Please accept the attached document as our response to the Department of Health and Human Services Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. Our submission contains two separately attributed personal testimonies, documentation of extensive household environmental adaptations, descriptions of severe functional limitations and barriers to healthcare, references to relevant scientific research, and recommendations for further investigation. We respectfully request that HHS consider the attached document in its entirety.
