I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of how my family are affected. I have a son with special needs that I care for and when he is near wifi in someone's home he gets anxiety and feels wierd in his head. Also feels off balance. My husband also feels anxious when around cell phones and wifi and gets heart palpitations from these things. I myself get wierd feeling in my face when near wifi and cell phones. Because of this we feel stuck because everyone has wifi in there homes and at least 1 or more cell phones in there homes. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Thank you for providing individuals, families, health care providers, researchers and scientists with an opportunity to be finally be heard on this critical public health issue.

Re: RFI Docket response on EMF & EMR comments Re: FCC’s failure to set safe guidelines for EMR exposure. This includes cell phones, all ‘Smart’ devices including smart meters, cell towers, cell repeating units, WIFI in buildings, outside WIFI repeaters, automobile EMR emitting devices, etc. The FCC or any agency that sets safety standards for all these devices need to do thorough scientific studies, but in the meantime, they must mitigate the levels of EMR from ALL devices. Re-tooling is required, no doubt, but it’s the FCC’s fault for allowing the level of EMR being emitted from the start. When cell phones first came out, the telecom industry warned its shareholders that they may be sued for injuries from people who were harmed by the devices. They never warned the customers buying the phones! This is blatant disregard for human health and safety. I have had EHS (also called EMR Syndrome) for over 12 years, all due to the exponential rollout of cell phones/towers, WIFI, and Smart Meters. My life went from normal to very ill in a short period of time. It took me a while to find out it was EHS. When exposed to EMR, I experience heart arrhythmias, an allover weak feeling, my legs feel very heavy suddenly (almost always a Smart Meter for that symptom), migraines, tinnitus, and sometimes stinging of the skin depending upon the level of EMR. If I don’t get away from the exposure quickly, I feel like I’ll pass out. I purchased a Safe & Sound Pro 2 EMF meter to discover where it is safe for me (lower EMF’s). The meter is certified and calibrated, and I can confirm that there are hardly any places left where the levels are truly safe. Literally, I have NEVER found readings that are that low except deep in the woods away from homes, towers, and industry. All readings are higher. Smart Meters have been mostly 22,000 mW/sqMeter(intermittently). A parking lot near us presents readings between 12,000 to 1 Million mW/sqMeter! People are being bathed in this excessive exposure every time they go to that shopping center. Cancer, heart issues, brain issues, etc. - all are side effects of this deleterious exposure. It’s just a matter of time…. Day after day, people are dying from all the diseases caused by EMR. We have a dear friend who has brain cancer from holding the cellphone near their ear. Schools that have cell towers near them have been encountering students with cancer; some actually have died! It’s a fact that Autism rates have climbed at the same time EMR exposure has climbed. Pregnant women holding their cellphones on their belly are not warned against this, which is criminal, in my opinion. The FCC was ordered by the Court to re-evaluate safe exposure limits for EMR, and they have blatantly avoided doing so. They know exposure levels are WAY too high now and would be lying if they described a high level as safe, so they’re simply avoiding doing what they were ordered to do. The FCC is a captured agency and the people allowing the exposures from cellphones, towers, etc. need to be fired. People with morals need to replace these ‘officials’. If 5G is put up in the area where I live, I could end up living in my basement and never be able to go out again. It would be like being in prison. Is this what the telecom industry wants? Is this what the FCC wants? Is this what HHS wants? There are tens of thousands of people suffering with EHS in dozens of support groups (mostly on social media) communicating around the planet. They are all desperate for relief from this deadly exposure. If you question these principles of exposure, just look into the “Havana Syndrome”. This is a well-documented illness caused by high levels of EMR. It’s time for our government to wake up and stop ignoring this. We are desperate to have our good health back. There are hundreds if not thousands of scientific studies proving the harm of EMR. If you have one iota of care for the citizens of these beloved United States, you will DO something to fully correct the long-evaded issue of extreme EMR exposure to everyone! I will attempt to attach several studies that prove the harm. Thank you for taking this seriously! It’s long overdue.

