1. & 2. I am responding as: 3a. Type of wireless or RF/EMF sources involved (e.g., mobile phones, Wi-Fi, smart meters…)All wireless devices, especially Wi-Fi 3b. Nature, duration, frequency, and approximate timing (e.g., years):over 15 years 3c. Adverse health effect(s) experienced:Tinnitus, headaches, chronic fatigue, and occasional dizziness. 3d. Time from first exposure to first appearance of adverse health effects; and did a change in exposure coincide with the onset of adverse effects:Symptoms manifest almost immediately. The duration of these health effects has been increasing with time - it can take as long as 24 hours for them to fade away after exposure. 3e. Was medical evaluation or treatment sought? (Optionally:) Was there a diagnosis?I was officially diagnosed EMF-sensitive about 5 years ago by Pr. Dominique Belpomme in Paris. 3f. Were steps taken to reduce or eliminate exposure, and were there subsequent changes in the effects?I have scheduled mercury-fillings removal shortly. Various dietary supplements have become part of my daily routine. Some seem to improve my condition a bit. However, it really seems the only cure is to STAY AWAY FROM ALL WIRELESS DEVICES, in other words to stay at home. 3g. Any supporting documentation? This includes Scientific Reports, exposure measurements, or other relevant information:When I was first diagnosed, my histamine level appeared to be especially high. Additional Details you would like to share about your experiences of adverse health effects you believe to be associated with exposure to wireless radiation or EMF's:Concentration problems definitely seem to be another adverse health effect. This is something I do not normally suffer from - I am a pretty focused person. B1a. Sources you experience as causing you Adverse Effects:Mobile phones, connected watches and car keys, chordless landline phones, Wi-Fi, smart meters... B1b. Sources you can sense, but don't seem to harm you: B1c. Sources you can use without sensing or being harmed:Working on a wired computer. B1d. Sources that seem to provide benefit (i.e., electrotherapy):Nature B2a. Health conditions you think may contribute to your sensitivity to EMFs including wireless:Ongoing stress. B2b. Health conditions you don't necessarily associate with your sensitivity to EMFs including wireless, but might be relevant:I wonder if being under Androcur medication for almost 10 years when I was young could have contributed to my EMF-sensitivity. B3. For each subquestion please list up to 5 drugs or therapies or home remedies (if any) B3a. That you recommend, as they helped you tolerate or recover from EMF exposure:Taking glutathion and ginkgo on a daily basis. Blackcurrant in gemmotherapy, although not all year round. Walking/standing barefoot in water - ie lakes. Staying away from highly-populated areas. B3b. That you recommend, but you’re not positive that they help:Taking ImmunAge, Coenzyme Q10, staying away from dairy products and all inflammatory food. Taking vitamins from group B -such as B12. Preferably wearing natural fabric clothes (cotton, wool, etc.). Earthing. B3c. That helped you but you don’t recommend. (e.g., the benefit did not last long or the side effects were too harmful): B3d. Treatments that had no effect: B3e. Treatments that made your sensitivity worse:55-64 B4. What is your age range?55-64 B5. What year did you become aware of your sensitivity to wireless radiation or electromagnetic fields?2010-2011 B6. What country, state, province, or major city were you living in when you first noticed your sensitivity to wireless or electromagnetic fields?Paris, France.
