I am submitting the attached scientific comment and 10 peer-reviewed publications in response to HHS Request for Information HHS-OASH-2026-0397. These publications present experimental findings and theoretical analyses concerning biological responses to weak static magnetic fields, extremely low-frequency fields, and radiofrequency exposures. The attached comment highlights the importance of exposure characterization, carrier frequency, modulation, background magnetic fields, cellular responses, and potential biological mechanisms. I encourage HHS to consider this evidence in its scientific review and in identifying priorities for future research and exposure-guideline development. Frank S.