I'd like to understand the short and long term physical and psychological effects of Havana Syndrome, BEDE and microwave energy, RF, and EMF as it pertains to possible mis-categorization of civilian registries under FiSA/TSDB (or any unaccessible classified programs). This includes but not limited to unexplainable bruising and burns, vibrations, pulsations, nausea and abnormal test results associated with women's yearly health exams. The focus would be on a civilian registry as civilians today do not have an avenue to speak to medical professionals (oncologist, nephrologist, primary care physicians) about treatment and or shielding from egregious EMF microwave attacks. There is a pending case Ber v. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to fill this gap so that civilians can be diagnosed along side the intelligence community, government officials, journalists, and scientists on this same matter. As government officials and the intelligence community works to find bad actors there should be an immediate solution to treat civilians with short and long term care. YES - I have even passed out twice from Radiation. 5G makes me so dizzy I cannot go outside now. I cannot go to Church, or Grocery Store or anyplace. If my husband passes away before I do, I will be forced to sell-out and live inside a metal trailer and pray I can get folks to deliver to me. EMFs, RF, and wireless are painful to me and many of the (eithernet) computer friends I have made. I live 4.5 miles from a town, and the towers still hit my home and yard. I am always "adrenal fatigued" from the devices man has installed. All of the original scientists who invented the cell phones have died because of RF exposure. My Mom, Dad and One cousin used those portable phones that emitted RF's and they all got cancers and died from it. In my clinical practice, I have encountered patients who describe symptoms occurring or worsening in environments with higher levels of wireless or electromagnetic exposure. Reported symptoms have included headaches, sleep disturbance, fatigue, difficulty concentrating or “brain fog,” dizziness, palpitations, anxiety, heightened nervous system symptoms, and a general sense of feeling unwell. Some patients report that these symptoms improve when they reduce their exposure or spend time in environments with fewer wireless devices. These experiences can have a meaningful impact on patients’ daily lives. For some, concerns about exposure affect where they can comfortably work, sleep, travel, or spend extended periods of time. Regardless of the ultimate mechanisms involved, patients experiencing these symptoms deserve to have their concerns heard, studied carefully, and addressed with scientific rigor rather than dismissed. As a healthcare professional, I believe there is a need for continued high-quality, independent research examining the potential biological and health effects of chronic and cumulative exposure to RF and other electromagnetic fields, particularly as wireless technologies have become increasingly prevalent in homes, workplaces, schools, healthcare settings, and public spaces. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health. Patient experiences and clinical observations should be considered alongside epidemiologic, laboratory, and mechanistic evidence when identifying areas requiring further investigation. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate the existing scientific evidence, identify important gaps in current research, support well-designed independent studies, and give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable or susceptible populations. I also encourage HHS to investigate whether certain individuals may experience biological or clinical effects at exposure levels that do not produce obvious effects in the general population. Finally, healthcare professionals need evidence-based guidance for evaluating and counseling patients who report symptoms associated with wireless or electromagnetic exposure. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of an individual, retired Registered Veterinary Technician, parent, and human being. During January 2020, my family and I were sick with what seemed like a bad chest cold with cold/flu like symptoms. This was at the exact same time that AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile were all firing up their many 5G towers around the California central valley where I lived at the time. This was right after thousands of 5G towers were fired up in and around Wuhan China in September/October 2019 causing cold/flu-like “covid” symptoms”. I have also worked from home using a laptop computer and wifi router which caused me symptoms of irritability, anxiety, depression, dizziness, headaches, nausea, heaviness in the chest, fatigue, sleep disturbances, tinnitus and other cold/flu-like symptoms. Once I took out the router my symptoms improved but it wasn’t until I left my job to move out of state and was no longer working on a computer for 40 hours a week that I really started feeling better. I have had these same symptoms whenever I spend any time in a residence or building that has wifi and/or a large amount of electronic equipment, like the San Joaquin County building where the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors meet. I was sick for several days after spending hours waiting for my turn to speak in a Planning Commission meeting to address a legal matter regarding the San Joaquin River Club where I used to live. I have also worked in several veterinary emergency hospitals with a lot of electronic equipment including fluid pumps, ultrasound machines, laboratory equipment and a CT scanner which caused irritability, anxiety, etc. I currently live in a low EMF environment which has really helped to alleviate my symptoms of Electromagnetic Radiation Sickness/Syndrome. I recently had an experience in which I had to have my iPhone 16 on my person for at least 8 hours during the day because I was waiting for an important phone call in a town with several cell towers and 5G service. By the time I got home and no longer needed to have my phone on, I felt ill like I had the “flu”. I felt nauseous, had a headache and had to go to bed early. