I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a citizen and the sister of a brain cancer patient who daily used her cell phone for a long periods of time while working. She developed glioblastoma on the same side of her brain close to her ear as she would daily hold the phone while she was cleaning houses. She is only 52 and being put on hospice after lengthy treatments and surgeries. When I use my cell phone, my hands will ache. If I am not using the phone, my hands do not tingle or ache. We changed our Wi-Fi to a landline in at that time. I headaches, depression and brain fog went away. I am now able to get my household tasks done and in addition study to further my career. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. I cannot believe this is America. No different than what Bassar al-Assad permitted in his country, Syria. Killing their own people, torturing their own. I am a two-time enlistee in the Military. A God- ordained Minister in Christianity and have been trafficked and tortured. If this was happening to an animal, it would be all over the news. I have two brain tumors; rotator cuff tear; plus fragmented bones near tear; a mass in abdomen; cataract; teeth knocked out of my mouth - 2 in one night; legs that are in severe pain all from microwave radiation in Ocala, Fl. The torture here and trafficking is horrendous. This is a hell hole. When I go to report any of this, a mental disorder is placed on me. All my jewelry has been stolen. My furniture is severely marred. Both brain tumors are inoperable. The pain from the torture in my legs is severe. These THUGS need to be placed in GITMO. They are absolutely no different than Hamas and Hezbullah. These terrorists are dressed in American skin on American soil and identify themselves as Americans. They are the true terrorists targeting many, many innocent people. No due process. This is the same country I served my time as a military soldier. I am a woman who is crying out for JUSTICE. I am TI looking for help wishes to opt out of this Non-Consensual Targeting Experimentation Programs of DEW Weapon, Microwave Weapon and (EMFs) used to attack me for 3 years daily at home, work, and car for the past three years. This program sends hard hitting invisible attacks to my body which includes Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. My car/home is rigged to help the predators assist with these attacks. My body has nonconsensual semi-conductors inside to assist in attacking me. Thousands of us on these platforms are all being attacked with RF emitting (EMFs) and (DEW) weapons daily for years. We understand that stopping this kind of secret torture may take some time, but for now please get semi-conductors removed from us and get us all military grade shielding... is better than no help at all.

2. The comments represent my own experieces with RF/EMF exposure. 3. a. RF/EMF exposure from heating system, television and Wi-fi . b. In the mid 1990´s, I began noticing over sensitivity to my television and to my Nokia cellular phone. I also became oversensitive to the magnetic fields from the heating system in the real estate where I lived. To begin with, I was not sure what it was that made me sick. I moved twice to other appartment blocks within the same rental association, but that did not change anything for the better. My brother and I bought an RF/EMF meter and could see that the heating system in the basement emitted strong magnetic fields which went all the way up to the top of the building, the third floor. In the third appartment, the magnetic fields coming from the heating system in the basement were stronger in my bedroom, which could explain why I became even sicker there than in my living room. I had to spend all my time in the living room. I was furthermore exposed to Wi-fi from my neighbours, which also had a negative impact on my health. c. Adverse health effects from the magnetic fields emitted by the heating system in the basement, was a highly reduced ability for my digestive system to absorb nutrition from food. The magnetic fields made it very hard for me to sleep. Before that, my sleep had always been impeccable. The magnetic fields made it very hard for me to think, it often felt as if I had a croquet ball in my head. The magnetic fields also gave me an electric feeling in both my head and in my body. EMF exposure from my neighbours made it hard for me to sleep. I have tried to sleep at friends´houses where the EMF has been high and it is impossible. Maybe half an hour or one hour during the night is what I can get there. e. A medical doctor wrote a certificate of illness, where over sensivitity to RF and EMF was one of the diagnoses. f. I had to move to a house situated three miles into the forrest, which is heated with a wood-burning stowe that emits no electricity or magnetic fields. The EMF is also very low here, where I now live in my house in the forrest. This has made i posooble for my body to rest.

