Hi, my name is Julie Beck l, I live in the Town of Frisco in Colorado. I live in a condo, 4 units in my building. Last February I opted out of Xcel Energy smart electric meter program, I encouraged all my neighbors to do so too explaining that the meters are 6ft from where the ground floor unit holders sleep and withing your bio energetic field which emits 5-6ft from us all. I was the only one to opt out and have a non communicating meter but the other 3 meters and 1 for our laundry unit emit pulses of emf rf every 45 seconds. I am unable to sleep in my master bedroom for 1.5 years now because of this. Xcel energy does nothing, my hoa wont do anything, my Town wont do anything with a building code. Have to sleep in my spare bedroom with a silver beanie on my head every night so I dont get a headache and wired. I am not a headache person and slept ok for the prior 18 years I lived here. My $1million condo is unusable!! I have an RF meter and go around my Town and the RF is off the charts next to our preschool and private middle/high school. I just showed the Town Manager the frequencies as he and I walked around Town. Apparently the FCC has free reign to place EMF tower eg 5G, anywhere in our town. No one at the town hall, on town council, even knows the frequencies being emitted or if its a 5G or 6G tower. They are in residential areas. The south side of Main St between 4th and 5th Ave are ofd the charts EMF RF, I have seen over 200 Mw/m² ( Milli Watts per meter squared) on the side walk. My RF meter says "safe" until 15 Mw/m² then it says "over" and starts beeping and goes red. I feel angry and haggard after walking through that block and people are eating on the sidewalk there. And we wonder why peole are angry, sterile, sick. The FCC is corrupt and has outdated 1990s upper limit standards compared to other European countries. I tell people that whatever the government says, if u do the opposite then you will be fine! The government is responsible for contaminating our air with dangerous emfs, chemical trails/particulate matter, poisoning our water, our food (glyphosate, diquat etc) and doing little or nothing to regulate poisons in our food. Every restaurant serves poison water and sysco truck low quality poisoned food. BLQCKROCK etc has bought any good food company and poisoned the food. Darpa or whoever has fucked our skies with poisons, the sky isn't the same violet blue any longer and emfs are emitted daily, I see the wispy clouds, chem trails, funky clouds that are man made. And whats with the created drought last winter??? Sick of it.
