I am writing regarding the FCC’s response to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals’ remand concerning its decades-old radiofrequency (RF) radiation exposure guidelines. The Court directed the FCC to provide a reasoned explanation for its determination that its guidelines adequately protect humans against harmful effects of RF radiation unrelated to cancer. Specifically, the court required the FCC to address the impacts of RF radiation on children, the health implications of long-term exposure, the ubiquity of wireless devices and technological developments, impacts on the environment, and the adequacy of the FCC’s testing procedures for cell phones and other portable devices. The FCC should fully consider evidence and real-world experiences concerning the health and environmental impacts of wireless radiation, including non-cancer health effects, impacts on children, long-term and cumulative exposure, cancer, and impacts on wildlife and the environment. The FCC is not a health agency and does not have expertise in medicine, biology or public health. Yet, the agency continues to assert authority over RF exposure standards and is preparing to reach conclusions about whether its existing guidelines adequately protect the public. I urge the FCC to recognize the critical role of federal health agencies, including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and to rely on appropriate health and biological expertise when addressing the issues identified by the court. This issue matters to me personally because my son and I often have tinniutus and head pressure/migraines from the wireless technologies that plague our home. We turn off our wireless at night, which has helped to a point, but are still surrounded by many neighbors who leave theirs on 24/7. We often do not feel well the longer we are on our cell phones and laptop because of such direct exposure of wireless frequencies. We can literally feel the uncomfortable frequencies driving past the cell towers or being near a smart meter. The wireless frequencies are disturbing the cells within our bodies because we are made of frequencies as well. It feels as if we have been guinea pigs/research subjects for so many experiments, and it's about time someone is putting a spotlight on wireless radio frequencies and its harmful consequences, so that we can do something meaningful about it. Overall, I believe that 1) homes and workplaces would have more reliable connections with wired services for phone, TV, computers, equipment than what wireless can provide. 2) There is also more security from being hacked with wired services. 3) There needs to be ethical longitudinal studies into wireless frequency and how it affects not just humans but also wildlife--animals, plants, soil, water, air, environment as a whole. I urge the FCC to give meaningful consideration to the experiences and evidence before it and to fully address each of the issues identified by the court.

It is long past time to make sure that we are all protected from electromagnetic fields and wireless radiation. Many studies have been done that show the damage can be severe, especially for higher radiation levels such as 5G. The next generation that is being proposed, 6 G and higher, will be even worse. Some people are more seriously affected than others, but already it is hard for those most affected to find places where they can be comfortable. I have several friends who are immediately affected by the presence of cell towers and other emitting devices. However, even those who are not aware of it are being affected. All these forms of radiation damage not only humans, but also domestic animals, wildlife, and even plants. It would be nice if industry was more capable of restraining itself or if education about the dangers wasn’t being smothered by monetary influences, but since that is not proving to be the case, we need laws and regulations to stop the increasing prevalence of radiation before we do further damage to ourselves and our planet.

This issue matters to me personally because over the last several years, I’ve noticed trees dying, all my roses have died. My personal health has changed by lower energy, hair suddenly becoming thinner and low energy and brain feeling like it’s being zapped. Many salon owners say clients hair and symptoms similar. As an adult our bodies are feeling it, imagine children. It’s changing their minds and altering their behaviors and energy levels. Now all the nano particles in air, water, foods which we have no idea, then metals in them react to radiation. It’s logical. Even our animals are sensing it with lethargy waking at night (just like humans). Society wants to chalk it up as hormones, or adults getting older etc. That doesn’t fly anymore. We know the networks of corporate medical and energy industrial complexes. We are NOT buying the narrative they have repeated over and over. Nature to nature heals. Not nature with radiation, chemicals and greedy networks overriding public health and safety. The jig is up. Plain and simple. We want smart meters removed from ALL schools, hospitals, homes, etc. They shoved this tech down our throats for their greed and progressive soul ending “energy.” There are much better ways to power. Energy is free actually and we shouldn’t need to pay for harming people anymore. CHANGE IT NOW. Protect our CHILDREN, HUMANITY AND OUR PETS from this harm. With that being said 29072 has over 62 cell towers of all kinds within a three mile radius. Why? And cancer has increased in people, especially prostate and breast cancer. Kids have incredible add:adhd:addictions etc. I’m here 16 years and it’s ridiculous to amount of towers just popping up overnight in areas. The public is kept from knowing anything about it. You will see how much the medical system has increased patients. Maybe we need to audit the tower companies, medical centers locally, schools with WiFi. I’m sure it will open your eyes. Pulsing radiation causes full body inflammation. Your body is screaming, this is so wrong, That's what happens when I ride my bike past a 5g tree/tower & that extreme bloating last at least 48 hrs. The constant pulsing weakens your muscles & skin, goes against your heart beat, cardiovascular & immune systems. These side effects are harming humanity. Do You know this & you're hiding it? Why else would Los Angeles county commissioners adjust rules to eliminate testing & omit public comment?

WiFi and 5G cause fuzzy brain fog, lack of concentration and poor sleep in my daughter. I have sleep issues with WiFi and occasional headache and brain fog with some cell towers.