1) My physical and mental symptoms are so real, tangible, well-co-ordinated with the real time environmental and real world activities those can never be ascribed to suffering from mental disorder like paranoid schizophrenia or illusion disorder. It is real time physical and mental torture with instantaneous severe neuro strikes using electromagnetic waves/laser induced shock wave in a continuous scale for 24/7 as per my thought, talk, activity and vision. It is a horrendous torture because the torture is on the specific part of the body or organ as per the nature of victim’s activity in real time. Torture such as itching, severe pain, hard impact, sudden headache, migraine like pain is associated with sleeplessness and restlessness during day in and out. Brain-computer interface between the computers and victims’ brains with the help of neuroweapon like neural implants / NEUROMORPHIC COMPUTING and then mind and body cloning with the help of generative AI/ ML can only be attributed to such real time physical and mental torture, with sudden changes in brain signal such as both urge and loss of appetite, urination, abrupt change in mood, emotion, feeling, severe chest pain, sudden drowsiness during scooty driving, sleep deprivation as per he perpetrators’ wishes and intentions, havoc pain in the internal organ and many more physical symptoms. And despite all these, all the time the victim is thinking logically, executing all types of normal activity including some skilled jobs like teaching, researching, software engineering and other creative works those require developed thought processes and its execution. 2) With no simple logic it can be turned as mental disorder. And this has not happened accidentally in one moment or one day, there has been intriguing conflicts with some of the Professors in the USA centred at me and my family who have been destroying all the lives in my family with the help of evil resources in the government projecting it as mental disorder in me. Please keep in mind when and how these whole episodes started in our life is still alive in me and crystal clear and after that the daily development of most of these evil criminal activities and instances, conversation, talking and other environmental turn outs in USA and then in India, I can exactly recount with proper indication of place and activities. Had I been suffering from any mental disorder, it was and is not possible for me. Now, the criminals can deny, but proper investigation can expel out the truth from them very easily. 3) I have consulted several psychiatrists, neurologists, and other physicians in India and the USA as well to comply with the desires and wishes of my family members for the last 17 years or so and have been taking medicines, and other medical advices as prescribed by them regularly, but not for a single instance I got any relief from the mental and physical trauma, the acute torture sensations, neurostrikes at different parts of the body, and other atrocities caused by the perpetrators in 24/7 scale. This is simply because the torture symptoms and atrocities are not anyway related to the medical abnormality in me but pure cybercrime with the help of cyber weapons and neuroweapons. 4) The criminals are highly influential persons, may even controlling government activities to some extent and they have a huge hierarchical network from top positions in the government to ordinary common persons with the help of their monetary power, network devices, and academic and/or research activities. 4) More importantly, here the main question arises to take imminent measures to protect human rights, their values, liberty, freedom and ultimate protection of humanity and human civilization as a whole. The complaints are so serious, severe and action demanded that simply terming these as mental disorder is irrespective and irrelevant in this case. I have demanded justice against a heinous cybercrime which can exist in this case irrespective of any mental issues in me and that is so precarious for humanity that we cannot neglect it without sincere, honest and transparent real time investigation with the help of competent investigating agencies and modern resources. 5) For every logic there exists two gateways; Yes or No; Positive or negative; and before reaching any conclusion to a highly sensitive and life or death decisive subject, both the options should be exhaustively investigated, otherwise human civilization cannot survive and progress an inch. So far, the whole energy and resources of human society have been spent on relating targeted individuals like me to the patients suffering from paranoid schizophrenia with end result in only destruction in human society. It is high time for government and educated human civilization come forward with their all resources and utmost sincerity and honesty to investigate into the other sides of the story to protect human from its extinct in all forms.

Beginning in 2025, I have experienced microwave radiation with my body seeming to over heat. I thought it was menopause even though I’d already had that. The apartment I lived in then in Oviedo, FL was next to a large cell tower, but I didn’t connect the dots. It wasn’t until June 2025, when I was living in Pensacola, FL, that I realized this was definitely NOT menopause. I was living in an apartment downtown and that month I experienced what I described in my diary and to my family felt like I was being cooked from the inside out, the way a microwave cooks foot. It would happen 8 to ten times a day. I hear a wah wah wah sound in my ears then my head would feel like it was on fire and sweat poured out of my face. After a week of this, I went to the ER with symptoms of massive anxiety and lethargy. In a couple of months I lost my job because of the destabilization. I then lost my apartment due to unemployment. Every day now for 16 months this continues. I live in Palm Coast now with my brother unable to work. We live next to THREE cell towers here in Palm Coast. This has destroyed my ability to work. When I look at cell towers now, they look to me like massive weapons.

I often feel like I'm being irradiated. Sometimes more, sometimes less. When the new meters went into my neighborhood, I started having headaches and soon my ears started ringing. I always used an ethernet for internet and kept cell phone usage to speaker or ear corded headsets. I opted to keep my analog meter and then had to pay a monthly fee to do so. I moved in Aug 2025 due to the increased symptoms and increased wifi signals that were coming through my home 24/7 that were increasing my fatigue and other symptoms. My new location is in a sparsely populated area and just got a tower last November. The signal is not terribly strong through my house but, I noticed increased symptoms anyway. There was a smart meter on the side of the house. There was NO analog option, so I enquired with the power company and had the meter removed from the house and placed at the property line 56 1/2 feet away. The ringing and fatigue are minimal and no headaches now. The ringing has diminished to a small sound that is livable. I could only afford to do this because of the funds from selling my home otherwise I would have had to move to somewhere with No meters and towers nearby. It is extremely concerning that people with these sensitivities are NOT being listened to at all. Many have been cast as NUTS by their doctors that are ignorant of the effects of strong fields. Just look at what directed energy weapons are capable of doing and then tell me this is some kind of imaginary condition. There is a location in the Carolinas where there is a large telescope that is in a valley protected from ALL of these signals so the telescope can operate and many people with these sensitivities have moved to that area of the country and recovered. We are the CANARIES of the COAL MINES! I do not give my permission to be experimented upon by a deaf government or private business that has MONEY as their only goals. Studies have been done and continue to prove the damaging health effects of WIFi and 5g. Denmark has removed wifi from all schools. If there was no health issue, they would have NOT done so. What will it take to make regulators stop ignoring the science? I wish to have this placed into the Congressional record. What I have said and experienced is by no means unique. Please act like life and health really matter. What is the point of having the science and regulation if you only ignore that and strive to accommodate big business interests and money. How much is your life worth? How about your children, parents, siblings and friends? Would you finally act to do something if one of those were adversely affected by these types of signals and radiation? What will you say to Our Heavenly Father someday if you have to explain WHY you did nothing? Please, please think about it seriously. The greatest challenges can be the biggest opportunities to create something that solves the problems. My husband was diagnosed with Vestibular Schwannoma. When asking the doctor about if cell phone usage could be a contributing factor, since it is on his "cell phone ear" side, he stated that he could not confer, yet has seen a marked increase over the last 10 - 15 years. I happen to work with someone who had one removed about 8 years ago. Considering they used to be rare, we would very much like studies done to see if there is a correlation between device radiation and brain tumors.
