Purpose for Comment: I am a law abiding American citizen. The deterioration of my health is due to escalating daily subjection to lethal levels of RF/EMF Emissions and Exposure since June 2023 due to the US' TSDB handling code 3 nomination I was awarded. Symptoms onset time: Usually starts evenings about 6pm through 3am/ 4am at home. I have moved three times since the onset of symptoms, that has not been a solution - it has only have gotten worse. Symptoms: Sleep deprivation, excruciating joint pain - especially in hands and feet, throbbing and stabbing pain to entire spinal cord (feels like childbirth labor), brain fog, headaches, head swelling, cognitive confusion/unfocused, swollen and puffy eyes, blurred vision, vision and hair loss, brittle nails, nail ridges, extreme fatigue and malaise, muscle stiffness, muscle loss, weight gain, bloating, water retention, insulin and cortisol dysregulation, heart palpitations, increased heart rate and blood pressure, elevated body temperature and profuse perspiration while sleeping, memory loss, TMJ, around the clock teeth grinding which has caused teeth to wear and chip, loss of dental enamel. Skin: burning sensations on extremities which correlate with heart pain and palpitations, itching, tingling sensations, hyper pigmentation spots all over body, accelerated aging - most visible on face, deep wrinkles due to facial twitching, skin burning when showering. I also hear high and low pitched electrical humming in both ears at all times, and cricket like chirps sporadically. Unexplained viral symptoms that last 2-3 weeks, twice a year. The physical stress on my body has manifested in H. Zoster twice within two years. Diagnosis: I have been to the ER five times over the past 2 years for what felt like heart attacks. Only diagnoses have been "chest pain" and most recently "fear of condition not demonstrated". I stopped seeking medical attention because of this, so I educate myself on ways I can physically protect myself within my means. The medical community is simply not educated and not held to any standards in receiving any education on "modern medicine". These conditions and symptoms do exist. Impacts: My relationships, social life, enthusiasm, finances, and career have suffered greatly as a result of this program and RF/EMF exposure side effects. - I ask that there be investigations into Congress-funded direct energy weapons deployed on American citizens, on American soil. Every agency and private entity involved in these programs have not been given my consent to deteriorate my health and induce this unbearable physical pain. These agencies and their stakeholders are not regulated. Any attempt to issue any new policies over RF/EMF Exposures will be futile until the purveyors of these technologies are given policies to follow of their own and be audited by OIG which has not happened in two decades. - These technologies exist, these are not "emerging" technologies either.
