I am a Wisconsin landowner and agricultural operator whose working farm is being considered for a proposed 765-kV extra-high-voltage transmission corridor. My attached comments address the need for updated federal research and guidance concerning long-term 60-Hz electric and magnetic field exposure, including residential, occupational, agricultural and livestock exposure.
