My name is April McCormick. I've been electromagnetic hypersensitive since 2014. It affects all aspects of my life and is debilitating. Our house is hard-wired, as I can’t use WIFI, Bluetooth, navigation or a cellphone. I also can’t live near any sources of EMR, like cellphone antennas / towers or (SCADA) Sensory Control And Data Acquisition Transmitters, used by cities to monitor their utility infrastructure systems. There are no words to describe the debilitating symptoms. The intense pressure in my ears, feels like being 500’ ft below sea level. The dizziness, is beyond dangerous. My cranial facial nerves become affected and impair my ability to speak and swallow. When overexposed, my face will look like I’ve suffered a stroke and my speech becomes so impaired, I sound exactly like a hearing-impaired person. The headaches and shooting pains in my head, are far preferred to the nausea and bouts of vomiting. Imagine trying to function with all of that going on. Just trying to simply concentrate of something else, while the impairment you are experiencing, feels life threatening, becomes impossible. But what’s worse than that, is that since 1971, our government has known that non-thermal wireless radiation exposure causes over 127 negative human health effects including death, as stated in the attached 1971 US Naval Medical Research Institute Report, citing 2,300 scientific papers proving biological harm. Thereafter, the attached affidavit of Dr. Barrie Trower, states the US Defense Intelligence Agency in 1975 confirmed the Naval Medical Research Institute's findings of negative human health affects but cautioned, “If the more advanced nations of the west are strict in enforcement of stringent exposure standards, there could be unfavorable effects on industrial output and military functions.” The FCC’s assertions that non-thermal radiation is safe because it does not heat tissue, is egregiously false. In the multiple attached studies on mice, the mice were exposed to non-thermal radiation at levels below what the FCC considers safe, so there should have been zero effect on the mice. Instead, all exposed mice where totally sterile in less than 5 months at levels below our current safety standards. This is in addition to also suffering cellular DNA damage, neurological / neuropsychiatric effects, apoptosis (cell death), calcium overload, endocrine effects, oxidative stress, free radical damage, cancer and changes in testis structure, lowered sperm count, reduction in sperm quality and total infertility. As concerning as the studies on mice are, the attached work of Dr. Martin Pall – Professor Emeritus of Biochemistry & Basic Medical Sciences at Washington State University, groundbreaking research, is equivalent to a horror film and has gone viral within the scientific community. Dr. Pall’s findings below are responsible for multiple countries including France, Ghent in Belgium, Israel, Spain, Cyprus and now even Russia is following suit, in restricting or banning Wi-Fi in places where young children are present. That’s because of Dr. Pall’s discovery of the catastrophic cellular process that is triggered within 5 seconds of our being exposed to wireless radiation, that has a direct correlation to the causation of the international autism epidemic, study attached. As Dr. Pall explains in the studies attached, our bodies are electrical and when we are exposed to wireless radiation, it triggers an electrical response in our cells, which causes our cells to open specific channels called Voltage-Gated Calcium Channels. These Voltage-Gated Calcium Channels called (VGCCs) for short, open when we are exposed to wireless radiation and this allows excess calcium to flood into our cells and this excess calcium, is what causes biological harm. The overwhelming evidence that the Autism Spectrum Disorder is linked to intracellular calcium dysregulation, is incredibly well established in the study attached. Dr. Martin Pall explains how wireless radiation causes all 5 mechanisms of synapse formation in the developing brain, to malfunction and fail and when the load of malfunction becomes too great, there are biological effects. Not only does Dr. Pall believe that the autism epidemic is being caused by wireless radiation exposure, his work also suggests that sterility is too. In addition to a huge number of germ line mutations, neuropsychiatric effects and premature Alzheimer’s Disease. Dr. Pall further points out that non-thermal radiation attacks the things we value most as individuals and as a species being our health, our brain function, the integrity of our genomes and our ability to produce healthy offspring. All of Dr. Pall’s findings of biological cellular mutations happen at levels far below our current safety standards. Attached are the conclusions of 3,600 peer reviewed studies, proving negative health affects from EMR exposure, towards considering regulatory reform. Thank you
