I became severely electro sensitive close to 20 years now. It has been completely life altering!! My husband also became sensitive about 10 years ago. We had to close our business & move to a rural area THEN the cell tower came in the area & has been amped up with even more equipment. I was very much into all the latest electronic gadgets right from the beginning. Now I have issues in the house with low magnetic fields & electrical fields. How can one escape any of this without sacrificing actually living! The cost to try to protect ourselves and even our precious pets! They seek out spots in and around the home to feel comfortable in. It's so obvious plus I have purchased multiple meters to test the levels with. The regulations are basically non-existent, favoring the telecom industry. This is not advancement! yes it's all very convenient which is the 'hook' to gain more consumers for their fancy phones. The regulations are completely outdated and the medical field does not even address the affects that this has on the body & mind. We would like to see a complete unbiased, non industry analysis with more input & studies on how we can make this technology harmonize & heal instead of harm all living things!! In order for me to write this comment I can only use a hardwired computer system and we have shielded our home & have to wear special garments to protect the brain & body. It is a dysfunctional impairment meaning, take away this harmful technology & we will feel better. There is nothing wrong with us other than the electro poisoning that we are faced with every single day!! Where can we go, to be free from this when the planet is saturated in unnatural frequencies!! How can one even conduct a proper study when there is essentially not even a control group unless they are put in some kind of frequency free zone to test the differences between no wireless technology & the usual complete assault of frequencies everywhere!! Have we really advanced?? Dr. Olle Johannsen, the environmental health trust website, Keith Cutter & many many more scientists & electronic specialists have provided much information on this very serious situation! Many have no idea why they feel so ill all the time! There is a wide spectrum of adverse symptoms. We were so happy to hear RFK Jr recently address this concern. It clearly affects a developing child's brain in a negative way. It affects EVERYONE. Much like when cigarette smoking became a fad with Doctors saying that it was completely safe! People who didn't smoke had to inhale the toxic fumes & just accept their second hand smoke exposure cancer! Similar situation here, people being forced to the exposure of wifi without a safe space for those who do not want that exposure! Our symptoms range from burning skin, damage to the eyes, headaches/migraines, loss of train of thought, memory decline, irritability, nervousness, lack of sleep, joint & muscle pain...all of which I have experienced on a regular basis! Our quality of life has been diminished!! Please do what is right, study the real science not the bought & paid for industrial science that is based on fraud & money. We so appreciate this request for information by the Department of Health & Human Services!! I was poisoned by the misuse of organophosphate pesticides as a child and have had lifelong complications including many chemical and environmental sensitivities that eventually resulted in a stroke in 2022. At that time, I was put through two MRI brain scans without contrast, CT scans with contrast, EKGs, and doppler heart tests in a small span of time. After all the testing was completed, I developed severe electromagnetic sensitivities. I cannot be around cell phones, cell towers, wi-fi, or even hard-wired computers for any length of time. My life has become even more precarious and isolated than ever before. I cannot safely leave my home for any length of time due to the ubiquitousness of chemicals, cell phones, cell towers, smart meters, wi-fi, and various wireless security devices. I cannot work; I have not been able to get disability, as environmental sensitivities are not generally accepted in the medical or Social Security arena; I do not have a regular doctor because those that are chemical, wi-fi, wireless device free, and recognize environmental sensitivities are out of my price range and do not accept my Medicaid insurance which I stand to lose in a few months because I cannot fulfill any work requirements, and as I said above, I cannot obtain SSI or SSDI. My only support system was my parents who recently died, I am in serious debt and facing a potential lawsuit, have a few months of money left if the debt collectors do not seize it first, and am facing homelessness and a very uncertain future. I would not wish environmental or electromagnetic sensitivities on my worst enemy. Things stand to get worse for all of us as the proliferation of wireless continues unabated worldwide - even nature and camping sites are no longer safe as wi-fi and cell towers have been put in these areas as well. How does one live in this ever-increasing toxic world? I am not sure I will be able to for much longer.

