I suffer from retina issues and with all of the LED street lights and headlights rarely drive at night anymore. I only drive when necessary. The lighting causes a lot of pain in my eyes and has caused near auto wrecks on several occasions due to being blinded by oncoming headlights. There are street lights and some at businesses that are so bright that I have to shield my eyes when approaching them putting me in an unsafe situation.
This has taken away my freedom to come and go as I wish.
