I became electro hypersensitive after being over exposed to a mobile phone mast while on holiday back in 2017. Since then I have become steadily worse with regards to the symptoms I experience when exposed to anything emitting non ionizing radiation. I become dizzy with headaches, tinnitus, numbness in my face, a heavy weight on my body, extreme fatigue, chest pain and breathlessness. I cannot use a mobile phone for calls and just holding my old basic mobile (with no wifi) can cause shocks and numbness in my hands. Despite my internet router having wifi turned off and in a sliver bloc YFry bag I have to limit my time online. I also place silver bloc material over my laptop. I sleep in a silver bloc canopy which is grounded as my flat is surrounded by masts. One 4G monopole (80 meters from my flat) and two 5G monopole's one 100 meters the other 50 meters. My flat is in a line of sight. I had to get a financial loan to shield my living room with EMF shielding paint so I could use it. Every day I am affected as masts are everywhere. Even visiting friends with wifi or going into a cafe or library is difficult and at times impossible. I fear for my future and worry I will become worse the more this technology is rolled out. My home phone is now very difficult to use since I was forced onto digital voice. I can only use it on speaker in a YFry bag and only for around 10 minutes. I miss chatting with my family and friends. I live in Scotland and I have traveled a great deal in my country but there are few places if any to escape from this. The odd time I have found somewhere with no mobile phone signal or masts in sight my tinnitus has reduced significantly as well as my other symptoms.