I am grandmother of 21 and great grandmother of 9. I see children getting anxious, not sleeping well and not as vibrant and active as they used to be. I also have been affected and no longer put my phone in my bedroom and am noticing that I sleep so much better. Sleep is when our bodies heal. I notice that my grandchildren have chronic illness complaints. Our children need to be protected. Please look at peer review studies which show EMF harms. Let's protect all of us! Please update clear science and guidelines for these devices!

The intensity of the bulbs is the most difficult to deal with. When driving through a roadway with oncoming vehicles and meeting their headlights, from dusk until daylight, I experience a blindness. Once the headlights come towards me I find that it takes longer for my retinas to adjust and leave me with a brief period where what I look at ahead of me is not clear enough for a few moments. The intensity of these types of light are so strong that its difficult to not be impacted, even when diverting my focus to the lines along the side of the road as I pass the vehicles. Often one oncoming vehicle after another makes it harder becomes the intensity does not lessen for several minutes. I would have thought I had an eyesight deficiency that may be attributing except for the fact that it is general conversation that people around me state that it is difficult for them to see with oncoming and past these headlights as well. Therefore I can at least conclude that its something to do with the headlights. When this Ban Blinding Headlights petition began, I began reading all of the information being gathered on the subject which lead me to believe there is something not right and potentially dangerous about us using these bulbs and being exposed day after day to them. My question is what are they doing to our eyesight? In addition are these bulbs being used in the best way by serving as headlights? Thank you, sincerely for looking into this situation.

The increase in these frequencies has had life altering effects on my family. My husband has EHS. This has greatly affected our income. He can only work from home and can often be "triggered" by things we haven't thought about. He can't go out like a normal person. Can't go to his childs sporting events, because there seems to be a tower whereever there is an open field. He can't go on a vacation - even if we did have the money. This is like an imprisionment on our family, and the crime, having health that is affected by electromagnetic fields. Now so many people are wearing EMF's...he can't even go near people. The worst thing is that we are seen as "crazy" because people don't want to know how bad EMF's are. There is very little support out there. It would be really good if there was a diagnostic code for this condition. At least it would be recognised by the medical community. While I am speaking about the medical community is one of the things that scares me the most is that hospitals now have high levels of EMF's. There need to be laws around this. Our child had to go to hospital and my husband couldn't even be there because he would get sick. No place is safe. How does he recover? God has his back and we believe he will, but in the meantime it would be good to know about treatment protocols. And, most importantly, there needs to be laws around the levels of frequencies, especially in hospitals and churches. This has had a profound affect on our lives. And, if it was 25 years ago, this condition didn't even exist because there was not the level of radiation that there is today. Please stop this level of EMF's. Stop towers, make sure they are not emiting high amounts of radiation. Because this is a silent killer.

