It all started 2019. Before then I had no issues that I was aware of. Few of the symptoms I get when I am around cell towers, cell phones, wi-fi and smart meters are: 1. in my head it feels like I am on a boat, 2. I feel sick, 3. ringing in my ears, 4. I get a feeling that my body wants to run away, fight or flight mode - to leave this area, 5. shaky hands, 6. stifness in my neck, 7. I get this feeling of vibrations inside my body which make it hard to relax and impossible to sleep, my body is tired but my head is all alert. These are just a few problems I am dealing with regarding all the amount of radiation that is coming closer every day. Who knows in what way all these thousands of satellites are affecting us? And we hear more and more about 6G and 7G. I mean, what the h*ll! Overall health in people gets worse. Time to make it possible for people to thrive again and not just go for the money!

My name is Keisha Truax. I am from Middletown, Maryland. I have been diagnosed as having EMF Hypersensitivity. It started over a decade ago after living in a home with mold spores. My nervous system become hyper vigilant. EMF's were a great source of physical and emotional anguish. They affected my ability to sleep or rest well. I had Fibromyalgia like pain start. I had headaches and pain in my sinuses. Even after leaving the home with unresolved mold mycotoxins. I am to this day on medication for anxiety, sleep issues, depression, and suffer from headaches, nerve pain and environmental respiratory symptoms. Cell towers are brutal. When I drive by them even when within a quarter mile and can't see it, the pain in my head, and body intensifies. As I get further away from high tension power lines, cell towers, smart meters, wifi sources or a cell phone my symptoms ALWAYS become less severe. I sleep under an emf canopy due to a cell tower a quarter of a mile away. I do not have wifi in my home and keep my cell phone on airplane mode or off 90% of the time. Unless using for specific reasons. It is NOT a phobia and that has been well documented. It is a physiological and neurological reaction. I get stomach aches and feel anxious near EMF's. They have affected my mood and my behavioral like a puppet on a string. Reproducible without me knowing. Every time! I have suffered relocation of a home due to high tension power lines a quarter mile away. It affected my sinuses with pain and pressure, with increased headaches, earache, and insomnia. Not to mention the mix of anxiety and sadness. EMF'S seem to affect the nervous and digestive system as I regularly get nauseous or have vertigo around cell towers or high tension power lines. I have chronic inflammation and it gets worse after certain EMF exposures. When I type on my cell phone my fingers have felt intense pain and then numbness as I type words. It's a chronic issue that increases the more I use my phone. It's not psychological because I'm not a person of fear or someone who is afraid of EMF'S. They affect me so I have to limit. With limit and protection comes a great reduction in neurological, gastrointestinal amd psychological symptoms. EMF'S have made me unable to function at 100% and I can not work. I do NOT get disability and live with my fiancé who is financially well off. I have had my environmental illness with MCS and EMF Hypersensitivity documented by health professionals. I am on medication to help with symptoms and to function as a mother, finace' and as normal of a life as possible. I take Gabapentin, Seroquel, and Propanolol. I have it documented that my heart rate/pulse are in fact affected by electricity, such as sitting next to an electrical outlet or electric device. Rapid heart rate around wifi, cell phones and electrical wiring, smart meters too. They all impact me. I can not go to public spaces without sitting closest to the outside, never in the center, surrounded by all the individual's cell phones. I sit on top row on the far corners at my daughter's sporting events or at church. I was unable to attend any of the above for three years due to SEVERE MCS (Multiple Chemical Sensitivity) AND EMF Hypersensitivity. On medication, sleeping under a canopy that shields, and limiting wifi, cell phones and electrical devices has been the only treatment or prevention that works to minimize the negative consequences of EMF exposure, and how it affects my overall health amd physical abilities. Please put better, more strick, regulations on the FCC and the environmental EMF'S all Americas are being exposed too. In schools, in neighborhoods, in public spaces, and homes. We need less smart appliances, smart meters, smart devices, wifi, cell phones, and computers emmitting these cancer causing, neurological antagonizing, and psychological impacting weapons going into our air space, homes and bodies. Obviously there is a conflict of interest with the FCC and Power Companies, Cell Companies, and internet carriers, etc. If there are more regulations and science showing the long reaching short term and long term affects at different levels of exposure it would protect the American