I feel that this city of Murrieta may be the 5g capital of the world. I live in a retirement community 55+ and we have 5 of these bio weapons within 1/4 mile of each other and where we live, work & play!! Our city council members tell us they have no power and that the FCC tells them when & where they will be putting them up. Then they say we should be following the $$$, sounds a lot like incriminating themselves 1st, what would U feel about this? I bet U are thinking it feels great having free range and money to pay for their silence & compliance. Who is speaking up for our kids & grandkids and ourselves. Mass depopulation. No more freedom of health, we are being cooked 1 cell at a time so sad, where are the Lions & Lionesses with their Loudest ROAR. Reclaiming Our Absolute Rights. Since the 5-G towers were activated here in Los Angeles city & county in May of 2019, I have experienced numerous health issues, including headachs ( I never had headaches since I was a young boy and thoses were a result of a flu infection or other common maladies! I also began to to feel fatique, irritability, short-term memory disruption, a sense of " heaviness" making basic activities more difficult! I never had those issues before the 5-G activation! I developed a neuro- muscular disorder 4 years after the activation of 5-G and experienced other immune disruptions! When I leave my home and travel to other communities that do not have such a concentration of EMF, MY SYMPTOMS DECLINE DRAMATICALLY! I have an EMF meter in my home and it shows that the radiation level is " extreme!" Sometimes, in the late evening hours, the EMF levels decline but go way up after 9:00 a.m. each day! I would move if I could, as I know a number of people who had to leave Los Angeles city because they were made ill by the EMF! From what I have read, Europe and even China have much greater restrictions on the level of EMF energy their citizens are forced to absorb! Many peer reviewed studies show a link between excessive EMF levels and human health disorders! There is Absolutly No reason why we have to endure toxic levels of EMF when other countries provide the technology to their citizens without such extreme levels of radiation!

I am the father of two children: Joel, seven and Bresly 12 years old. My wife and I didn't know any better at the time and left our kids use their wireless devices as they wished, as a result: Joel suffers from a constellation of symptoms from difficulty to concentrate to nose-bleeding ....and when we bring him to doctors they don't know how to diagnose or treat him. Bresly, at her young age is almost blind because her excessive use of wireless screens/devices. And we are "lucky" because our neighbor has cancer. We live within 110 meters of two cell towers and the vegetation here keeps dying and birds don't come to nest as before. In my opinion wireless technologies and devices should come with big radiation warnings.

I suffer from a physiological response to wireless technologies. This happens when I am in a strong wifi environment and if I stay too long near electromagnetic frequencies from standard electrical pulsations. I didn’t want to believe that my symptoms and suffering would be so clearly caused by such ubiquitous daily technologies but the facts have remained- I feel the intensity of pulsed electromagnetic waves. My symptoms are: insomnia, headache, increased and heightened tinnitus (ringing becomes more shrill), and an overall increase in anxiety. To alleviate my reactions/illness, I have learned to prepare for a specific environment. For example, when I enter a restaurant, I use an EMF meter to find the areas of least radiation. My house is hard-wired with ethernet cables providing my internet connections and I use a landline to communicate. I do own a cell phone but it is kept in airplane mode or off most of the time. My friends and family know about my condition and they do not keep their phones on around me. I can’t attend stadium concerts, games and events where I know all phones will be pulsing their signals so, I don’t go. Luckily, I own my home and I am not subject to others’ wifi signals that would occur were I living in an apartment building. What about those who can’t afford a home and are forced to live in an unsafe environment? Sadly, I have come to believe that our government does not care about people like me. They care about the profits made by Telecom and they continue to deny that my sub-group has validity. Despite the studies that show harm, the FCC has just continued to allow more transmitters at higher frequencies to be developed. These higher frequencies (4G, 5G, 6G, 10G) are currently causing damage to plants and wildlife while the Federal government just looks the other way. I urge the FCC to take me and the thousands of us (could be millions, with symptoms blamed on the wrong cause), seriously. We are disabled and are often unable to participate in general society. Today, it is hard to find a safe place where there are no EMFs. This is why many escape into a forest, living off grid and on the edge. The small cell antennas now being deployed in every conceivable location- schools, office buildings, churches (shouldn’t they be sacred and safe places?), and on people’s homes make life impossible for those suffering from EMR-S (Electro Magnetic Syndrome). EMF radiation emitting towers needs to be reigned in. The health effects that we already know about are profound. Radio Frequency limits must be lowered. Of course the issue is big tech and big money and now having rolled this out in such a huge way and then say "oops", is a big lift with enormous push back. We need limits and better testing and reduction of exposure. We have been allowing the tech companies to race from 2G to 6G and beyond. NO, we need a halt to this before everyone is sick and sickly. I, for one person, have extremely disrupted sleep in the presence of towers and wifi. This technology was rolled out with no proper long term safety studies and the safety foundations are resting on antiquated numbers from long, long ago (i.e. does it raise temps) Questions: What does it do to cells, the immune system, T cells, mitochondria, a pregnant woman and the developing fetus? I have palpitations and a heart rate around 110 in the presence of towers and moderate EMF signals. Is there a significant portion of the population that has more sensitivity to this as I do? Is it causing cancers? Let us use the Precautionary Principle to protect people and the unborn and back off and lower the exposure levels. An Inconvenient Truth it may be, but do not let that stop the FCC from doing the right things for Americans and future generations. Science shows cells and life can be harmed, sleep patterns disrupted and thus Radio Frequency Limits need to be SIGNIFICANTLY LOWERED.