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. 2. The comments represent my own experieces with RF/EMF exposure. 3. a. RF/EMF exposure from heating system, television and Wi-fi . b. In the mid 1990´s, I began noticing over sensitivity to my television and to my Nokia cellular phone. I also became oversensitive to the magnetic fields from the heating system in the real estate where I lived. To begin with, I was not sure what it was that made me sick. I moved twice to other appartment blocks within the same rental association, but that did not change anything for the better. My brother and I bought an RF/EMF meter and could see that the heating system in the basement emitted strong magnetic fields which went all the way up to the top of the building, the third floor. In the third appartment, the magnetic fields coming from the heating system in the basement were stronger in my bedroom, which could explain why I became even sicker there than in my living room. I had to spend all my time in the living room. I was furthermore exposed to Wi-fi from my neighbours, which also had a negative impact on my health. c. Adverse health effects from the magnetic fields emitted by the heating system in the basement, was a highly reduced ability for my digestive system to absorb nutrition from food. The magnetic fields made it very hard for me to sleep. Before that, my sleep had always been impeccable. The magnetic fields made it very hard for me to think, it often felt as if I had a croquet ball in my head. The magnetic fields also gave me an electric feeling in both my head and in my body. EMF exposure from my neighbours made it hard for me to sleep. I have tried to sleep at friends´houses where the EMF has been high and it is impossible. Maybe half an hour or one hour during the night is what I can get there. e. A medical doctor wrote a certificate of illness, where over sensivitity to RF and EMF was one of the diagnoses. f. I had to move to a house situated three miles into the forrest, which is heated with a wood-burning stowe that emits no electricity or magnetic fields. The EMF is also very low here, where I now live in my house in the forrest. This has made i posooble for my body to rest.

Beginning in 2025, I have experienced microwave radiation with my body seeming to over heat. I thought it was menopause even though I’d already had that. The apartment I lived in then in Oviedo, FL was next to a large cell tower, but I didn’t connect the dots. It wasn’t until June 2025, when I was living in Pensacola, FL, that I realized this was definitely NOT menopause. I was living in an apartment downtown and that month I experienced what I described in my diary and to my family felt like I was being cooked from the inside out, the way a microwave cooks foot. It would happen 8 to ten times a day. I hear a wah wah wah sound in my ears then my head would feel like it was on fire and sweat poured out of my face. After a week of this, I went to the ER with symptoms of massive anxiety and lethargy. In a couple of months I lost my job because of the destabilization. I then lost my apartment due to unemployment. Every day now for 16 months this continues. I live in Palm Coast now with my brother unable to work. We live next to THREE cell towers here in Palm Coast. This has destroyed my ability to work. When I look at cell towers now, they look to me like massive weapons.

When the new meters went into my neighborhood, I started having headaches and soon my ears started ringing. I always used an ethernet for internet and kept cell phone usage to speaker or ear corded headsets. I opted to keep my analog meter and then had to pay a monthly fee to do so. I moved in Aug 2025 due to the increased symptoms and increased wifi signals that were coming through my home 24/7 that were increasing my fatigue and other symptoms. My new location is in a sparsely populated area and just got a tower last November. The signal is not terribly strong through my house but, I noticed increased symptoms anyway. There was a smart meter on the side of the house. There was NO analog option, so I enquired with the power company and had the meter removed from the house and placed at the property line 56 1/2 feet away. The ringing and fatigue are minimal and no headaches now. The ringing has diminished to a small sound that is livable. I could only afford to do this because of the funds from selling my home otherwise I would have had to move to somewhere with No meters and towers nearby. It is extremely concerning that people with these sensitivities are NOT being listened to at all. Many have been cast as NUTS by their doctors that are ignorant of the effects of strong fields. Just look at what directed energy weapons are capable of doing and then tell me this is some kind of imaginary condition. There is a location in the Carolinas where there is a large telescope that is in a valley protected from ALL of these signals so the telescope can operate and many people with these sensitivities have moved to that area of the country and recovered. We are the CANARIES of the COAL MINES! I do not give my permission to be experimented upon by a deaf government or private business that has MONEY as their only goals. Studies have been done and continue to prove the damaging health effects of WIFi and 5g. Denmark has removed wifi from all schools. If there was no health issue, they would have NOT done so. What will it take to make regulators stop ignoring the science? I wish to have this placed into the Congressional record. What I have said and experienced is by no means unique. Please act like life and health really matter. What is the point of having the science and regulation if you only ignore that and strive to accommodate big business interests and money. How much is your life worth? How about your children, parents, siblings and friends? Would you finally act to do something if one of those were adversely affected by these types of signals and radiation? What will you say to Our Heavenly Father someday if you have to explain WHY you did nothing? Please, please think about it seriously. The greatest challenges can be the biggest opportunities to create something that solves the problems.