people. Please speak up for those who are experiencing these negative health consequences from cell towers, 5G, wifi and high tension power lines everywhere. Help the truth to be spread. Docket No. HHS-OASH-2026-0397 To Whom It May Concern; My full comment is attached as a PDF. This note summarizes it. I am a retired paramedic and firefighter with over thirty years of service. I worked in fire stations that had commercial wireless antenna arrays mounted on the building. I am not reporting an adverse health effect and I have no diagnosis to attribute to that exposure. What I am submitting is an exposure characterization and a research gap. Career fire service personnel do not visit the station, they live in it. They sleep there, in a fixed location, for twenty-four and forty-eight hour shifts, across careers measured in decades. Where a commercial base station sits on that building, the result is a continuous, fixed-geometry, decades-long exposure to a population that occupies the structure far more hours per year than an ordinary workplace and is unconscious for a large share of them. They fall under the general public exposure limit, which was built around a public assumed to be passing through. Under Section 704 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 their employer is barred from declining the installation on health grounds. In August 2004 the International Association of Fire Fighters adopted Resolution No. 15, asking the federal government for a study "with the highest scientific merit and integrity" contrasting firefighters housed in stations with towers against firefighters without that exposure. It committed the organization to set policy in accordance with whatever the study found. The study was never funded and no federal agency has conducted it. I held elected office in that organization on both sides of that date, and no study came. The federal fire service assessment answering that request, the U.S. Fire Administration's 2008 Executive Fire Officer paper, rests on an evidence base that predates the IARC Group 2B classification of 2011, the National Toxicology Program's finding of clear evidence of carcinogenic activity in 2018, the Ramazzini Institute's independent base-station-model replication in 2018, and the D.C. Circuit's 2021 holding in Environmental Health Trust v. FCC that the Commission failed to justify retaining its 1996 exposure limits. It has not been revisited in eighteen years. I am asking the Department to fund and conduct that cohort study, to characterize aggregate occupational RF dose across the fire and EMS environment, to assess the ambulance patient compartment as an RF environment with attention to implanted cardiac devices, and to recommend mandatory pre-activation and post-activation RF survey with disclosure to the personnel assigned to those buildings. Personal Experience and Reported Physical Effects I am submitting this as an individual describing my personal experiences spanning more than four decades. I report that recurring experiences I associate with RF/EMF-related targeting became noticeable around 2013 in a milder form. I experienced what I personally characterize as a Havana Syndrome event in 2017, additional episodes in 2021 and 2022, and from 2022 onward I report that these experiences became a daily occurrence. I have struggled with leaving my home since December 1, 2009. Since December 17, 2024, when I left for emergency dental treatment, I have not left my home again. The physical effects I report include: • Vestibular problems affecting balance and equilibrium. • Multi-tone tinnitus resembling twanging rubber bands, with multiple tones and changing volume levels. • Progressive hearing loss. • Frequent headaches. • Brain fog that comes and goes. • Spotty memory. • Difficulty sleeping. • Nausea. • Episodes of blurred vision that later correct themselves. • Episodes where my heart feels noticeably weaker and then stronger. • Sensations throughout my body that I describe as cavitation. • Episodes of extreme internal heat followed by cooling, and episodes of feeling unusually cold that are difficult to warm up from. • Two separate episodes involving an intense, high-pitched vibration accompanied by searing heat and pain, followed by teeth shattering apart with significant force—one in 2019 and another in 2024. • An incident involving a forceful impact to the back of my head, after which I spit blood. • Unusual skin injuries that I photographed, including injuries on my nose, behind my right ear, and on the top of my foot, where I observed scabbing that appeared to follow the tendon area. I am submitting these as my firsthand account of the physical effects I experienced and as documentation of injuries I photographed over time. My approach to medical care is shaped by my religious convictions and my understanding of Latter-day Saint teachings, including Doctrine and Covenants Section 89, the 11th Article of Faith in the Pearl of Great Price, and Linda P. Wilcox's historical discussion of Brigham Young's views in The Imperfect Science: Brigham Young on Medical Doctors.

