Having reached out to Regulations.gov on September 22, 2026, regarding my Radiation Poisoning Sickness due to decades of microwave and directed energy assaults along with phone use, for the first time in over a year on Thursday September 24, 2026 to Friday September 25, 2026 I was allowed to fall into REM sleep and actually remembered my dreams. I was even allowed deep sleep not waking up until 9am on 9/25/26. However this reprieve came at a huge price. On Saturday, September 26, 2026, I was jolted awake by the intensity of directed energy assaults causing me severe head, neck, shoulder pain, increased heart rate, tinnitus and my brain stuck in fight or flight mode. The last time I was allowed REM sleep with an entire night of sleep was on 7/29/25 after my doctor placed a heart monitor on me. The following morning on 7/30/26 I was awaken at 3:50 am and 7am due to being microwaved evidenced by increased heart rate and body temperature. My doctor was able to determine a significant rise in my heart rate during these assaults. As a result of my comments on Regulations.gov and shared documents, my life is in grave danger as are the lives of my pets. Although I pray that tens of thousands are able to comment before the comment period ends in 9 days, I guarantee judging from the comments on Facebook and my current condition, many TI's stand to lose their lives. This morning at 3:55 am Monday October 12, 2026 I was microwaved awake, hit with scalar wave sleep deprivation frequencies and brain-mind control technologies causing fight or flight, racing thoughts and a dangerously high heart rate. Forced out of bed due to the high frequency beams causing high body temperature, heart palpitations and a racing heart, my cat who was sleeping with me displayed odd behavior and later had loose stools. I also had diarrhea. In addition to the technologies being used to torture me, HAARP is also being run over the Central Valley causing physical and mental incapacitation for all who are RF-EMF sensitive especially those of us with seizure disorder.
