I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields, RF Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding as an eyewitness with a medical record of physical harm by these non-natural environmental toxins. Suffering significant secondary loss, I have become an activist and advocate for myself and others similarly situated. If unaddressed by the HHS and FCC, regulatory agencies tasked with protecting the people, we are a class action waiting to happen – supported by the overwhelming eyewitness evidence, non-industry-funded science, national and international medical and legal professionals. Criminal harm is occurring from this unauthorized experimental use not been proven safe in the updated, non-industry-conflicted science. See attachments. This wireless microwave radiation has severely adversely affected myself, my late mother, grandchildren, their pets and others in several disability groups I have been a part of since 1994 at my Social Security Disability documented onset. THE SUFFERING For thirty years I have suffered from this electronic version of an environmental plague. The original source of my exposure was with the installation of a cellular microwave tower at the NC church we pastored, near our parsonage. Exposure continued when in proximity to devices such as DECT wireless phones, routers, high tension power towers, and a cell phone after I moved. I suffered much secondary loss from an environmentally-caused illness foisted upon me by others who knew the risks. In 2015, upon relocation to San Diego across the street from multiple high tension power towers, and a wifi router on the other side of the wall from the room I rented, my symptoms drastically increased from an already disabling level to almost unbearable torture. At the next condominium unit I had to relocate to 6 months later because of this, there were multiple aesthetically hidden towers across the road. Symptoms worsened unbearably, and I moved a year later to an apartment complex in a lower EMF area, not knowing there were wifi routers in neighboring apartments, and an airport related tower that would penetrate the bedroom window each morning waking me up 30 minutes before the planes would take off. Purchasing an EMF meter confirmed objectively my symptoms and their direct correlation to EMF microwave radiation sources in the electronic landscape. HEALTH EFFECTS DOCUMENTED My health effects tracked, in real time, the exposures. From the beginning, as a young active happy pastor’s wife and mother of middle and high school teens, a non-exhaustive list of symptoms documented in my medical record included a 40+ drop in my IQ in the area of new information processing deficits including auditory delay measured by independent Social Security Disability experts as compared to the previous 140 MENSA in my high school transcript – “brain fog” is putting it mildly. Tinnitus, increased heart rate to 150, neurally mediated hypotension, spatial disorientation, blurring of vision in my one good eye, chronic optical migraines, later onset of cataract in the back of my legally blind right eye all developed. Sudden onset of “fatigue” felt like walking through concrete cement with every step. Coma-type of narcolepsy sleep for up to 20 hours a day, muscle cramping, sudden elevation of my formerly normal cholesterol to 270 happened at acute onset. Sensitivities to previously tolerated chemicals, including most medications, along with a new sensitivity to cold, caused a code during surgery and recommendation to avoid elective surgery. Cramping of my leg muscles and abnormal gait necessitated use of a cane many days, immune system dysregulation with a profile including low natural killer cells, abnormal T-lymphocytes, and a CD4 reverse pattern from AIDS. This is only a partial list of symptoms that occurred many years “mysteriously” after wireless installation near my residence ended life as normal, culminating in a 2020 adenocarcinoma Stage IIIB cancer diagnosis and being told by my radiation oncologist consult that EMF radiation caused the cancer, and I was not a good candidate for radiation or I could hemorrhage at those doses. After the surgery, I was in extreme pain when exposed to levels over .100 megahertz for more than a brief time. My MD attended the 2019 EMF Medical Conference in Costa Mesa, CA, and diagnosed me with what is now known as Electromagnetic Radiation Syndrome (Diagnosis Code: W90.0) that tracked my symptom onset/exposures and is also associated with cancer, heart, neurological and reproductive disorders.
