Mr Wheelers statements and the over 1800 studies and the BioInitiative report 2012 I have provided lead me to have reasonable cause to suspect that I and any third party including all terrestrial life are in immanent danger of destruction, irreparable harm, damage and disruption of natural bodily functions and processes up to and including but not limited to mutagenesis and death. I am for the reasons stated above am in a continual state of psychological terror, duress and fear from the continued forced and involuntary exposure to and use of or, deployment, implementation, construction or activation of any equipment, infrastructure, device, antenna, emitter or technology that can generate or is capable of emitting any radiation above that than from naturally occurring sources or systems terrestrial or non-terrestrial Ionizing and non-ionizing radiation, Electromagnetic fields (EMF’s), Magnetic fields (MF), Radio Frequency Radiation (RFR), Radar, Millimeter waves above the level capable of disruption to any Voltage Gate Calcium Channel(VGCC) in any cell of my body.
