Hello I am not from america but new zealand Wellington porirua and I have been tormented for the past 3 years by some strange high pitch whistling sound that physically tortures me it blows up brain like a Ballon till it feels like it's going to pop also a crushing feeling and heavy weight that pushes on me it cause confusion and sometimes I can form the words I want to say,I get a vibrating feeling down my body very uncomfortable I get shocks and a metal smell also I get over heated and am forces images in my mind that I'm not thinking there is also a whole lot of other symptoms I get but these are the main ones mostly attacks on my brain.please help or give advice to nz government so protection will reach here,thank you
