Dear Mr Kennedy, I'm a 51 year old Frenchman with several medical certificates of electrosensitivity. They've been delivered to me after numerous advanced medical examinations. I attach one copy of them below. I'm so glad that the US government enquires about this silent plague that first restrained and slowly destroyed my life and that of many electrosensitive people I've known for at least 25 years. I've been in exil since 2016, when forced installation of a smartmeter suddenly obliged me to run away from and sell the apartment I used to own and live in. Facing EMFs the suffering and the loss of abilities and health are too important to be tolerated and we literally come to exclude ourselves from society. No more visits to ordinary friends because of their wifi, smartmeters, smartphones or their neighbour's wifi, no more relaxing at a bar or restaurant, no more art exhibition or museum visit, no more cinema, no more train or plane travel, no more crowdy place in general, no more going to hospital whatever the need, no use of GPS...etc... Running errands at big malls has become a fast and painful process. Time at waiting rooms is painful and oftentimes impossible. Working or performing a normal job rapidly becomes impossible to us. We finally get unemployed and broke. Many of us unfortunately kill themselves. Faith in God and a possible better future holds me back from doing so. In order to avoid or limit EMF exposure, the behaviour of electrosensitive people ends looking strange and incomprehensible to our fellow men. At best we're considered to be weird, sometimes neurotic or utterly nuts. Even old and deep friendships don't always stand the trial of our condition, because the friend has to turn off his smartphone and other connected devices. With the passing of and after cumulating daily exposures, our sensitivity or intolerance to EMF and electric fields amplifies to very despairing states and there's no going back. The many natural supplements we happen to need to cope with everyday's reality and keep our health at flow cost tremendous money ; none is refunded by the health insurance or social security. In a same manner, all medical testing to get our condition proved by very rare doctors or scientists are never supported by social security. My extreme handicap wasn't aknowledged by the French administration even though they help people with much more abstract psychological disease. In France we're always told and teached one must take into consideration unfavored minorities along with other people's feelings, but we electrosensitives are unanimously ignored and let to rot in silence. None of the documentaries displayed by big media about our "disease" tell the real nor whole story and they all end with the negating "well, these people's suffering are probably real but no scientific study proves any link between their distress and EMFs". After 15 years of thorough researching about this sensitivity of mine, I've accumlated loads of statistical and scientific material CONCLUSIVELY CORRELATING EMFs with plenty of heath disorders on all forms of life, ranging from plants, insects, animals to humans. Despite the limited symptoms commonly stated by big media, they are not only light headaches and insomnia ! If exposure goes on, we indeed experience complete insomnia, severe muscle and joint pains, loss of memory, dizziness, tinnitus, digestive issues, neurologic damage, immune system collapse, tachycardia, cardiac arythmia, deep depression, respiratory distress, stroke and suicidal tendencies. I'd rather talk about SENSITIVITY than DISEASE because if and when the EMF exposure stops, our "disease" accordingly stops ! A disease is a condition one has to cure and that follows him anywhere he goes. ELECTROSENSITIVITY IS NOT A DISEASE ; it's an environmental handicap. The environment, nature, is what's made unbalanced and sick by EMFs ! It's no use trying to classify us in a sickness directory, nor give us chemical drugs. It won't help a bit. I beg you, dear Mr Kennedy, to listen to our tiny voice as everyday in France we hear about new windmills, solar pannels and 5G antennas projects. Our country and this whole planet only gets more and more hellish for electrosensitive people. Thank you so much for this opportunity to express oneself on such a neglected but vital topic.
