To Whom It May Concern, I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a patient. I suffer (greatly) from all the wireless communication (EMFs) exposure. I suffer with terrible head pain, ringing in my ears (tinnitus), with a severe vibrational/tingling sensation in my mouth and face. Along with extreme fatigue and brain fog. So much so that I've been medically disabled with this condition (EHS). To the point that not only am I unable to find a "safe" work environment. But I am unable to find a "safe" living situation. Meaning, I've been living out of my vehicle for years constantly moving from one spot (which I can only tolerate for so long) to another spot. Non-stop 24 hours a day. It has now gotten to the point, thanks to all the newer, stronger and more harmful technologies that are being deployed, that I will have to leave the city (greater Seattle area) I've been living in for the past 40 years to some place out in the boonies. Essentially becoming a hermit and living "off the grid". Which in and of itself is a very unhealthy lifestyle. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard. Mark Donohue Edmonds WA
