I am responding as: an individual.
Type of wireless or RF/EMF sources involved (e.g., mobile phones, Wi-Fi, smart meters…): mobile phones
Nature, duration, frequency, and approximate timing (e.g., years): Almost every single day, a few hours of duration, once or twice a day, since 20012.
Adverse health effect(s) experienced: Fatigue (some times extreme fatigue), pain, migraines, decreased body temperature, heart arrhythmia, cognitive problems (mainly in concentration and short term memory), irritability, non-restorative sleep.
Time from first exposure to first appearance of adverse health effects; and did a change in exposure coincide with the onset of adverse effects: It is difficult to know, since I have been sick for a few years, with the symptoms I mentioned above, until a change of my usual home in 2012, in the mountains, where the radiation was very low, made me realize that I was reacting to the radiation of the mobile phone, and then I began to realize that this radiation made me sick. When you live surrounded by artificial radiation, as it happens today, it is difficult to perceive that this radiation is what makes you sick.
Was medical evaluation or treatment sought? (Optionally:) Was there a diagnosis? Yes, although today the main recommendation is to avoid as much as possible exposures. Other palliative recommendations were provided by physicians, mainly to increase antioxidant intake. Yes, I was diagnosed by four different physicians.
Were steps taken to reduce or eliminate exposure, and were there subsequent changes in the effects? Yes, the main step has been to get to live in a place where artificial radiation is very low, so that exposure only occurs when there are neighbors nearby. Nevertheless, I had to shield part of the house, since from one year to the next, radiation increases everywhere. Of course there were changes in the effects, in fact, If I hadn't been able to find a suitable house and shield a part of the house, I don't know if I would still be alive, because my sensitivity is very high.
Any supporting documentation? This includes Scientific Reports, exposure measurements, or other relevant information: There are thousands of scientific publications that conclude that radiation from cell phones, antennas, wi-fi, etc. is harmful to health at intensity levels below the currently recommended limits, and more studies are published every year. I personally react at levels of 1 uW/m2, if exposed more than 30 min., or immediately at levels of 10 uW/m2 or more.
Additional Details you would like to share about your experiences of adverse health effects you believe to be associated with exposure to wireless radiation or EMF's: Yes, it is important to note that, as I explained above, it is not easy to realize that wireless radiation is affecting you, unless you have the opportunity to live a few days in a place were such radiation is very low. Some effects take some time to appear from exposure, although they can last for several days. The impact on life, in all areas, is enormous, it is devastating.
