I gradually developed EHS after being exposed to many EMF sources, especially low frequencies, for a long time without knowing that they would harm me. In early 2010, I became more sensitive and started to learn about EMF and EHS. I later received a diagnosis confirming my EHS and realised that I had to avoid exposure and reduce oxidative stress by taking daily antioxidants.
I have learned to survive in an electropolluted world, but this has meant making severe lifestyle changes. I can no longer go to meetings, the cinema, the theatre or concerts because of the emissions from smartphones, Wi-Fi and antennas. I cannot use public transport either, and it is difficult for me to access healthcare facilities for the same reasons. I actually have to stay in lockdown to avoid suffering. Is this a life?