I knew that AC florescent lighting made me ill in first grade in 1966. I only recently became aware that this sensitivity may be due to the amount of "dirty electricity" associated with these lights or it might be the flicker. 60 years after this first became a problem I was diagnosed with Post Trauma Vision Syndrome. I came home from school every day in first and second grade with a headache and begged my mother to teach me at home instead. My mother didn't know that home schooling was an option. The next similar sensitivity that I noticed was to microwave ovens. When my mother got one, I found I had to back away from it when it was in use because it made me feel overwhelmed. As an adult from 1986-1998, I lived off the grid with DC solar power. I found I could tolerate DC flourscent light perhaps because of the lack of flicker or perhaps because dirty electricity is not a DC problem. In 1998 a modified sine wave inverter began to be used in my house. My health began to decline and in 2003 I became mentally ill. At some point wifi came into my house. I didn't know what it was, my husband or eldest step son would have been the ones who understood that it was present when it was first installed. I recovered my mental health through neurofeedback in 2007 and became a neurofeedback coach. When my mentor who owned one of the most powerful cell phones on the market at the time handed me his phone to speak with clients, I would find having his phone near me overwhelming. In order to be more easily reached by my clients, I bought a cell phone in 2007, we now had a local tower 2-3 miles away from where I was living. Mine was not as powerful a phone. Less overwhelming than my mentor's cell phone, I could not have long conversations on my cell phone without being thrown off balance physiologically. My next cell phone a 3G phone seemed to put out slightly less radiation, but was still a problem. I began texting when I got this phone. I noticed that my thyroid reacted to texting. It seemed that the way I held my phone to text sends the radiation up to my thyroid. AT&T kept sending me notices that they were not going to support my 3G phone any longer and sent me a refurbished smart phone, but I could not tolerate exposure to the smart phone, so I kept using my perfectly good 3G phone until AT&T killed it. The best option I could find at that time was a flip phone which was frustrating to operate compared to my 3G phone. My house was developing a mold problem around 2003 that became severe in 2006. I am aware that there is research showing that mold produces more toxins when exposed to wifi. This maybe because mold produces toxins when it feels threatened as a means of self-defense. Mold appears to be able to sense wifi and perhaps other forms of EMR. This along with home construction techniques and tightening up of homes, maybe why mold illness is becoming more and more common. Being highly sensitive to EMR, mold, chemicals and LED lighting (which may relate to dirty electricity) I am using the inheritance I received when my parents passed away in their mid to late 90s to build a non-toxic mold resistant, EMR safe house. I have an EMR consultant and a building biologist consultant. All the electrical wiring in my new house is in MC cable. I decided I needed to avoid the most highly efficient HVAC equipment because of the high amount of dirty electricity produced by variable speed motors. All lighting will be incandescent because that is the only type of artificial lighting that I can tolerate, even there I have to use low wattage and shades. I am being careful as I select appliances to avoid dirty electricity, wifi and other forms of radiation. My computers will be hard wired as they are in my current rental house. My roof and stainless steel counters will be grounded. There will be a whole house dirty electricity filter on the incoming power. I am avoiding solar power because of the dirty electricity from inverters. I will be grid tied. This is an expensive project, I am so fortunate to be able to afford this because of inheritance. Due to having been somewhat chronically ill for 23 years now, and not as resilient as the average adult prior to becoming clearly ill, I would not be able to afford this house otherwise. There is a dramatic shortage of housing that meets the needs of the highly sensitive. I once met a homeless woman in a parking who approached me because she guessed correctly that I was highly sensitive to chemicals because I had worn a respirator into the store. Social services was unable to provide her with housing that met her needs. I brought her home with me to see if she could camp out at my place in a tent, but that didn't work for her. I had to live outdoors for 18 months in 2006-2007 due to my sensitivity, so I understood her plight. Our government needs to recognize that sensitivity to indoor environments is a significant aspect of the homeless crisis.

I have tinnitus,24 hours a day, never stops, is chronic. It started in march 2024 and got louder by august that year. I can hear my heartbeat that is faster when I wake up at my friends place. My heartbeat sounds slower consequently at my place which I've been able to avoid getting smart meter so far. Luckily for me, Ndis and local ombudsman have helped me avoid a reading meter fee by ausnet services. I regularly stay a few nights per week at my friends place who has a smart meter and lives closer to mobile phone towers than my place.

Problems in the psyche opens gaps or are even knowledgeable in joints who reacts because of these psyche. It is known that mental disease people often have also physical problems. This is a scam. The Secretary of Health and Human Services is a lawyer consultant looking to create specific evidence linking a “health issue” to cases. It’s a fishing expedition designed to give RFK power to win in court. It’s a mockery of what the Sec of HHS should be doing, as RFK has no Medical degree, no public health degree, and no experience in anything relevant for health, but is necessary to run the nation’s healthcare system, child support policy, and social services, just to name a few.
