I have been bothered by EMF severely since 5G. I am currently 25 years old. My family has had to move for my and my mother's health due to proximity to 5G. I cannot go to stores, be in areas where a 5G tower is near, go to restaurants, in public or anywhere there are 5G phones in use. It has drastically changed my life and I basically have no life outside of my home. Even now, there is a tower with panels directly facing my home and my mom and I have been sick since it was there. We didn't even know it was there, because we can't see it due to trees, but we could feel something was making us sick. A friend who knows this kind of thing makes me sick asked if I had seen the tower on Main St. N. I hadn't. She said her employer and partner live right next to it and they are sick from it. I went looking for it and discovered that even though it is over a mile away, the panels face my home directly. I asked her if she could ask her employer when this tower went up and it was the exact month, 10 months previously, that my mom and I became so sick at home that we can hardly tolerate it and have to move again. Considering that we always own our homes, this is a big deal. I'm tired of having no life, no ability to work and no solace at home. Home should be your sanctuary, but it is far from that. Home is where we are miserable and feel like we are dying. Our thyroids continue to worsen, we are tired, have headaches, heart palpitations, burning skin, brain fog, diarrhea, nausea, etc. It is awful and debilitating. There is enough scientific evidence out there that you KNOW this is bad and wrong. Stop this destroying of so many lives!!

I am writing with utmost concern about the FCC's handling of wireless radiation and the significant negative health effects the ever growing radiation is creating for me, my family and everyone. It is the biggest issue I am concerned about as an american citizen right now. I am specifically writing regarding the FCC’s response to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals’ remand concerning its decades-old radiofrequency (RF) radiation exposure guidelines. I get terrible headaches when I am in the near proximity of cell towers. In high rises, with multiple wifi, I feel agitation in my body and have trouble sleeping. When I am driving on highways that are increasingly being peppered with towers of all EMF type, I have been feeling wired and physically tired after a short period of time. Until I got an emf blocking cell phone case, my hand holding my cell phone would feel physically zapped after a few minutes of use. I am watching the rapid nervous systems, physical health and emotional well-being decline in our population and it is of utmost concern to me that IMMEDIATE PROTECTIVE ACTION and actual broad scale research be done on the effect of this technology. The FCC is NOT A HEALTH AGENCY! It does NOT have expertise in medicine, biology or public health. Yet, the agency continues to assert authority over RF exposure standards and is preparing to reach conclusions about whether its existing guidelines adequately protect the public. I urge the FCC to recognize the critical role of federal health agencies, including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and to rely on appropriate health and biological expertise when addressing the issues identified by the court. This is the single greatest threat to life in our country and world. Please dig deep within your hearts, minds and souls, and act with URGENT PROTECTIVE AND PREVENTATIVE MEASURES & WORK IN CONCERT WITH HHS AND OTHER HEALTH AGENCIES!

I lived in Oregon before I moved to North Carolina. I operated a salon in Eugene Oregon for over 18 years. I started experiencing headaches, dizzy spells and waves of nausea. I realized it only happened at work even though I had worked there for years. I researched more and found out the same time my symptoms started coincided exactly with the numerous 5G towers that had been installed around my work space. I was forced to cut back to part time and limit the amount of time I spent in the salon I had built a my life around. I ended up selling the business completely and relocating and had to hunt hard to find a home and work place far enough away from any towers. Please evaluate the safety of this radiation we are all being exposed to. For those that suffer from sensitivities to it the symptom's can be debilitating. Sincerely -Tia Seran

My sensitivity to EMFs began with an attempt to upgrade my cell phone to a Iphone 3G in 2009. Immediate symptoms included neck stiffness, inability to turn my head, head burning and tinnitus. These issues progressed to include some loss of vision in one eye, intermittent active eye floaters and gut issues. I quickly returned the phone and stayed with 2G non-smart phones until they were no longer useable. I have now had an Iphone 7plus for a number of years and use 4G cell data only, no wifi. I think this is because there does not appear to be a constant "checking" signal with cell data. I am unable to have wifi in my home or office due to my symptoms. I still have all the same problems, some not an regularly; however, I still have head (nerve?) burning and ear ringing at different sounds and decibel levels constantly. I also have gut issues regularly. I do not want to upgrade to a 5G phone but am realizing I can use less and less of the required apps to conduct business functions. I will add I was an extremely healthy person prior to this disaster.

