, locks. We do not want wifi cities or wifi homes, make an option for non-wifi. Please take away these dangerous toys.Please help us, change standards, make strict limitations, minimize. Get rid of the dangerous wifi toys. For every technology run by wifi radiation, we need an analog, non-wifi version with no radiation offered. Do not replace everything with wifi radiation and think that is "better". We always choose non-digital and dials over digital with radiation. We always choose analog over digital, We choose copper landline over digital phone, do not make this obsolete. We choose dsl over fiber internet because fiber has high amounts of DE-dirty electricity. I am not the only one. Most of us are trying to escape the EMFs and RFs and are forced to live in a mobile home and travel around to escape a celltower being built next to us. I am forced to live on 16 acres or more to avoid RFs and EMFs from neighbors. I prefer living next to people but I need to live faraway and seclude myself away from neighbors with wifi radiation. There needs to be wifi radiation quiet zones and neighborhoods, and parts of the town that has no wifi radiation at all. I am forced to work in my home. I can not work in a wifi radiation massage and bodywork office. Electrosensitive are forced to make communities that are safe from the wifi radiation, EMFs, and DE-dirty electricity, quiet zones are very hard to find and make. This is survival away from radiation causing pain and anxiety. I have measuring meters to measure the levels in the sleep room, in the home, and on the perimeters of the home. Safe levels are 1.5 on a Trifield EMF Meter, .1-.3 is safe on an RF meter. Because health is more important. ~sent from an ethernet cabled desktop computer, no wifi.

I have been a computer graphic designer since the 1990s. In 2022, when I turned on the WiFi of a new, more powerful router, I had a sudden, overwhelming reaction and had to evacuate the house until it was turned off. Since then, I have been unable to expose myself to radiation from wireless devices, mobile phones, WiFi, Bluetooth or cell towers without wearing a whole shielding outfit. The last time I went shopping bareheaded, I lost consciousness and was taken to the hospital emergency department, where the doctor told me never to expose myself to synthetic EMF radiation again. When exposed to radiofrequencies or EF/ELF from the AC electrical grid, my symptoms are: • Heart palpitations • Dizziness • Brain fog • Speech difficulties • Stomach pain • Sweating • Breathlessness • Weakness and fainting • A sudden, urgent need to urinate • And, a few hours later, herpes/shingles When not exposed to radiation, I am in perfect health. In 2023, an additional cell tower was installed 1 km from home, and I can no longer access my own garden or the upper floor without protection. Despite a medical certificate from the environmental pathologies department of a hospital, my requests for accommodation or assistance from public and health services are dismissed. The consequences for my life are disastrous: • No longer any access to public spaces. • No longer any access to healthcare: I am losing my teeth and fear dental infection or hospitalization, which would be impossible given radiation levels in healthcare facilities. • Dismissed by doctors: the last ones I consulted either made fun of me or offered psychiatric care, which is inappropriate for my environmental issues. • Dismissed by government administrations. • I am socially isolated because almost everyone carries irradiating devices, while my condition is not widely recognized, and most people do not believe EMR Syndrome is real. • I cannot relocate: finding a home without neighbours, far from a cell tower, and without a smart meter is now almost impossible. I am living on borrowed time as levels keep increasing and there are no longer any no-RF zones to take refuge. For years, without adequate information about the dangers of radiofrequencies, I used a cordless phone, a mobile phone and WiFi, trusting that regulatory limits protected me. If I had had real information about the dangers of RF, I could have chosen wired connections and calls at home, because all this wireless technology was not necessary. The same lack of information meant I was unaware of the need to ground every device connected to the mains, although this is easy to manage and would probably have prevented or alleviated my current situation.