Scientific Article Submitted for HHS Review We respectfully submit the following peer-reviewed publication for consideration by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services: Garoli A, Greco A. “Shielding the First 24 Postnatal Months of Life: A Proposal for a Prospective Cohort Study of Early-Life Electromagnetic Exposure and Autism Risk.” Alpha Psychiatry. 2026;27(4):53282. DOI: 10.31083/AP53282. This publication presents a prospective research protocol investigating whether electromagnetic radiation (EMR) exposure during the first 24 months of life may influence neuro-developmental trajectories and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) risk. Importantly, this paper does not establish that EMR causes autism. It proposes a methodology for investigating the question prospectively. The authors propose following 1,000 full-term newborns for 24 months, comparing an EMR-reduced cohort (n=500) with a standard-exposure cohort (n=500). Exposure would be characterized through RF/ELF measurements, proximity analysis, device inventories and wearable dosimetry. Neurodevelopment would be evaluated using joint attention, language development and EEG mu-rhythm measures, with ASD diagnosis as a secondary exploratory endpoint. The article also identifies biological mechanisms that warrant further investigation, including voltage-gated calcium channels, intracellular calcium signaling, Ca²⁺/calmodulin pathways, mitochondrial metabolism, oxidative stress and neuronal synchronization. Ion Cyclotron Resonance (ICR) is presented as a candidate framework for understanding some of these interactions. The authors appropriately acknowledge that weak-field transduction and ICR mechanisms remain scientifically contested rather than established. The protocol is particularly relevant because it attempts to address a persistent challenge in EMR research: accurate exposure measurement. The proposed study incorporates environmental measurements, wearable dosimetry, shield-integrity monitoring, compliance records and repeated neuro-developmental assessments The authors also acknowledge significant limitations. Cohort allocation is observational rather than randomized, residual confounding may remain, and the proposed 1,000-participant study is underpowered to establish modest differences in ASD incidence. The study is therefore explicitly designed for exploratory signal detection and to generate data necessary for a larger confirmatory trial. We respectfully request that HHS review this publication and consider whether this hypothesis warrants independent, adequately powered, multi-center investigation. Future federal research could examine whether objectively measured RF/ELF exposure during infancy is associated with neuro-developmental differences; whether specific developmental windows are more sensitive; whether effects vary according to exposure characteristics; and whether genetic susceptibility, calcium signalling, mitochondrial function, oxidative stress or other biological pathways modify potential effects. Given the widespread exposure of children to electromagnetic fields, we believe these questions merit rigorous, independent scientific investigation. The objective should not be to presume that EMR either causes or does not cause neuro-developmental effects, but to establish the answer through appropriately designed prospective research.

I’ve been a targeted individual for 10 years- it feels like a nightmare that will never end. The perpetrators use v2k ( microwave / radio frequency) I’m not sure how the words are transmitted but they talk with a type of physical force inside my head- always on the left side. I have stroke symptoms on the left side of my body and I’m certain that all of the head trauma from the v2k is responsible. The perpetrators deactivate my medications. They use AI that reads the faintest thoughts I have and it responds to my thoughts. I get sleep deprived and they have burned my eyes when I’m trying to sleep. The nights are particularly terrible-the AI talks in my head with an energy force from 10p-1a. They tell me that they are driving me to suicide and they encourage suicide.I need help. I have made reports to the FBI and no one ever responds. I’ve written letters to specific people at the FBI and no one ever responds. I’m helpless and suffering alone every moment of every day. Hello. Perhaps this could help prevent the future deployment of this technology, which is clearly already harmful. The only people who deny this are those with a vested interest. (I noticed that the same people denying the harm of this technology are the ones who ran the vaccination campaign.)
