I would very much like to know why, according to NASA, there is a "man made barrier" or "bubble" of Very Low Frequency radio waves surrounding the entire planet (see link below). Was this created accidentally or incidentally (seems extremely doubtful, but please let us know)? Has this been created intentionally? If so, for what purpose? What kind of effect is this or might this be having on the 6-8 billion inhabitants of the planet?