Please study the effects of technology on humans. Data centers, cell towers, wifi, cell phones, and all other recent technologies. People are reporting illness, cancers, migraines, and more, yet nothing is being done. Please do something.

The FCC is not a health agency and does not have expertise in medicine, biology or public health. Yet, the agency continues to assert authority over RF exposure standards and is preparing to reach conclusions about whether its existing guidelines adequately protect the public. I urge the FCC to recognize the critical role of federal health agencies, including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and to rely on appropriate health and biological expertise when addressing the issues identified by the court. This issue matters to me personally because my family and I live 50 yards from a large 5G tower that hovers above a track and field and a playground. I can see the tower from my front yard and my family and I have experienced frequent headaches, brain fog and sleep disturbances. There are two children in our area who have been diagnosed with leukemia and it is difficult to not assume the 5G tower could have had some impact. We live in a densely populated neighborhood where many families are impacted by the use of this large tower. In addition to the tower, AT&T and Verizon have placed at least Four 5G "boosters" within a 100 yard radius of my home. They are in our alleyways and along our sidewalks. My Broadband RF meter detects levels far above "safe" at extreme levels (87,000 µW/m²). My children are exposed to this around the clock while at home. Would you feel comfortable with your family in this environment?

Specifically, the court required the FCC to address the impacts of RF radiation on children, the health implications of long-term exposure, the ubiquity of wireless devices and technological developments, impacts on the environment, and the adequacy of the FCC’s testing procedures for cell phones and other portable devices. The FCC should fully consider evidence and real-world experiences concerning the health and environmental impacts of wireless radiation, including non-cancer health effects, impacts on children, long-term and cumulative exposure, cancer, and impacts on wildlife and the environment. The FCC is not a health agency and does not have expertise in medicine, biology or public health. Yet, the agency continues to assert authority over RF exposure standards and is preparing to reach conclusions about whether its existing guidelines adequately protect the public. This issue matters to me personally because: During 2021 when 5G was introduced to my neighborhood, I developed tinnitus, vertigo, and was unable to sleep in my bedroom secondary to headaches. I discovered, by using an EMF meter, that some of my issues were due to the Smart meter that had been placed on our home, outside, electrical meter. Once this was removed, I was able to sleep in my bedroom but I still experience the tinnitus especially in some parts of my home. However, when I am outside walking at the park, the tinnitus is almost totally resolved as I am away from the home wifi. I have also noticed that flies die very shortly after entering the home which I suspect might also be due to the wifi exposure. I urge the FCC to give meaningful consideration to the experiences and evidence before it and to fully address each of the issues identified by the court.

The risks of EMF radiation hasn’t been studied in decades. I know for a fact my family and I have more health issues as a result of Wi-Fi radiation. When I remove us from as much of it I can for an extended period of time our symptoms Always go away, but return once we are back living in this high field of radiation all around us in the city , schools, hospitals, doctors, everywhere. If you aren’t concerned for the American people, as it’s obvious you’re not, think of your children and their children. Only GOD, the great I AM can get us out of this mess man has created

Wireless radiation causes me to have screaming tinnitus every minute of the day and therefore I never get any quality sleep, due to it both keeps me awake and wakes me up if I'm asleep.

I am very concerned, stressed, and worried about the abundant and rapid roll out of antennas, cell towers, 5G, and wi-fi routers in so many public places and schools. I do not feel there is adequate protections, testing, and transparency in the Cell and wireless industry. I am also worried for the babies, bats, bees, birds, and big mammals at sea affected by underwater sonar. The technology is moving so fast and furious that animals, birds, and humans have become Guinea pigs in a giant experiment of Eco smog, EMF, and EMR microwave radiation. Many people are showing symptoms of Electro Magnetic Hypersensitivity (EMS) and wireless exposure. Companies are well known for producing products with harmful issues and only strict regulations will force them to do the right thing. We need Liability Guidelines & Rules to protect the consumers. Please do the right thing and protect people from high tech advancements that expose animals and people to EMF and EMR. Thank you.
