Original filings. Connected topics.
The public record
This independent RF Safe archive contains 409 public FCC filings from supplied browser collector exports for ET 13-84. Each post is a separate filing. Counts describe the archive, not the live docket total or a representative poll.
Original filing bodies and attachment links are preserved. Attachment-only posts contain a clearly labeled reading instruction, not invented comment text. Names duplicated on separate lines in the captured profile are displayed once; the original captured name remains in the record JSON.
Topics and categories
Topic tags identify subjects mentioned in the captured text. Local matching rules attach an exact supporting passage to each substantive tag. These are automatic text classifications, not AI summaries or a finding about the truth of a claim. Multiple topics can apply to one filing, so board counts overlap.
Attachment-only filings receive a format tag. Document contents and document titles are not used to infer substantive topics. Human capture-review flags from the extension describe review of the capture, not approval of categories. Future annotations can be supplied in the JSON; their body hash and quoted passages must match.
Collection coverage
The latest uploaded export listed 411 queued filings and 409 captured records, with 2 queued entries not captured. Only captured records produce public posts. This does not establish that the RSS covered the entire docket.
Daily and full uploads merge by submission ID. Missing records are retained; URLs remain stable. Changed text is reclassified. The publisher does not contact the FCC to detect later removals. An explicitly nonpublic status on an imported record suppresses its public content on rebuild.
Reading and community
Static topic boards show complete filings, with continuous scrolling and numbered-page fallback. Search runs in your browser. Optional hearts and moderated community replies are separate from official FCC filings and can be disabled by the administrator.
